Excellent Service - Fantastic Feeling
I found Wildebeest Safari on Safari booking and got in touch with NOAH 3 month before our safari. It is very easy to communicate with Noah. He is so nice and patient to clarify my questions in detail and quick email reply every time.
During the safari, it is a really very good service. In the car, we had free bottle-water as well. Our driver Dennis was very experienced and knowledgeable where and how we can see the best of our destinations. Being with him we felt secure and sure that we are in good hands. Except big 5, we also saw lot of other animals. Sometime, we don’t know the animal when we saw them. Dennis opened his animal book to show us in detail. His English is very well, driving skill is so good. Most of time, we are the first one to get front of animals.
The price and service were excellent. Our hotel is beautiful and clean, food is delicious and lot of choice, the car is in good condition and clean, driver is so nice and handsome. The trip was above our expectations. We would come again to Kenya through this company. I also would like introduce this company to my friend when they go to Kenya.

It is a one-in-a-life time journey
Me and my friend had a great time with Wildebeest crew members during this trip. Our plane was delayed and Noah helped us with re-arranging all the hotel bookings, we were a bit sad that we missed the first day but all in all our trip was quite smooth. we had two drivers, Sydney in Kenya, and Enocky in Tanzania. Sydney was very experienced, we saw a big family of lions and baby lions, a family of hippos, rhinos, giraffes and other small creatures. We seem to have missed the great migration since all the wildebeests are already in kenya, so many of them....that was an amazing view.
We quite happy with the hotel arrangements, not cheap though hahaha . I love the Sopa one on the top of the mountain with great great view. the only regret is that because of the delay of our flight we didnt have more time. we would like to book wildebeest again if we are planning another safaris trip next time.

truly the best exprience
All services were delivered with high standards, security and support. We couldn't have had the same experience if they hadn't been so cooperative. We didn't face major issues we were very happy with the service and itinerary.

An incredible experience!
We did a 10 day safari covering Masai Mara, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli. Noah and team made our trip the best ever possible. Extremely friendly and professional. All the arrangements were wonderful. Our guides Dennis and Hamza were really knowledgeable, great at animal spotting and extremely flexible. What differentiates Wildebeest is unlike the big safari operators they ensure every bit of the journey is tailor-made and client friendly. In short, I must say, we came as clients but while departing, we left as friends. Highly recommended and you won't regret choosing Wildebeest!
Game drives were great, specially in Masai Mara
My friend and I very much enjoyed our trip which included Kenya and Tanzania. It was a lifetime experience, we witnessed all in our list, except live action (ex chitas chasing after Thomson gazelles ..lol) Both drivers were great, specially Joseph, who was our guide and driver in Masai Mara. Noah , who owns company, was always cooperative and understanding, he will go beyond his boundaries in order to please you. I woul have given 5 stars, unfortunately I couldn't because of first lodge was disappointed, other than that everything else was awesome.

Breathtaking
We have really enjoyed our safari trip and I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who want to experience the wild life. We have been taken care of since we starting booking for this trip until the end of it. Max our guide was superb in the whole duration of this trip so special thanks go to him,,
The safari exceeded our expectations at every level. Everything on our wish list was satisfied.
We started working with Noah to plan our safari about 6 months prior to our departure. He answered almost every email in a very timely manner. He was willing to honor any requests or changes that we wanted. Everything that was promised us was fulfilled exactly as stated in our contract, with the exception of one small incident on the last day which was resolved easily. Our accommodations were all very comfortable, some actually quite plush, and the service in all was exceptional. We cannot say enough about our driver/guide Andrew. He was knowledgeable, congenial, willing to laugh at stupid jokes, and a heck of a good driver. We spent 12 days with him and were very sad to say goodbye. We were fortunate to see the big five plus much much more. We saw leopards, cougars, nursing cubs and multitudes of other beautiful creatures, many up close and personal. The highlight was getting to witness the Wildebeest crossing the Mara River. It was thrilling and alive with excitement. This was the trip of a life time for us. I have no complaints whatsoever and am grateful to Wildebeest Safaris for enabling us to have this wonderful experience.

Incredible Safari, Incredible Guide
Our safari was fantastic. Timothy is an incredible guide who we could not reccomend highly enough. He knows the area extremely well and thanks to him we managed to see not only all of the big 5 but also the wildebeest crossing of the Mara. Had a phenomenal time!!

Very disappointing safari company
This was a very disappointing safari due to Noah and our guide. Noah added fees once we arrived in Kenya and charged us multiple times for pick up from the airport. He also did not give the guide information about the length of the safari drives we had paid for or the entire last day of our safari. While the guide was friendly, he did not point out many animals and was not able to show us where we were on maps of the Mara or point out any landmarks that are easily found on a google search. He said he had been a guide for 5 years and worked at a lodge in the Mara for over 10 years prior to becoming a guide. He would not take us to the Mara triangle or southen part of the Mara due to mud and the length of the drive but guides for other guests at our lodge were safely driving throughout the Mara. This safari did not live up to expectations Noah had promised. The guide put in very little effort. We paid admission to Enter Thompson Falls at the bottom and walk up a path to the falls. The guide took us to another location which appeared to be free. We have had wonderful safaris with other companies.

Posted on Sep 20, 2017Dear Allison,
Thanks for your review and feedback. We are sorry that we did not make it clear earlier regarding card payments which usually attract 4% surcharge. Though I personally apologized and waived the fee but you didn't take it lightly. I truly apologize.
On the last day of the Safari, guide's plan was to take you for hot lunch first in a local restaurant as a surprise then proceed to Nairobi National Park but you didn't like the idea. So we had to drive you straight to Nairobi National Park.
Eustace was your Safari Guide and he has wide knowledge in Flora and Fauna at the Mara having worked and lived at this National Park. When you go through most of the reviews/feedback guest have mentioned Eustace most frequently as one of our best guides in our team.
Sometimes it'tends to be quite tricky finding the big five, it depends with a lot of factors as we do not have control over nature. But for sure I will address this matter with Eustace.
Yours Sincerely,
Noah Kuti
