Fantastic safari experience
We were totally satisfied with World Tours and Safaris Tanzania! The communication with Richard was fast and the online payment was uncomplicated. We booked a 7 days private safari and had two extra days around Moshi to visit hot springs, a waterfall and make a coffee tour. Everything was perfectly organized! We had a warm welcome at the airport and our guide Cosmas was really great! He spotted so many animals we would not have seen and gave us all the time we need to watch them. He explained a lot to us and we had interesting conversations. The food was as well really good and more than enough. We spend the last two days with Richards son and extremely enjoyed the time with him. He studied wild life tourism and is an expert for birds. We had a perfect trip with World Tours and Safaris!

A remarkable safari, you won't forget.
We went on a four days, three nights Safari with Stanley and Soko Four including Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro NP in February 2018.
The safari was very well organised and Stanley is a great guide, who knows very much about the wildlife in Tanzania. We saw a lot of animals, including the big five and were fully satisfied. At the NPs we had a lot time to find and oberserve the animals. If you are on the road with Stanley you will experience how much he likes the nature and the animals. He is a nature lover and cares about the nature and animals and treat them with respect. Besides the great experience on the road, the equipment (4 x 4 vehicle, tents and sleeping bags) were fine and the food very tasty (thanks to Soko Four).
All in one a very good deal and highly recommendable. It did not felt like just another safari to Stanley for us, but like he wants to show us the wildlife of his country with pride, which it really deserves.

Great experience with knowledgeable guide
Wonderful experience to see so much with an experienced guide (Sylvester) who was also an experienced photographer so ensures you get the best shots possible to remember your amazing safari.
Sokofo (our chef) catered to everyone’s needs with 3 vegetarians and a carnivore on board.
We were immediately shipped out to the first campsite rather than the hotel stay we had planned (by Richard) but it suited us although others may not appreciate the change of plans. However, were able to do all we needed before setting off i.e. change money and eat. Richards son, Rickson, facilitated this with a smile and was great at the start and end of our time with them.
A truly memorable experience.

Amazing Safari!!! It was like a dream!! Great company, and amazing staff!
I did the safari with my partner at the beginning of February with this company and it was an amazing experience! We book a group safari, and we were just us :) so everything private :)!! The guide was great, and we had an amazing chef that cooks really good food. The car was in perfect conditions, and all the parks that we have visited were incredible!!
Richard, the owner, always answer your emails really fast, and help you with all the questions that you have.
I really recommend this company.
Thanks so much for such amazing experience!

This was a dream come true! Never thought I could afford to go on safari. But with World tours I did
I never thought that I could go on a safari, which had been a dream since I was a kid reading National Geographic. I took my son-in-law and we both were in awe the entire time were on the safari.....You MUST insist on the driver and guide, Charles.... He was the best guide one could ever ask for. He stopped along the way to point out things we never would have seen without his keen eye. With his guidance, we saw the BIG 5!!!! Amazing trip. Charles was determined that we would see all BIG 5 and he delivered. He stopped along the way to chat with other guides to find the best spot to locate the animals. He explained about the migration, the animals and many interesting things about the Serengeti.
We did the budget tour, 5 days four nights and went with the camping experience. I checked with many outfitters but Richard, owner of World Tours was the easiest to work with and is honest. He worked with me to visit a poor school, off the beaten path to deliver 300 lbs of school supplies i bought. He worked with a park ranger to have us transported a few hours out of the way to visit the school and meet the chief and the students. He also interceded with the customs folks at Kilimanjaro airport when they wanted to charge me $300.00 for importing the supplies for the school. He bargained the $300 down to $80 on my behalf even before we left the airport.
I would highly encourage you to travel with World Tours, as they are great. the equipment [tents and sleeping bags] are good. the food is very good and plenty of it. Bring some warm jackets though as it does get cold at night......
Please......also consider bringing some much needed school supplies that the children desperately need, the best things would be 9"x12" reusable green chalkboards, a pack of 10 is about $12.00 US, along with a case of Chalk [$22.00 US]. pencils and paper is non-existent. You can drop them off when you arrive, and Richard will keep them and have them delivered through a park ranger to the village. Imagine a school where your children attend with nothing in it except some desks and one blackboard on the wall...no books, no pencils, no paper, no maps, no anything. In addition to the 110 chalkboards and two cases chalk I brought pens, pencils, paper, crayons, color pencils etc, but realized these are "one and done". the best thing to bring is re-usable chalkboard and chalk. This will help the kids have the ability to move onto secondary school, which they can't attend unless they pass entrance exams. Its hard to do without any school supplies..
thanks Richard and Charles for a fantastic trip.... Sorry its taken so long to write this review!!!

