safe and exciting journey through Kenya
First of all, I must express my deepest admiration on behalf of the drivers. They where all fully committed to the job at all times, delivering top class service, ensuring safety and communicating in a way that even our children understood. (11 year old danes). As we did spend up to 65% of the time in our cars, they indeed made the trip for us.
One big debate when we stood in line for the flight back home, was which of the 5 drivers was to be the best.
-We will most certainly come back.

Amazing experience with a great guide
Truly an amazing experience even in the low season. Our guide was personable and respectful and he did an amazing job seeking out the game during drives. I would definitely use Aslan again.

We have enjoyed our Safari immensely and would recommend Aslan Adventure Tours and Travel to anyone.
In September we (my friend and my parents) made a wonderful Safari to Maasai Mara and Lake Elementaita. Karancha, the driver from Aslan Adventure Tours and Travel arrived early morning to pick us from our Nairobi Hotel. We decided to use a Landcruiser instead of the more common safari vans you see nowadays. The vehicle was very clean and well kept. A brief stopover at “View Point” provided us with beautiful sightings over the Great Rift Valley. The Tour Guide from Aslan Adventure was able to provide us with an abundance of information about wildlife, nature and local traditions.
We have stayed in a lodge for two nights, the lodge is operated by local Maasai. Karancha was able to find all animals we requested, we have seen the entire Big Five, except for the Rhino that is. One of the highlights was spotting a Leopard that had dragged its prey into a tree. On the second day we were able to take lunch outside the vehicle, under a big acacia tree we enjoyed seeing a large herd of wildebeest while we finished our lunch packets. It is advisable not to start daydreaming while seated on your blanket, after all you are still in a game reserve.
On our way back to Nairobi we have spend one night at an eco lodge on the shores of Lake Elementaita. Lake Elementaita might not be as well known as for example Lake Nakuru or Lake Naivasha but it offers a serene and relaxing environment and it is a paradise for bird lovers.
We have enjoyed our Safari adventure immensely and would recommend Aslan Adventure Tours and Travel to anyone. Next year we will most definitely request their services to organize a trip to Samburu.

Ol Pejeta & Sweetwaters Tented Camp Visit
Aslan Adventure Tours sent us on a lovely trip! We had a comfortable van with a fun driver that taught us so much about Kenya. He did his best to make sure we saw every animal we wanted to on our game drives (we did see all of the Big 5). Sweetwaters Camp couldn't have been better - we enjoyed watching rhino, giraffe and elephants all drinking from the waterhole in front of the camp while the sun went down on Mt.Kenya. It was an adventure of a lifetime and we will certainly be using Aslan Travel in the future! Thank you!!!

The driver arrived at our home in a very comfortable van on time ~ to drive our group of 3 to Sweetwaters Tented Camping. Charles was a great driver, enjoyable to chat with along the way. He was kind and thoughtful! Everything went incredibly well. The itinerary was well planned for us and we enjoyed every minute!

Excellent Experience with Aslan
Aslan adventures, and our phenomenal guide Joe, provided a fabulous experience for our Kenyan Safari. We did the 6-day Samburu - Nakuru - Masai Mara safari that left out of Nairobi. While there was a LOT of driving, this was an exceptional route with beautiful lodges. We couldn't believe the value we were getting for the quality of lodge we were staying at.
Anne (the booking agent) provided a great deal of detail upfront about our safari and was able to accommodate a fairly unique situation. Since we were booking fairly late, we had to wire the money upfront, which made us a bit nervous, but all worked out well. She was even able to secure an upgraded lodge in Samburu for us to stay at, which proved to be a unique experience.
Once in Africa, our guide Joe was phenomenal. We were very impressed with his driving and knowledge of the three reserves we visited. He was often willing to go out of his way to make sure we saw and experienced everything we wanted on the trip. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to see all of the Big 5, as well as a number of special requests from our group.
It seemed as though nothing would stop Joe - he was able to repair a broken control arm in about an hour while in the middle of the Mara, relentlessly search for Leopards (the most elusive of the Big 5), and impressively navigated the perilous roads of Kenya despite road closures. We truly could not say enough good things about his service.
Overall, we were very impressed with Aslan and Joe. Great service, great value and a great experience!

Joe is an amazing safari guide
We visited three national parks in six days. Samburu, Nakuru and Maasai Mara. I definitely recommend all of them. They all have a unique nature, different scenery and huge variety of animals.
All accommodations were organized by the Aslan Tours and we were really happy with our rooms and food.

Kenyan travel company with know how
I shopped around for tour packages for a group of eight with a number of tour companies. We found Aslan to be most knowledgable about current conditions of hotels, parks, etc. To top this off, Aslan also offered us the most competitive rates on lodging and transportation (a good 15% cheaper than then next cheapest quote for the same itinerary). Aslan actively negotiated with the lodges and managed to get our young children free stays at a number of the lodges. They also provided us with a very warm, knowledgeable, and overall very apt driver with a good 4x4 vehicle. Request Shadrack as your guide and driver if booking through Aslan.
We will undoubtedly use Aslan Travels for all future travel plans in Kenya!

Our First Safari - at Samburu, Nakuru and Masai Mara - Very Thirilling and Adventures
We booked 6 Nights and 7 Days Safari with Aslan. First of all I would like to thank Ms. Anne for her prompt response and reply. It was very exciting Safari we had. We would like to thank Mr. Patrick for his guide on safari and drive. He is such a wonderful and knowledgeable guide and driver.
The days at Samburu and Nakuru was very good. We really enjoyed much in Masai Mara. The stay at Keekorok was very good. I would suggest for a stay in Keekorok Lodges - which is in mid of Forest. The food and the hospitality was very excellent.
During the Safari we saw all Animals , Big Five, Hunting and Catching of Cheetah and Leopard.
