Second excellent safari experience
This was my second Sun Safari experience and like before, the organisation was perfect. Working with Michelle for a second time was like being back in contact with an old friend....nothing was too much trouble for her and her and all the arrangements that she made in my rather complicated itinerary worked beautifully.
The camps all met my requirements and knowing what I had experienced last time, Michelle was able to suggest options that complimented my last trip, rather than repeating what I'd done before.
If you are hesitating about booking with Sun Safaris....don't - they're great!

A wonderful and well organised trip to three different environments in Botswana.
We have been on African safaris in various countries before, but Botswana was new for us, and we hoped to see some places and wildlife that were special to the area. We discussed various possibilites and budgets with Natasha, and arrived at a plan which sounded just what we wanted. And it was. We experienced three different environments - Central Kalahari, the Okavango Delta and the Kwando River over the eight days. We saw lots of animals and birds, including local specialities which we hoped for - brown hyaena, aardwolf, Cape fox, side-striped jackal and wild dog were animal highlights for us; wattled crane, slaty and black egrets, lesser jacana and lots of raptors were bird highlights. We also saw many lions, and leopard and cheetah, as well as elephants, zebra, lots of hippos and a wide range of antelope. And the African landscapes and waterscapes as alway were spectacular. Everything went to plan - Natasha's outline of the camps we chose and the activities we could do was excellent, and the guides were phenomenal. The accomodation and food were great and the lodges clean and in beautiful locations with friendly staff. Altogether a wonderful holiday!

Amazing Experience
We have no words to describe our experience at Gomo Gomo Safari in South Africa, the experience we had there was far beyond what we could imagine and exceeded our expectations. I would like to thank immensely Natasha Allan (consultant) for all help and patience, if it were not for her help and suggestion we would not have been able to have this experience, again thank you very much!

They were amazing!
What can I say? Natasha was amazing from start to finish! We decided we wanted to go on Safari in South Africa for our honeymoon so we contacted Natasha at Sun Safaris.
We gave her our budget and she came up with a great holiday for us. She was even ready to book the flights but we had already arranged that.
During the process we had some changes to our budget and we had to make some changes. I spoke to Natasha and she was more than happy to accommodate us and look again for something great.
During the whole process Natasha was attentive and professional. She kept us up to date and remained in contact right up until we were ready to fly. We were not let down by the lodge she chose for us. It was amazing!
I couldn’t recommend Natasha enough! We have been home a month now and we are still wishing we were back there! Thank you so much for everything you did for us. Definitely a holiday we will never forget!

A very pleasant experience
This is the third time that Liselle has helped us book a wonderful holiday at Dulini.
Liselle has managed to take our budget and dates and organise everything for us. This has allowed us to just arrive where were are told to be and not to worry about anything, relaxed in the knowledge that as per previous trips, everything will be taken care of. Liselle was also available for questions while we were on holiday, when we had forgotten what our next steps were :).
I would definitly use Sun Safaris for all our trips to Southern Africa going forward. They just make everything so easy.

Great Safari & Have The Video To Prove It
We bet you get very few 'thank-you' emails from your clients, but Sandy & I want to thank you for helping us with creating probably the best experience we've ever had. Our 3 day safari couldn't have been better! Not only did we see a lion, we got to see a pride of 12 sleeping, waking & starting out on their nightly hunt. We just returned from our third safari organized by Sun Safaris and it was exceptional. We traveled with 15 of our friends (half of whom had never been to Africa) and all of us had a 100% fabulous time. The staff at all 3 Lodges recommended by Michelle were great, friendly and fun to be with and the rooms were all wonderful. One of our friends had an issue with their room in the second lodge but Michelle and the lodge sorted it and all was fine. All it took was a text message to Michelle and the issue was resolved....that is customer service!
We stayed at Umkumbe, Xanatseni and Elephant Plains as suggested and all were really wonderful. My wife and I agree Elephant Plains is our new favorite. The staff was over and above wonderful, the food and service was best of all three ( and all were great) and we had by far the best game viewing there. On our last night game drive their staff met us in the bush at sunset with champagne...a wonderful surprise and a great way to end our final night.
As we experienced on our two previous safaris organized by Sun Safari the selection of lodges and recommendations were spot on. The pre arranged shuttle services and in country flights went off without a hitch. I can only give Sun Safari a 10 out of 10 because just everything was perfect! Thank to Michelle for all of her help as we gathered 17 folks over time to pull this off. Sun Safari's staff are really the best! I believe we have a few more Africa converts now.
We highly recommend Sun Safari to anyone planning a trip to Africa.

Fantastic first Africa Trip
I could not have been happier if I had scripted it for myself. Sun Safari set up a wonderful package. Each lodge was great but different from one another. Food was terrific. Safari tours were magical. Guides were very knowledgeable and knew their areas. I went with Walt and Sharon in a group of 16. Sun Safari managed to coordinate all of us to get to each destination in a timely manner with all of our luggage. I will be returning to Africa.

Michelle was always responsive and helpful and booked us the trip we wanted.
My second trip with Walt and Sharon, and I talked my husband into coming this time. He was ever so glad. All lodges (Umkumbe, nThambo, Elephant Plains) were different and wonderful. Staffing and food were excellent; guides and trackers really knew the animals, habitat, history, terrain. Plus, they were fun. The four transfers were handled very well, and we always enjoyed the drivers and being able to get a larger perspective of this amazing country. We have been referring friends to Sun Safaris and will continue to do so.
