Amazing advice and attention to detail
Indigo Safaris were first class from beginning to end. We dealt with Michele and from the beginning she found out what we were looking for and really tailored the itinerary to our needs. The accommodation she found along the route was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. Michele was also very responsive to any question we had.

Michele with Indigo Safaris helped me put together the safari of my dreams. I was traveling solo, and she created a fantastic package tailored perfectly to me. They were very flexible when I needed to adjust some dates and locations before finalizing everything. Michele responded promptly whenever I had questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The lodges and safari guides were wonderful, and the price was more than reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Responsive and well-organised
We booked a safari in Botswana through Indigo Safaris. They were responsive, helpful, and provided all the information we needed. The safari itself was run by a local operator called Bushways - they were excellent too. I would highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, quick in responding, delivering as promised.
Planned a trip to Namibia with them. My contact was Matthew who was amazing. Quick in responding be it on email or instant messaging. Understood what I had in mind, helped me build the basic plan, and then spent time guiding me on how to adjust my trip to squeeze in everything I wanted to do, activities I wanted to book etc. Every time we did an adjustment, the link/app of my personalized itinerary was updated in less than 5 minutes. Everything "on the ground" was as promised (and more, we were provided with extra material like maps, instructions, extra safety phone, all contacts etc). They cooperate with Africar, one of the main providers of rental cars in Namibia, for whom I can honestly say the same.
The only thing I would suggest to them is that some of the small, local "activities" could be booked upon request directly by them, catering to "lazier" travelers who only want one point of contact.
Can safely say they will be my agency of choice for my next trip in Africa.

Efficient and knowledgeable,
My trip to Namibia was unforgettable. I booked with Indigo Safari, and Michele was excellent—very efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. She wasn’t pushy at all and was clearly very experienced. Michele understood what I wanted and created an itinerary that was spot on, covering Etosha National Park, Swakopmund, Sesriem, Sossusvlei, and Windhoek. I would highly recommend her to anyone booking a trip to Africa, and I would definitely book with her again for future trips.
