A calming experience
I would like to genuinely thank African Hartebeest Safaris, and especially Mary for such a lovely experience. Right from the start Mary was extremely helpful in planning the trip for me. She was always available on email and patiently answered all my queries. Being a single female traveler I was slightly apprehensive initially, but I realised I had nothing to worry about. African Hartebeest Safaris provided me with a fantastic driver who was an excellent guide (shoutout to David!!) and took care of everything at the hotel I was staying at.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience thanks to African Hartebeest Safaris!!!

A fabulous adventure
Our guide, Stevie, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He watched intently for opportunities to position us to get as close to the animals as possible. It was thrilling to see all the magnificent animals in person. Everyone should experience this!

Awesome service
I had just a few days available over the Eid holidays and wanted to try a short safari in Kenya. Beverlyn Imali of African Hartebeest Safaris found exactly what I was looking for and for the right price.
Beverlyn also went out of her way to personally take care of me while I was in Nairobi and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful person she is.
I would recommend their services to anyone and will definitely be my “go to” for all things Kenya.

4 days / 3 nights in the Masai Mara
We spent 4 days with African Hartebeest Safaris in the Masai Mara. It was a wonderful experience starting with the professional and individual setup of our tour. We were picked up at the airport, brought to a Nairobi Hotel and started our tour in the morning of the following day. The 250km distance to Masai Mara was managed safely by our driver. Entering the Masai Mara our driver could explain all the different species we discovered. The Base camp where we spent 2 nights is a nice place with good and comfortable tents situated directly at the Talek river being the border to the Masai Mara reserve. We had a lot of game sightings during the next days - obviously because our driver knew the right places! We spent the 3rd night in the eagle view camp which is an unfenced camp with only limied access of cars. The camp is located on the top of a mountain and offers avery nice views to the conservancy. The personell of this camp took very much care of us and took us also to some game drives - we never saw so many lions in one place!
In general it was a very nice safari experience managed and executed professionally by the Afrcan Hartebeest team (office team in Nairobi and our driver!) and the teams in the camps. Thank you for this nice time!

reliable travel agent,value for money whether its flights or hotel
I have used this travel agent for the past 5 years and we booked a safari (5 families) through African Hartebeest Safaris in December 2015. We had the best experience ever. Everything went as planned and being a large group with kids, Bevlyn took our requests very seriously.
I would recommend this travel agent for anyone looking for a reliable and detail oriented traveller, whether for safari or flight tickets. Her prices are also very competitive.

Great trip to Masai Mara
We did a four night safari trip in the end of March and were given great service from African Hartebeest Safaris troughout our whole trip experience.
During the sales process we allways got a timely and accurate respons. Beverlyn really works hard to keep her customers happy. We were also able to make an adjustment to the trip, adding an extra night at Basecamp Eagle View (hihly recommended).
Upon arrival in Nairobi we were met by our guide John and driven to the hotel for the night. John always kept control and had good answers to all our questions throughout the trip. He also had good knowledge about the wildlife during the safaris.
We would have no doubt about recommending African Hartebeest Safaris for your private safari trip.
