My sweet trip to Kenya
My wife, Kids and I are just back from a wonderful holiday in Kenya . Thanks for making all the arrangements Albert, everything worked perfectly. Apologies in adavance if I get names wrong or spelling . We made our way to Kenya and were met by Pam safaris Rep Paul. The transfer to the airport straight to (and from )the camp was handy as it got us in time for checking-in saving hassle! The trip was a bit crazy but we are pleased we did it, kept the kids well entertained...answering all questions patiently on wildlife and keeping my young bird watching enthusiast Jeremy informed. We were really impressed with Pam Safaris as a budget company- highlights- We really enjoyed sleeping out in the luxury Mara Leisure camp overlooking the Mara river , Simon Kanye was an outstanding guide, knowledgable, funny and really looked after us!!! Memussi and John were delightful hosts, introducing us to a lot of local bird species and helping us with our photography. The champagne breakfast offered on our final day after our a hot air balloon ride was a delightful surprise and really fun thing to do and an example of going the extra mile to make our trip memorable….Kids can’t stop yapping about it. Attention to detail and doing their best to deliver would be what sums the service. Finally a big jambo Albert and Paul, we would certainly rec
ommend you to everyone

Our Trip To Tanzania
Our trip to Tanzania (booked through with Pam Safaris) has been one of our best holiday as it exceeded our expectations. We had decided to go with Pam safaris through a recommendation made by a friend. We found Albert and his team really helpful, efficient and friendly. I will highlight the positives.
Tanzania (and its people) are simply wonderful, the attention to our requests made us feel special and listened to the whole holiday. This was done through the planning and making sure the package met our needs and budget ( its helpful to be clear on your needs and flexible on what’s available) The vastness and majesty of the landscape along with the wildlife left us in awe! This is more than the Africa we had dreamt of visiting. Seeing the wildebeest in the Serengeti was just magical– an experience that will stay with us forever. Our stay at the Ngorongoro Serena lodge at the end of the trip was the definition of luxury in the wild. We were put in a deluxe lodge that offered an amazing view of the volcanic crater area – it was just spectacular.
Overall we are more than happy with the trip that was organised by Pam Safaris, it was very well tailored to suit our liking. Worth every Dollar!!
absolutely wonderful
my second safari with Pam Tours and travel ltd. I have been meaning to write a review but sorry Paul, I have been busy. Lovely attention to detail from planning to delivery. Paul was able to work within my budget and give value for money. My son 13 year old had a trip of a lifetime and drivers were childfriendly. our trip was Kenya 12 day adventure safari Kenya and Tanzania. The tents were comfortable gave us a real jungle feeling, we were lucky enough to see the big five!!!

Accomodating and helpful in our planning my tailormade safari to fit our budget. Ask questions
Communication was a bit slow but picked up and all was fine once i asked for details. Paul was very helpful considering we decided to do this last minute trip. The service was very good and safari lived up to my expectations. Nairobi, Nakuru, Naivasha and Kisumu with partner and 16 year old child.
5 stars bo było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane :)

We had a wonderful safari
Your company has left me with nothing but positive experience and a trip that will last a life time with the fondest of memories. Thank you again so much, God Bless
Will Certainly visit kenya again and again
The safari trip was terrific!! We loved it. Albert (was his name right?) was a very good guide, we liked him a lot. We even saw black rhino and a lion so we were so lucky. It absolutely met our expectations.. more than we had expected really. We forgot a sweater in the car and the next day it was handled in at our guest house: that's what I call service!

I would not use this company again
I did not enjoy my safari with this company. The schedule they give you is not the actual schedule you will do. Once they have your money and you are actually on safari, your driver will tell you that the schedule the company gives you doesn’t actually matter. Most days, I would spend about 2 hours actually doing safari stuff (though some days would be more). The rest of the day would typically be spent in a cramped van driving to pick up new passengers. The drivers don’t actually work for the company, they are more like free-lance drivers that take people from different companies. The drivers want to get the most people so they can get more money. So you will drive to place 1, then to place 2, and then back to place 1 to pick up more people. Thus, you spend a lot of time driving the same highways (not on safari) to get more people. When I emailed and complained about this, they replied by stating, “Kindly have the spirit of adventure.” Driving back and forth on the same road in a cramped van is not the “spirit of adventure” I envisioned for my safari. I would use another company, or I would consider just heading to Nairobi and negotiating a much better price there. If I would have done that, I would have saved a ton of money and probably had a better experience.
