Be careful if you sustain an injury during one of their tours
Despite advertising that they carry comprehensive insurance, this company will deny any responsibility if during one of their tours you sustain and life changing injury as I did. They arrange all activities and accomodation and therefore it is reasonable to expect that they will accept a duty of care. They do not. Do your research before selecting your tour operator, make sure you are covered.

Awesome- Best Guide ever
We truly had an exceptional and once-in-a-lifetime experience in Namibia, thanks to one of the finest guides I've encountered during my travels to Africa, Mr. Wilson Garafa. He demonstrated professionalism and shared extensive knowledge throughout the journey, particularly impressing us with his remarkable understanding of wildlife – a true testament to what a wildlife guide should embody. Despite the outstanding experience, my only disappointment lies in Nature Travel Namibia lack of collaboration for a more favorable price. Given its high cost, they sought every last penny from us. If they were more cooperative in this aspect, I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to others, given my role as a tour leader in my country.. I also would have given them full stars !

Wonderful experience in Namibia
We chose Nature Travel Namibia as they seemed the right people to satisfy our holiday needs. Email exchange was very professional and the itinerary prepared by Amber was extremely detailed. Only drawback encountered was a defective tailgate in our pickup truck from day 1
which hindered loading/unloading heavy luggage. Luckily our guide Wilson happened to be an extraordinary person, but also an expert in flora, fauna and geology. He made our holiday a great one!

Everything We Wanted to See ... and More
Our private tour took us through astounding desert scenery, to the tops of unimaginable dunes and to sightings of incredible wildlife at fabulous watering holes. We started with a visit to the incredible dunes of Sossusvlei. Our guide Charl ensured we got to them in time to photograph them in the best morning light possible. Climbing to the top was a wonderful experience as was wandering among the 900 year old trees on the salt flat. From there it was off to Swakopmund and a safari to look for the little five in the adjacent Namibia Desert. Our local guide Chantal, was amazing with her knowledge and ability to track the tiny creatures - from the Sidewinder snake to the Palmetto lizard. Our flight, arranged for by Nick, over the Namib Desert was truly amazing. To see the dunes from the air reinforced our great decision to have seen and climbed them. The final part of our experience with Charl and Nature Travel Namibia was the safari in Etosha Park. We saw an amazing array of animals - from lions and elephants at a watering hole to an impala staring down and challenging a leopard to chase him. The leopard didn’t! We enjoyed mostly excellent accommodation throughout the trip along with very good meals. Charl was an incredible wealth of knowledge and willingly shared that knowledge. We all felt very comfortable and safe while he was driving - which was quite a lot. The distances we had to travel over gravel roads was the only downside, although unavoidable, of the trip. Amazing Experience
My wife and I had a truly amazing experience on our safari we booked through Nature Travel Namibia. It started in the planning process working with Amber. She was very easy to work with in putting together our tour, and was always prompt in responding to messages as well as clear in all communications. Once in Namibia, our guide Wilson made the entire experience incredible. Wilson was extensively knowledgeable about local flora/fauna, geology, and history which made the experience enriching. On top of that, he was very professional yet friendly and personable which made the trip even more rewarding. Additionally, we are incredibly grateful to Amber, Wilson, and Joram for helping navigate our lost luggage and coordinating a meetup to get it back! We had a truly amazing trip to Namibia!

What an experience!
Petra was great helping me to organise the whole trip, thank you for her patience with me because I know I’ve been challenging sometimes! ☺️ She was able to book great lodges and activities around Namibia with the right way for me (anti clock wise).
And of course thank you to the phenomenal David, our guide. His huge experience, knowledge of nature and kindness made this private trip just awesome for me and my wife.

Reliable, responsive and efficient
We did an 18-days self-drive safari of Namibia with an extension to Victoria Falls fully organized by Nature Travel Namibia. It has been a wonderful experience! It was our first time in an African country and we were unsure about all the long distance driving to do on our own, but following the suggestions of our contact person Nadine Jones of NTN we felt comfortable and safe all the time during the trip. We could design the itinerary as we wanted, taking a slow pace and staying more days at each location instead of travelling every day, and we did not miss any of the places we wanted to visit. The selection of lodges and hotels was perfect, in stunning locations and excellent quality. All was as advertised and promised, and NTN was always quickly responding to our emails and requests. We also asked for a couple of changes during the travel itself and they were kindly and efficiently accommodated. I will not hesitate to use NTN for future holiday plans.

everything perfect
we spent 6 nights across etosha (mokuti lodge is fantastic), swakopmund and sossusvlei (desert grace gondwana collection is worth the travel to get there in the middle of the desert). food variety was everywhere good and quality high, of course mainly based on meat. our guide, Buzzy, have been always with us, supporting and driving us through the activities. safari in etosha was incredible, thanks to Buzzy’s expertise we have seen 4 of the big five (many elephants, lions, one leopard, rinos) together with many zebras, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, antelopes,… we really enjoyed Sandy Horizon Sandwich Harbour 4x4 Tour where we have been taken through the dunes where the Atlantic touches the desert in an incredible landscape. we finally climbed the highest dune in the namib desert (big daddy), quite tough but it is worth doing it once you are on the top, and visited dead vlei, another incredible experience. everything was arranged perfectly, and also an accident incurred to our car on the way to the airport has been managed properly. 100% happy with Nature Travel Namibia, a special thanks to Buzzy and Petra.

Great planning, easy contact, excellent selection of lodges and activities, helpful and friendly.
We have started planning of our self-drive trip to Namibia one year in advance. Petra came with some proposals and adopted them to our expectations. At the end we got a perfect plan with all the bookings of lodges and activities. The trip itinerary was uploaded in the app, which was very helpful. In Windhoek we were picked up by Chantelle. She made an excellent meet&greet in a nice cafe in the capital. She was full of positive energy and not only showed us how to change a wheel, but also how to feel a tank while respecting local customs and drove us to a supermarket to buy some supplies for the road.
The tip was flawless! Selection of lodges and activities was excellent, with a good pace. We did not waste any minute and and the same time we were not too overloaded with driving and activities.
We will definitely plan another trip with the Nature Travel.