Amazing tour operator go with World Tours and Safaris
World Tours & Safaris Tanzania is an excellent operator. Richard does everything to make you booking easy and organized. Guide Charles is the man and gets you to the spots you need to be to see the most action possible. Food was also great. I would highly recommend using these guys we had such an amazing trip.
Excellent Experience!
We had a fantastic time on our safari. Our guide, Charles, was superb at spotting animals and was well-informed about the ecosystems, culture, and region. He did a great job of making sure we saw all the different animal species, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinoceros, and even wild dogs! Sukofu was our cook and he performed above and beyond expectations. We always had delicious and warm meals, even though there were some difficult dietary restrictions in the group (2 vegetarians and 1 vegan). When I return to Tanzania, I will be sure to come back to World Tours & Safaris!

Very good and pleasant service. Full recommendation.
We don’t consider ourself as demanding clients but unfortunately there is always something happening to us that we have to test the flexibility of any agency that provides service to us. Nothing different in this case. We contacted Mr. Richard several weeks before our safari plans with list of needs but until the very last moment we did not know if we would get leave from our Boss so…. the decision to join safari was taken 3 days before departure. Mr. Richard is very flexible and understanding gentleman. As so is his son who helped us a lot. Because of such situation we were able to be in contact only via whatsapp and it worked perfectly! We requested a budget safari for maximum 4 days, small group (we had 4 persons in total in a car), in tents camping in parks and in three most popular parks. In fact all these criteria were met perfectly by the company. Even said that we should bring our own sleeping bags (what we did) company provided us additional sleeping bags too. It was great support as night in Ngorongoro camping (2400m above the sea) was really chilly.
We saw all possible animals close to hand (apart from rhino but it is a reason to come back later). Cheetahs and lions, as well as many other wild animals were sometimes 5 meters away from us! We saw hunting scene by two lions life in 500m away from us. And many, many more. It was a great choice to join World Tours and Safaris Tanzania and we absolutely do not regret it and recommend to anyone. They are capable to organize any kind of a tour tailored to anyone needs but in addition they are flexible and understandable for people who exceeds regular or special approach like us . Our cook and guide were very good. It is a matter of luck to see in such a short time wild animals. But our guide Frank guided us in a such good way so we were able to see it all. In addition I must say that Frank is very polite and friendly gentleman always ready to help if there is such need. I also respect his mature and responsible attitude toward wildlife and park rules. He always was reminding us that these animals are free and it is their living environment so we should behave and not feed them or be loud etc. We were not like that but I admire that despite that fact he was reminding us all these rules to protect our safety and environment. He was always next to us ready to assist.
Food was good and tasty. Our cook (I am sorry but did not remember his name) did his job excellent.
After this safari (it was our first) and experience with WT&ST company and Mr. Richard and his son we are confident that it was a great choice to select this particular company and this particular format of safari (camping) as we have absolutely great memories and experience that will stay with us forever. This company will our choice to go for Kili once we will be ready for it.

It has been very nice with the World Tours & Safaris Company. Sympathc Guide called Shabani. He makes the Safari very special, loves it to make you enjoying the Safari.
