Professional, knowledgable, dependable. Aims for the traveller to have a truly valuable experience.
I was not there for a safari, however Africa Zim was VERY helpful in guiding me on my travel throughout the country, particularly in spending time to answer questions and give advice and in arranging accommodations and ground transportation in and between several towns that I visited. They more than met my expectations. I will be referring others and will use this company again myself.
