Unforgettable Mount Kenya Trekking Experience with Tilman Safaris in July 2023
I recently had the pleasure of trekking Mount Kenya with Tilman Safaris in July 2023, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to assist with any needs. They made sure we were well-prepared for the trek and provided valuable insights about the local flora and fauna.
The trek itself was challenging but incredibly rewarding. The scenery was breathtaking, and reaching the summit was a moment I'll never forget. The team at Tilman Safaris ensured that we were safe and comfortable throughout the journey. The accommodations and meals provided were excellent, adding to the overall positive experience.

The best guide for Mont Kenya!
We had an amazing moment with Tillman during our 1 day tour of Mont Kenya. He took the time to explain us everything: what we see, the flowers, the weather. He answered all our questions. He adapted the rythm regarding our level and we spent an amazing day!

Excellent service with deep knowledge
Tilman Safaris did an amazing job for Mt. Kenya climb. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Allowed us to slowly acclimatise and emphasised the importance of it to reduce the chances of altitude sickness. He could name plants and flowers of the mountain as we ascended from the tropical rainforest all the way to the alpine plants. I loved the freshness of glacial waters flowing down in the several rivers we crossed along the way.
I'd definitely recommend and would do it again when I get a chance.
PS Mt. Kenya is very cold. Do not underestimate it. Really cold.
