Afrishare is an extremely professional company and I had a unforgettable experience.
We had an amazing experience with Afrishare! We went on a day safari at the very famous Ngorongoro crater, took us around the local town to show us the best places to go, helped us out tremendously when working at the local Rau Primary school. Afrishare were extremely professional and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience

Had great times with our guide Ibrahim
The guides were great, patient and always spotted animals in the safari where we would normally not spot them. They definitely lived up to expectations which made it an experience that I will never forget.

Amazing service: our guides were attentive, knowledgeable and kind.
The experience working with Afrishare Trekking was fantastic. Ibra made sure that communication was clear from the booking of our trip all the way through to our last day there. The waterfall hike and Safari were particular highlights and our safari driver/guide, Eddie, made sure we got the most out of our experience. Overall, fantastic!

Wonderful experience
We did a 6 days safari with Afrishare Trekking & Safaris on December 2018 (middle range safari). We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Safari was, in one word, WONDERFUL! Everything was perfect, Afrishare organized everything as well, car, accomodation, transfer ... Our guide, Amani, was really perfect, polite, nice, very professional: he showed us a lot of animals, all of big five.
Safari had a good price for the offered services, Ibrahim was always available.
So, choose Tanzania and Afrishare and you will have a wonderful nature experience. Serengeti will remain in your mind forever! And ask for Amani as guide, really suggested.

Good service, excellent drivers, fantastic hotels!!
We booked a private 6 day safari started in Nairobi and ending in Moshi. Afrishare Trekking Safaris were always prompt to reply whenever we had questions and throughout the safari we had no issues whatsoever.
Hotels booked were really good - much needed after the game drives. Drivers both in Kenya and Tanzania were excellent who did their very best so we would see everything we wished for. Both also very careful drivers. Our van broke down on our way to Isebania border and our driver made prompt arrangements so that we proceed with out route without any faults in our itinerary.
It was a very positive experience and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Safari-experience with Afrishare
We are a Swedish couple who between 28/6-3/7 2019 took part in a six-days and five-nights safari trough the Northern circuit. We are extremely pleased with how Afrishare took care of the arrangement. Quick response from manager Ibrahim when we first contacted him. He also picked us up at the airport. Freddy was as good as we imagine a guide/driver can be. A very skilled driver he made sure we experienced everything we possible could have imagined of a safari. His knowledge how to find different animals and good spots to view them was amazing. Accommodation was very good and the safari-vehicle was reliable and comfortable. The planning and attention to details in the safari was obviously well thought out.
All in all we can recommend Afrishare as a solid arranger of safaris were one really get great value for money and with a very good and personalized customer-service

There's room for improvement (2.5 Stars would be more realistic)
June – July 2019 – 8 Days safari
PROS
- Unique experience
- Amazing people
- Beautiful sceneries/places
- Rich wildlife
- Awesome driver (Atif)
- Awesome cook (Rashidi). Always smiling and whiling to help us with loading the car and so on. Great guy!
- Ibrahim has offered competitive prices
CONS
- Poor communication with Ibrahim (the owner) especially after paying few thousands deposit, he wasn’t interested in answering my emails very fast.
- No one waiting for me at the airport at 5.00 AM on my arrival. After 10 minutes of waiting while thinking that I was scammed, Atif, the driver shoved up.
- Atif, (driver and guide) as I mentioned above, very good driver but not such a great guide. First of all, he was very quiet. Most of the time we had to spot the animals and ask him questions.
- I was promised by Ibrahim that his team goes the extra mile, but I didn’t feel that during my trip.
- I’ve politely asked Atif to stop as I can take some pictures and he rudely informed me that he is the driver and he knows where to stop, telling me to “calm down”. He supposed to tell me instead: Just wait 20 more seconds and we'll get to a nicer lookout.
- I’ve asked the driver if he has a map as I can better visualize our trip and he said “I don’t have a map. I don’t need a map.” I am 100% he doesn’t because he knows all those places in and out, but the tourists don’t.
- Ibrahim didn’t provide me with a clear itinerary and plan. I always had to ask the driver what’s next. Including my commute to Zanzibar, I expected to find an envelope with instructions about it, at my hotel front desk in Arusha. Surprise! Nothing was left for me there. More than that, he didn’t even get in touch with us at all during the trip to get feedback.
- We spent too much time at the park entrances. I got the logic behind it but spending 2.5 hours at the Serengeti park entrance I still think is a bit too much. I would rather spend that time in the wild spotting animals.
- Other small things that I am not going to mention anymore. I am sorry for the CONS, not trying to affect his business in a bad way but I am trying to help other people with my experience that I had with Afrishare. The main reason for choosing Afrishare was the good reviews, not the competitive price. It didn't work for me.
