Our Trip To Tanzania
Our trip to Tanzania (booked through with Pam Safaris) has been one of our best holiday as it exceeded our expectations. We had decided to go with Pam safaris through a recommendation made by a friend. We found Albert and his team really helpful, efficient and friendly. I will highlight the positives.
Tanzania (and its people) are simply wonderful, the attention to our requests made us feel special and listened to the whole holiday. This was done through the planning and making sure the package met our needs and budget ( its helpful to be clear on your needs and flexible on what’s available) The vastness and majesty of the landscape along with the wildlife left us in awe! This is more than the Africa we had dreamt of visiting. Seeing the wildebeest in the Serengeti was just magical– an experience that will stay with us forever. Our stay at the Ngorongoro Serena lodge at the end of the trip was the definition of luxury in the wild. We were put in a deluxe lodge that offered an amazing view of the volcanic crater area – it was just spectacular.
Overall we are more than happy with the trip that was organised by Pam Safaris, it was very well tailored to suit our liking. Worth every Dollar!!

My sweet trip to Kenya
My wife, Kids and I are just back from a wonderful holiday in Kenya . Thanks for making all the arrangements Albert, everything worked perfectly. Apologies in adavance if I get names wrong or spelling . We made our way to Kenya and were met by Pam safaris Rep Paul. The transfer to the airport straight to (and from )the camp was handy as it got us in time for checking-in saving hassle! The trip was a bit crazy but we are pleased we did it, kept the kids well entertained...answering all questions patiently on wildlife and keeping my young bird watching enthusiast Jeremy informed. We were really impressed with Pam Safaris as a budget company- highlights- We really enjoyed sleeping out in the luxury Mara Leisure camp overlooking the Mara river , Simon Kanye was an outstanding guide, knowledgable, funny and really looked after us!!! Memussi and John were delightful hosts, introducing us to a lot of local bird species and helping us with our photography. The champagne breakfast offered on our final day after our a hot air balloon ride was a delightful surprise and really fun thing to do and an example of going the extra mile to make our trip memorable….Kids can’t stop yapping about it. Outstanding guide in Simon who really made the safari a brilliant experience for us all
The accommodation was exceptional! Paul really listened to what we wanted and delivered. Simon, our brilliant guide was friendly, knowledgeable and sooo patient. He knew exactly where to go and what we would find interesting. Given we were give adults of varying ages from 18 to 53, it was not an easy task to please us all but Pam Tours did so in spades.

5 day safari in Kenya
Masai mara is fantastic but the travel by car, picking up people and dropping them in places we didnt need to go to, took to much time from our 5 day safari.

Masai Mara where fantastic. Hells gate and Lake Nakuro was not much to see.
We were lead to believe that we have bought a Safari for four people in our own car. Instead we were picking up and dropping off people all the time at Transfer Hotel. This lead to many hours of unnecessary transports on very bad roads.
The driver was good at finding game with the help of the radio. But his communications skills needs a lot of improvement. He did not tell us where we were going and what will happen next. The first lunch stop was totally unnecessary. Who eats lunch at 4 pm? Because of that we missed the bird trip at Lake Navisha.

Pam travel is professional, great respect to the management and there drivers. I had much enjoyment
Communication; employees speak good English , they are very professional with their job. Service; I had nice time with my family , we were given good food and drinks , we were shown places we didn't know , we had a good driver and good security all through, we slept in a very comfortable and secure hotel. Expectations; well we saw many exotic animals , we were able to get our request since we booked online everything was taken care of . I will like to say thank you to one of the manager: Albert Maronga, he is very professional and does what he promises.
Great three day Maasai Mara safari
Had a great time on the 3-day Maasai Mara safari with Pam Tours. Albert helped me arrange the trip and he was incredibly helpful and professional, providing much assistance and advice on a backpacker budget. Our driver, Zack, had so much experience and took us to great spots in the reserve. Meals were nice and chefs will accomodate dietary needs, accomodation in the safari tents outside of the reserve were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend Pam Tours!

Excellent communication before the trip and professional service during the trip.
We booked the 10 day Kenya Safari with Pam Tours and Travel Ltd. Communication was prompt and clear. We met Paul and Albert at the airport and their courteous and professional approach makes you feel at once well taken care of. We also met Zach who was our guide / driver for the trip. We cannot imagine having a better person than him because he was not only knowledgable about the wildlife and the places we visited but also very polite and patient but at the same time, in charge of the trip and making our holiday a memorable one. I am so pleased with the professional service offered by Pam Tours and Travel Ltd that I am seriously considering the possibility of organising a similar trip with them for a group of friends.

Maasai mara Kenya safari
Myself and fiance went on safari. We both are well travelled but never did safari. Information out there was overwhelming. We chose pam safaris from recommendation . 4 in maasai mara nights was fantastic . Great attention to our needs from first email.
