Markus Daniel Schreiner was amazing in providing our 3 member party a great experience.
Daniel (Zamsato) provided an excellent service. He helped us plan a great trip within our budget. We were all surprised on what we experienced at such a great price. The following is an example of how professional and dependable Daniel is. We were originally supposed to drive from Lusaka to Mfuwe. The vehicle that was supposed to pick us up and take us to Bridge Camp and then to Mfuwe had a mechanical problem. Daniel arranged lodging at Pioneer Camp and plane transportation to Mfuwe prior to our arrival. We were very impressed with his professionalism. When we arrived in Zambia we were greeted by Timothy from Pioneer Camp. When we arrived by plane to Mfuwe we were greeted by Herbert from Croc Valley camp. Our guide was Kalima who was amazing and had a great personality. There were three of us and we immediately bonded with Kalima. We made a few changes to our itinerary and Daniel was very flexible and accommodating. During our 5-day safari we traveled to the Nsefu Sector and Chichele area. We saw lions, wild dogs, leopards, hippos out of the water, giraffes, wildebeests (which are rare in this national park) and much more. The great thing about South Luanga is that it beautiful and once you get away from the camps by Mfuwe you don't see hardly anyone. We were the only vehicle in many of the areas we went. At the end of our safari, we stayed again at Pioneer Camp. Pioneer Camp was great. The place is clean, the staff is great, and the cook is amazing. Daniel thanks for a wonderful experience.

The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and are well connected with other tour operators.
The lodge is basic but quiet and comfy and has all the necessities to use as a base. The hosts arranged everything for us and went out of their way to accommodate our wants. This was especially welcomed as we had not pre-arranged anything.
We did two half day local game drives, Vic Falls, river rafting, and 4 day safari in Kafue national park.
Our host, Daniel, was also our guide and driver on safari and was very knowledgeable and had very experienced eyes. We were given ample time to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful country of Zambia.
Much respect

Very professional, well prepared and always happy to answer questions and curiosities you might have
The trip was very well organized.
Daniel picked us up from the airport and he took care of us until the very end, our main activity was of course safari and that took most of the out time there.
During the safari tho the stops, the explanation of animals’ related stories were in point and based on our knowledge of the topic (some of the group had very basic knowledge like me but others had an advanced level of knowledge).
It was a great experience and Daniel over exceeded expectations which ks always amazing, true to say it was my first time in the real Africa but still super super appreciated!

Park chosen by tour operator in Southern Luangwa was excellent. Administration excellent.
Pick up and delivery to remote airports were excellent. Nsandile lodge was great. Guides were brilliant. We saw wild dogs the first day, close up and saw 5 leopards, including one eating an impala it had just caught. Brilliant.

Reliable, Flexible, Trustworthy
I booked a 12-day tour with Zamsato Tours and have only good things to say about the company, its founder/guide Daniel and assistant Gift.
I was to travel in July, but due to delays in obtaining a visa I had to postpone my trip by a month and Daniel was very kind in accommodating the changes. Daniel also allowed me to make changes to the tour schedule while on the tour, which I've never heard of with any other tour operator.
I got good value for my money and had a very thorough and enjoyable visit of Zambia.
You won't go wrong with these guys.
Exceptional tour operator! Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and personalized service.
We booked a 10-day custom Zambia tour with Zamsato for 4 people - two adults and two seniors.
We would highly recommend Zamsato. So glad we decided to go with them after initially approaching a few different tour operators.
Right from the very beginning, we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Daniel and his team. While planning the trip, they were able to provide many alternatives and patiently recommend options based on our needs so we were able to plan the perfect custom itinerary.
Zamsato organized all the transportation, activities and accommodation, including massages with the lodge as per our request as well as a special birthday surprise. Everything was expertly taken care of. On the second day of the tour, Tissah came to meet us at the lodge in Livingstone and made sure we were comfortable and even recommended and arranged transportation to a local restaurant.
On the final day of the tour we had a very unique request to drive around a small town called Kabwe, around 3 hours from Lusaka. Daniel picked us up at our hotel and drove us there, patiently exploring all the sites with us and drove us back in the evening. We stopped at Fig Tree Cafe on the way back for lunch, a delightful spot, with great food and some local craft shops.
Daniel kept us entertained with interesting stories about life in Zambia so the long drives went by quickly. He took extra care of my elderly parents, buying a step-stool for my Mom from a street-side store for ease of getting into the vehicle and some newspapers for my Dad to read. After dropping us at the hotel, Daniel even arranged for a taxi for the airport transfer, to save on hotel shuttle costs.
We could easily see how Daniel made his clients feel welcome, safe and comfortable.
Overall a wonderful experience and a great team to work with for a special trip.

Wonderful tour, excellent operator!
Daniel is very good at replying swiftly with a lot of helpful information. Once I told him my interests and availabilities he readily put together a schedule that perfectly reflected what I wanted to do. He was always available for additional help and gave quite a few very valuable tips.
Once I got to Zambia, he was also my guide and showed extensive knowledge of the country, its people and its flora and fauna. He would catch even the most hidden of animals and be able to tell you a lot about them. Additionally, he took great care of his guests regarding food and accommodation and noticeably put a great effort toward making sure everybody would leave happy. I would do a tour with him again without thinking twice and warmly recommend him!

Very knowledgeable and showed a great love for Zambia and its environment!
Daniel arranged a tour for me after I gave him my dates and budget and an idea of what I'd like to see in Zambia. He responded quickly with a full itinerary and after that he always responded quickly to any queries I had before the trip. Overall, I had about 8 days visiting Victoria Falls, Lusaka and South Luangwa. It was all very well organised and Daniel knew so much about the country and the places we passed through. The highlight was definitely the time in South Luangwa with its fascinating wildlife. Daniel's knowledge here was incredible too and a real bonus. He seemed to know the names, habitats and behaviours of every bird or animal we saw, no matter how obscure!
The tour was excellent and the accommodation provided was of a good standard - clean, comfortable but also nicely African in style. Daniel was very flexible and accommodating while on tour. I'd definitely book again!

Excellent safari to Kafue NP with Daniel from Zamsato
I booked a 4-night camping safari to Kafue NP through Zamsato starting in Livingstone and ending in Lusaka. Daniel, the owner of Zamsato tours, was also my driver and guide during the safari tour.
It was very easy to communicate with him through emails before the tour to discuss all details of the tour. During the tour he was an excellent guide who knew a lot about flora and fauna of the park so I was able to learn a lot about the nature in this part of the world. Additionaly, he is also a great cook - as I booked a camping tour we prepared our own meals in the camps, from scratch and with fresh ingredients. It was a great experience sleeping in a tent and listening to the voices of nocturnal Africa. I would definitely recommend Zamsato and I also plan to book them again when I am back to Zambia.
