We are in love with Tanzania
We spent 6 days in Tanzania with guide Musa and had such a wonderful time that we did not want to leave. The country is so beautiful and all the people we met were friendly and nice to us. The game drives through the the different parks wit Musa were amazing, we saw many different animals, starting with elephants, lions, hippos, wildebeest, giraffes, baboons, zebras...... many times over in different settings making it all so special. It was fun being with Musa as his passion for conservation and genuine attention made us feel wanted and safe. He never rushed us, but took the time to explain everything well to our satisfaction, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. He's truly one of a kind
Each evening would find us in different lodge aside from Mbali Mbali in Sergengeti where we stayed for 3 nights. Each was unique and memorable in it own special way.
We truly did not want leave and strongly considered changing our departure date to spend more time in Tanzania. Thank you Rama for the flawless and enchanting trip

5* All Through The Safari
Our safari was absolutely phenomenal. We were very impressed by the organization and service that was put in before and during or trip. It was all 5*!! We were very impressed by our guide Otto. He was super knowledgeable with many years experience of guiding safaris in Tanzania. He answered all our questions and stopped every time we came to an interesting scene or spotted wildlife. He would then tell us so much about the particular animal, habits etc. He was also knowledgeable about all the birds that we saw during the trip.
I have to commend Rama's choice of lodgings. They were amazing!

Amazing safari experience in Tanzania with an Amazing guide.
We did a lot of searching on the net before we zeroed in on Gecko Adventure Tanzania coupled by the strong recommendation from our friends from the University who had recently done a trip with Gecko. I am happy to say that they not only delivered on the package but also exceeded our expectations in many ways.
To start with we had a private 4x4 with a driver/guide - Martin just for us. This made it so cool and exclusive. Martin turned out to be an amazing guide, very skilled and experienced in guiding guests to Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. His knowledge of the circuit made it easy to find the animals, nice spots for picnics and an excellent commentator of our encounters. The game drives are trully unforgetable, we encountered so many different animals upclose. The overall experience was enhanced by staying in tented camps in the bush. We would hear the lions roar at night sendind chills up my spine.... It was like we had been cast in a reality movie!
The quality of service and the food in the camps was very good. They spared no efforts for our comfort, and we were hundreds of kms from civilization.
Thank you so much for a five star experience. I highly recommend Gecko Adventure Tanzania.

A Dream Family Vacation
My family of five had an absolutely incredible safari in Tanzania lasting seven days in Selous, Saadani and Zanzibar. The trip blew our minds as it exceeded all our expectations. We spent 4 days in the mainland exploring Saadani which was spectacular. Seeing animals on land and enjoying the pristine white sandy beaches made it incredibly exciting. Selous was spectacular too. There were so many different animals, birds and beautiful habitats, particularly along Rufiji River.
Three days of ultimate relaxation on the Kendwa beach of Zanzibar were amazing. Thank you Rama for putting together this rare trip. It was flawless and next time we will definitely do a longer version.

Absolutely Amazing Tour
We had an incredible tour in Tanzania. Rama was the gem, he sorted out everything and made all the arrangements for our travel which all culminated in to a flawless trip. From the moment we landed in Tanzania we found Jasper waiting for us at JNIA. He was our guide for the next seven days as we explored through Selous, Mikumi and Ruaha that we got used to his wonderful presence. Saying goodbye was tough.
There tour involved a lot of driving and luckily Jasper is an excellent driver who kept us safe and we are really happy to have been paired with him.
The trip was well organized ensuring that we had smooth access to the parks, lodges, the campsite in Selous and even the boat safari.
The sheer beauty of the parks, thrill of seeing the wild animals in their raw habitat close-up and general atmosphere was electric!
In a nutshell everything about this trip was amazing and I would recommend Gecko Adventure Tanzania to anyone traveling to Tanzania

Incredible Experience
Otto was an outstanding guide during our recent safari to Tanzania. He was responsible for our safari from the moment we landed in KIA till we departed.
We visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and it was awesome. I remember the many close encounters with lions, elephants, baboons, wildebeest, zebras and giraffes along with many other animals. The birdlife in Tanzania is vibrant and Otto loves the birds, he actually knew all the birds we encountered on the safari.
Otto drove well and was careful in his approach so as not to spook the animals, he also kept the vehicle clean and well stocked with water.
In general the trip was amazing and exceeded all our expectations

A Flawless and Unforgettable Family Adventure
This is by far has been the most rewarding trip of the trips that we have done taken together as a family. I am happy with Ramadhani for taking the time to understand what we were looking for and then organizing a fitting safari.
We did the southern circuit parks of Udzungwa, Ruaha and Mikumi and had such a great time away from the crowds. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance and variety of wildlife in the parks and nice lodges fit for a family with young children and it was just special. We had Otto as our guide and he is the best, very experienced, patient and well versed with the parks.
I would not change anything about this trip.
It was just flawless and unforgettable.

Romantic Honeymoon in Tanzania
My wife and I had a romantic honeymoon experience in Tanzania in Mikumi and Ruaha. I worked with Rama to create the trip and he did not disappoint. We spent two days in Mikumi followed by three days in Ruaha and they were absolutely fantastic. Endrick our guide made the trip all the more memorable with great game drives. We explored both parks seeing many different animals while Endrick treated us like royalty. He drove the Toyota Landcruiser carefully as we moved from one viewpoint to the next.
The choice of accommodation was excellent and we had a lovely time in both establishments. Staying at the honeymoon suites was fun and romantic at the same time, not to mention the dinners under the open sky.

A really pleasant trip
We had a really pleasant trip with my husband in Tanzania. We had an excellent driver/guide and he gave us very good service. He is very experienced with safaris and knew where to find the animals. We saw elephants, baboons, lions, gazelles, zebras, gnus and so many others with some exceptionally close encounters with lions, gnus, and cheetahs.
We also visited the Olduvai Gorge and the Hadzabe tribe who still engage in stone age existence. Our safari camps and lodge were excellent. It was exciting sleeping with wild animals roaming outside.
