Excellent pre and post- tour client service. Well organized. Wonderful tour company.
Good communication. Special care given to every little detail along the way. Careful choosing of rooms..they make sure client rooms not assigned randomly. Recommendations on best areas to visit ..advised us which hotel was best for a family setting. We really enjoyed our trip. Congrats sure way tours..will definitely organise for more and more trips with your team.

Everything was excellent – definitely recommend
I recommend choosing Sureway if you want personalized safaris with fair price. Mike is very reliable and honest tour guide and nice person. Everything was as promised (that is often a rare thing in Africa).

Our tour Guide was on time , knowledgeable experienced and helpful.
I contacted Sureway Tours over Facebook in early May 2019, about two weeks before I arrived in Kenya. I didn’t think they were gonna be able to squeeze my group of 6 people in but they were happy to.Our your guide arrived on time and full of information. John was so helpful and very pleasant. What I loved the most is that he was very open to making sure that we were satisfied with our itinerary. The tour was amazing and I learned so much. Sureway Tours is the way to go!

The promised itinerary was not delivered - adding hundreds of dollars to our cost
The guide/driver was very good – he deserves a rating of 5. But the company is not to be trusted - I would give it a zero but am giving a 3 overall because of the guide. Without notice, the company dropped a visit to a national park from our safari – which was listed as included in our final itinerary. At great expense to ourselves, we did visit the park - paying the park entry fees and the guide’s services – rather than spend the day stuck in the hotel, which was the only alternative. The company admitted it had made a mistake in our itinerary but refused to take responsibility for it. They had our money, they no longer cared. The cost of such a safari is already high enough – and we were then left out of pocket an extra several hundred dollars. I would NOT recommend booking with this company.

Posted on Sep 24, 2019We respect that it is within the prerogative of a guest to write a positive or negative review. This trip happened during the Peak Season (August 2019) when demand for accommodation and transport is very high. We explained to Mr. Peter Harlow (husband to Nathalie) that since he booked on short notice we might not be able to book all the accommodations options provided on the itinerary. So when the Ark Lodge in Aberdares National Park was fully booked during there safari dates then we gave them the option to stay at the sister lodge Aberdares Country Club which is a remarkable lodge as wildlife also roam free.
We never charged the guest for park fees as remarked by Mrs Nathalie and surely don't understand where she lost the hundreds of dollars she claims were lost.
Sincerely, if Mrs. Nathalie claims she had a lovely time with the driver guide who happens to be the face of the Company then why would we as a Company not comply with our work ethics.
All the same we respect her views and apologize again for the misunderstanding.

The best guide who became a good friend

We arrived to Nairobi on 13.09.19
Our guide Mike ( who was recommended us by my friend) was waiting for us in the airport and made us perfect welcome/good impression already in first minutes of being in Kenya.
Everything was perfect and we felt safe and being taken care of. We got help with everything and got all information what we needed.
He is a very good/smart guide and also a friend with good heart.
Definitely recommend him to all of my friends and everyone else.

The experience with Sureway Tours was excellent. Mike kept us informed on the tour and during the entire tour. The driver was very professional and friendly.
