I can only describe Right Choice Tours & Safaris as AMAZING.
From the first email communication, I knew they wanted to provide the best service for us. They provided us with many options that suited whatever budget we had and modified anything we asked for. George, the tour organiser emailed us very promptly every time and was keen to answer all our questions. I even had an issue when my case did not arrive but George did all he could to contact the airline and help for the full trip.
Then we met our driver, Jacob. He is just brilliant and I would highly recommend you request him as your tour guide. The loveliest, friendlies man who made sure we had such a wonderful trip every day. He is very knowledgeable about all animals and the places we visited in Kenya. He made the tip so much more interesting and fun. This really was a trip of a lifetime and the success of the trip was all down to this tour company and Jacob.
The professionalism and organisation of this company is fantastic and enabled us to book last minute and know that everything would be taken care of. All we needed to do was enjoy the trip with no worries at all.

Highest quality service received in my nearly 40 years of business and travel experience
I began researching and working on a safari with Right Choice Tours for myself and eight friends in May of 2021 for travel to Kenya in October. My previous experience as a travel and event planner of nearly 40 years was the stage on which I started my planning. In the five months prior to travel, I likely emailed George Oketch over 100 times with questions and updates. Throughout the process, George responded with intent, patience, kindness, interest and understanding with the utmost of knowledge and in a very timely manner. I always felt my questions were valued and understood and that my recommendations from previous experiences were appropriately considered. All of this being of utmost importance to our group when considering travel during Covid. Right Choice took every precaution and measure to make sure that we felt safe and were making accurate decisions in an ever changing world and array of situations. I also felt like the value for the money was of the highest quality as I had traveled to Kenya previously as a high end business traveler as well as a service humanitarian so I was familiar with needs and costs at different levels.
Upon arriving in Kenya, we were met with two high end first class jeeps and two incredible drivers - Teddy Oburu and Ken Ojema. My words of praise for both of these men is of the highest regard. For the next 10 days, we were treated with kindness, enthusiasm, respect, humor and abundant knowledge as we set out to enjoy the surroundings of Nairobi, Tsavo West, Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara. Teddy and Ken are now among my circle of "best friends" and I hope to one day return in the not too distant future to set out on new adventures with them.
Our itinerary included time at the infamous Stanley Hotel in Nairobi with stops at the Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe Center followed up by a wonderful afternoon experience at the Karen Blixen Museum with an evening dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant. We then spent 2 nights at the Voyager Ziwani in Tsavo West, 2 nights at the absolutely incredible Tawi Lodge in Amboseli, followed by a flight to Nakuru with a 1 night stay at the Cliff Nakura and 2 nights at the Entim Mara Camp. We were lucky enough to see all of the big five and an abundant array of wildlife in our time at these amazing National Parks. We followed it all up with a balloon ride over the Mara and a champagne breakfast on the open savannah.
Needless to say - we had a life altering experience. This all due to the incredible service and attention to detail offered by George Oketch, and our amazing drivers Teddy and Ken and Right Choice Tours.

Our trip to Kenya and Tanzania were absolutely perfect. Our guide in Kenya was Opany, request him! Loved his knowledge and expertise. He really tried to make our trip the best experience as possible. Tanzania, our guide was Mr. C, and he too was so very helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. Because you spend most of your time with your private guides, you want the best. Right Choice Tours & Safaris picked great places to stay. Each hotel or luxury tent was different, and fabulous. Cannot wait to rebook with them. George is your contact person at Right Choice, and he wants the best vacation possible for you! Do not hesitate to book with them.
Everything was so great, stress free and professional!
We booked a Kilimanjaro hike and safari through right choice safaris. Right off the bat, George was quick to respond, professional and very helpful. We looked around a bit and between their competitive prices and easy communication, we went ahead with the booking.
We travelled across the world and there is always some concern sending money/paying upfront. Those concerns were immediately alleviated! Everything went as smoothly as can be, from our airport pickup, we were impressed every step of the way. We met our tour guides in advance at our hotel, and always knew what to expect.
Our amazing tour guides got us to the summit of Kilimanjaro and we even had cheetahs on our car in the Serengeti!

From our first communication with George Oketch of Right Choice Tours we received the highest level of accurate information, flexibility to plan our unique map of destinations, and kindness and warmest hospitality in all communications.
We have traveled the world extensively and have never had better service. George provided 2 drivers for our group of 9 , Teddy and Ken. They became part of the family for 9 days and we enjoyed their constant education and history, insights into people and culture, species and habits of the animal life, patience, and most of all, good humor. There was a lot of laughter and fond memories.
Because of Right Choice, and specifically, George, Teddy and Ken, our Safari adventure exceeded our expectations 100 times over. I don't think I could give a higher recommendation and value to price was second to none.

From the communication and arrangements with George through to the actual trip with the amazing driver Joshua.
We did a 3 day / 2 night trip and stayed at Zebra Plains Mara which was also great in every aspect.
Joshua was not just on time, but early to every collection time. His driving was exceptional and his knowledge and friendly attitude also very good. He went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. Thanks to all!

Perfect Honeymoon Safari!
I am so happy that we chose Right Choice Safaris for our 8 day honeymoon trip. Prior to the trip George and Millicent were so responsive and intent on making sure we got everything we wanted out of the trip. We ended up doing a lot of this last minute due to the uncertainty with COVID but they were able to get us reservations in all the camps/lodges that I wanted. They also offered a full refund if something changed last minute and we weren't able to come because of COVID. Luckily, that did not happen and we had the trip of our lives! Joshua, our guide, was absolutely fantastic! He knew tons about the animals and could tell by their behavior whether they were hungry and ready to hunt or were more likely to just relax. This resulted in us getting to see 4 cheetahs hunt and kill an antelope in Maasai Mara, an unbelievable sight! We also caught the wildebeest migration just on time, only having to wait about 20 minutes while others waited all day. There were a lot more highlights but I'll let you see for yourselves! It was a pleasure to spend 8 days with Joshua. He was truly knowledgable, very eager to please, flexible, professional and timely. I highly, highly recommend requesting him as your guide. Right Choice Safaris did an excellent job in making our honeymoon special including having every place we stay decorate our bed with flowers and they even added "Just Married" tire covers to the back of our jeep that were quite a hit with the other guides. Overall: fair price, excellent service, amazing experience.
