Nakuru and Maasai Mara tour
The tour exceeded our expectations. Both hotels provided great service, although we liked the Sarova Lion Hill lodge better than the Serena Mara lodge. The vehicle was very comfortable.
The tour guide was excellent. Responsible, polite, extremely well informed, went the extra mile to find the animals (all big five, including a leopard!). Exceeded our expectations.
The balloon trip was amazing.

Fabulous safari
The safari operator faced a challenging task to organize a tour for us. We were a group of 7 - two families and a friend, with varying accommodation and dietary requirements. We had a short time (5 days) and wanted to cover a lot of sightseeing and game-viewing. And we were on a tight budget.
But we had a fantastic safari, without out a single blemish. The manager, Noah, planned the tour very well. He answered my emails very quickly and discussed issues over Skype when necessary. He clearly understood our requirements (which we kept changing), and arranged the safari accordingly.
Eustace was a superb guide and driver for the entire safari. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Starting from Nairobi we covered Amboseli, Lake Nakuri and Masai Mara within 5 days. Thanks to Eustace, we saw the big 5 and much more.
We stayed in excellent luxury game lodges organized by Noah and Eustace made sure that we were comfortable.
In short, we enjoyed much more than many of our friends, who paid much higher prices.

Responsive and clear
I had a great experience arranging the trip and doing market research with Mr. Noah Kutti from Wildebeest Safaris. You get all the information you need and they keep you updated on every step. Would definitely recommend.

Discover the Heart of a Kenyan Safari with Wildebeest Safaris
We are absolutely delighted by the services of Wildebeest! Since we were going to be first-timers on a safari, we thought it would require an immense amount of wading through the internet to come up with a plan. But Wildebeest made it seem effortless. Their response to our very first email of inquiry was super-fast. And then, acting upon a few of our suggestions, they fashioned a perfect itinerary for us - within budget. There were no surprises along the way. Everything was delivered as promised, on schedule, from beginning to end. Noah was personable on our first meeting in Nairobi, and gave us a warm sense of assurance about the trip in the offing. But most of all, it was our tour guide-cum-driver, Eustace, who made the entire safari come alive for us. He was with us from day 1 to day 7. He was what every family of 4 needs - warm, knowledgeable, interactive, cheerful, pleasant, not-in-your-face, and very efficient. Most of all, his love of his job, the land, and the animal kingdom showed through in his earnest presentation of a Kenyan Safari to us. We would definitely recommend Wildebeest experience to everyone!

Like a dream
My son, who is 12, and I travelled to Kenya in July and August 2016. I was very overwhelmed trying to decide on a tour operator for Kenya. But then I found Wildebeest Safaris LTD. Noah Kuti got in contact with me immediately. He answered all my questions, no matter how dumb. Payment was easy too. When we arrived, we had a driver waiting to take us to our lovely hotel for the day. The next day, we met our guide for the week, Eustace. Eustace is amazing. He was professional, intelligent, kind and fun!
Africa has been a dream of mine since I was 10 years old. Wildebeest Safaris made this dream come true. Our vehicle was just like in Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom. Our lodging was perfect, actually it was better than we expected. And we saw the Big 5!

Our 7 day safari in Tanzania with Wildebeest Safari exceeded expectations.
From the initial enquiry, through to booking and even on safari, everything was seamless.
I would highly recommend Wildebeest Safari to anyone and recommend our driver/guide Steve.
His experience, knowledge and willingness to cater to our request added to our experience.
The accommodation provided on safari was of the highest quality.

good lodging
We had a 11-day safaris. Booking was easy. Easy to communicate with the company owner Noah over email. Good lodging arrangement. In Masai Mara, there was a 3-hour drive one way to the river from the hotel, but the hotel was good. The hotel at Ngorongoro provided a spectacular view that's one of the very best we have ever had in our trips around the world. We made a scheduling mistake and as a result we had to book, through the company, one extra day at Masai Mara at a different hotel. It was an expensive booking and the quality of the lodging that day was SO BAD that it got me sick and was not able to do much the next day. The lesson: don't change schedule in the middle of it.
I have mixed reviews on our guides. Our first guide, Geoffrey, was an experienced guide and an excellent driver. Boy, he knows how to drive on the rough roads! He was assertive, a little hard to negotiate - we were totally inexperienced with Safari so we basically took what he offered, and he indeed, most time, tried his best in searching for things for us to see. In Samburu, at one point he was driving like crazy in order to get us to the spot to see a lion. It was a beautiful seeing. Another day he was trying really hard in searching for cheetahs in Masai Mara - although it was not successful in the end we were happy with his effort. His English was good and we had many good conversations. He was a caring and responsible guy - insisting that we call him back after he handed us to our next guide to assure him we were okay all the way. We did and had a good good-bye conversation. That's professional.
Our next guide, Hans, was less qualified to be a good guide. He was inexperienced as a safari driver and he messed up with some documentation things - as a result, we basically wasted our only day at Serengeti. Serengeti has been always a dream land for us. It was a disappointment. I am not sure whether this had anything to do with the location of the hotel. Hans was basically driving us back and forth on the only road near the hotel area. The Serengeti hotel itself, for the lodging quality, was very good. We had our best dinner of the whole trip there. During our Serengeti trip, we met a guide of another safari company, who was with a couple of guests who obviously were of hard-to-please type and who spoke very little English, and we talked with both the guide and his guests. He was such a wonderful guide (enthusiastic about and in doing his job, super friendly, easy to talk and very accommodating) that made us feel that we should have done a better job in researching and getting good guides for our safari.
Our third guide, Nicolas, was okay until at the end at the airport, when, perhaps due to inexperience and a long, tiring drive, he dropped us off in the middle of somewhere in the area and let us find the departure terminal ourselves. We were not thrilled about that, especially after we gave him good tips for the drive. We had to ask several people for directions in a long walk to the terminal. On Safari, though, he was mostly patient, willing to oblige our requests on the way. He took us up to the Observation Hill in Amboseli. We appreciate that.
Overall, that's a wonderful and unforgettable trip to East Africa.
