Superb travel and safari arrangements
We recently did our first Africa / Tanzania safari through world air travel and tours and it could not have been handled any better. Very prompt in responses and email handling, Elias ensured that he tailor-made the safari according to our taste. Since ours was a last minute confirmation, some hotels which we wanted were full but Elias gave excellent alternative options.
To top it all, John the driver guide was equally efficient and knew where to find the best wildlife. His knowledge on the animals and wildlife was remarkable as well.
In zanzibar, Job our local guide driver gave a wonderful tour of the old stone town and was very prompt. His choice of the floating restaurant as a viewing point to watch the last sunset of our vacation was super.
Would highly recommend using world as your safari and ticketing partner. Rates are competitive, highly personalised service and wonderful knowledgeable guides.

Made our 1st Safari in Tanzania Most Memorable...
From the time bookings we made, Elias Djenga from World Air Travel & Tours gave us the best recommendations and was very accommodating with all our changes & requests as we were a group of 8 going on a 7 day tight packed schedule safari. We were provided with 2 guides Focus Charmy & Madava, they made our 7 days entertaining, comfortable, friendly & warm. They were also very well informed about the animals and knew exactly where to go to get the best viewing / gaming experience. We saw the BIG FIVE and much more through our journey covering Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire. In addition we made a stop over at a Maasai Village on Day 2 and the morning of Day 3 with a most memorable Hot Air Balloon Ride. On arrival & departure from Arusha town, would highly recommend the Mount Meru Game Lodge & Sanctuary. In the Serengeti the Kisura Serengeti Tented Camp is basic but with great service from very friendly & accommodating staff.
When i go back to Tanzania again, rest assured it will be with this company again !

Best place to Safari with a very reliable team!
We had a large group of 8 arriving from different countries and things went very smoothly with the help of Elias Njenga, who helped us work through our itinerary at odd hours of the day and night!. Our drivers were Focus and Madava and they were excellent in spotting the animals as well as knowledgeable about the plants and birds. They also helped us understand what the customs of the people were and how the conservation worked in that area. Good company too! Thoroughly enjoyable! We went to Lake Manyara, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire . Also managed to do a Hot Air Balloon ride over the Serengeti which ended with a champagne breakfast - I thoroughly recommend it! In Arusha the Mount Meru Game Lodge was a wonderful place to arrive and leave from. At Kisura Tented camp it was basic but fun. The staff were excellent! I will definitely be back!

Amazing holiday
From beginning to end, the people in this agency (manager and staff) were courteous, responsive, accommodating and helpful. Their attentions really made a difference in our trip.
Having arranged it only a week before arriving to Tanzania, we were pleasantly surprised with the great service, fantastic accommodation (luxury tented camps) and friendly/experienced staff. Everything ran smoothy with the help of the agency manager Elias (who helped sort out the situation when the plane of my friend was delayed half a day in Kenia!) and our guide Emanuel (who made us -two women travelling alone- feel always safe and cared for).
All in all we had a magnificent experience during our 8 day safari and we would recommend World Air Travel & Tours to anyone wishing to travel around the North (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti) of the wonderful Tanzania.

Great experience, from start to finish!
I booked a safari through northern Tanzania for 10 days with this company after it being referred to me by a colleague. Initial e-mail correspondence with Elias was smooth and friendly; it was easy to come up with a nice itinerary. Once landed in Tanzania, I was welcomed by John the driver, who was to be my guide, driver and most of all, my buddy during the coming days. Thanks to John, my safari exceeded my expectations, and I would like to thank him again for his professionalism, good humor and fascinating stories about local wildlife and culture. Very reliable agency and very professional guide. What they offered is what we got.
Since our first contact with Elias until the moment we have left the country we have received what we have contracted. I have no negative comment at all with the service provided and I have to underline the professionalism and kindness of our guide John. Always on time, ready to help us and even to change the program in accordance with our requirements.

Good organisation, staff and services meant we had many excellent experiences in Tanzania.
We had wonderful safaris. Our guide, John, was knowledgeable,an excellent spotter of animals and obviously proud of the natural wonders found in Tanzania. He was always patient, happy, sociable and went out of his way to ensure we had wonderful experiences. The accommodation in most places was excellent - good rooms and good service. The food was great and we enjoyed our picnic lunches. The safaris themselves were awesome.

We wanted a Tanzanian trip that we can remember fondly - we got it.
World Air Travel has been helpful all along and made us felt at home.
This was a trip special to my wife and I, and also our first time setting foot on Africa so I had numerous email communications with Elias before the trip to tailor the itinerary and to clarify concerns, and Elias was always understanding and helpful, as well as being extremely responsive and accommodating with the requests.
Our tour guide John was also a gem. To say the least, he took care of us - carried our bags, kept us fed with snacks, opened our doors, brought us fresh drinking water etc. He also somehow, yet always managed to get us into the best position for photographs of the wildlife animals while also being extremely knowledgeable about them. However what's more was his company more than being a professional tour guide - he was a friend on the road and we exchanged many stories, which in hindsight, is as important and memorable as seeing the Big Five.
The food and accommodation were all as planned and we were pleasantly surprised by the general quality of the arrangement and the service we received. We wished for a pleasant adventure to see something we've never seen before at a place we've never been to - Tanzania and World Air Travel certainly delivered.

Wonderful Safari
We had great communication from World Air Travel & Tours when requesting the quote and they quickly answered all of our questions by email. We were hesitant to send money to Africa - however everything was exactly as it was detailed on the quote & itinerary. Our guide Robbie was knowledgeable and knew the terrain very well. He made sure we saw all the animals we wanted to see. The lodges were hospitable and had excellent cuisine. There was one small issue (our issue) and both Robbie and Elias at head office did their best to solve it - we were very pleased with their solution. We highly recommend World Air Travel & Tours and our guide Robbie!
