Very good option value for money
Service is very good and the owner George is always responding to your questions via chat. That service is invaluable. Their drivers are extremely knowledgeable and nice. Ezequiel and Joshua were amazing. Specially Ezequiel in Tanzania was friendly, nice to the kids, funny and accommodating with a great attitude. In Kenya they are great and have all under control. In Tanzania sometimes you have some issues because they have less control over who picks you at the airport and things like that but they are open to reimburse you for those issues.

Very reliable and meticulous
I was traveling with my parents, in laws and kids. The trip required customization for this age span. George from Right choice was always quickly available to answer al my questions and provide helpful suggestions. The communication was prompt and meticulous. Ken, the driver and safari guide was very knowledgeable and always tried to keep the requests by going out of his way. We opted for the luxury option and we always stayed inside the parks and the food and lodging was great We never felt that the value for money was low, and at the end all members were extremely satisfied. I want to come back in so e years and if so will want to go through Rightchoice.

Dedicated, committed and a true professionals
It took many weeks trying to find a reputable tour company for our next visit to Africa, we had already visited in 2014 and were keen to get the same experience if not better than our first trip. The companies were shortlisted to 2, one of which was Right Choice Safaris managed by George. In the end Right Choice were chosen because of the variety of reserves and camps we would visit and the cost. The safari went to plan, we had a fantastic experience and I took over 4000 photo's. We saw all the animals that we planned including the Big 5.

Excellent experience.
I traveled with my mom for the third time with Right Choice Safari. We felt safe and taken care of throughout our private guided trip. The owner of the company, George, ensured that all of our needs were met and we felt happy and safe.
We stayed about 2 weeks in Masai Mara this time. Our tour guide was Lenana. He was professional and knowledgeable about wildlife and its locations. I am a photographer hobbyist and am always hoping to take creative photos. Lenana was very perceptive and knowledgeable about photography. He did his best to ensure that I took photos that I was looking for.
The lodges we stayed at were great: friendly staff, delicious food and comfortable accommodation.
I highly recommend Right Choice Safari. This company provides high-quality service for travelers.

Amazing safari trip !!
We took the help of Right choice safari's to help plan as well as execute our family trip. Right from the onset they were very proactive over email in the planning phase and provided multiple options (both from location as well as hotel perspective) to help customize our itinerary exactly how we wanted it. Once we landed in Nairobi, we were met at the arrivals by our guide Opany who accompanied us throughout and helped us navigate through the itinerary with patience, knowledge and humour. We spotted the Big 5 multiple times across Masai Maara, Amboseli as well as a sea of Flamingos in Nakuru. Cherry on top was to witness sunrise on the Hot-air balloon ride which while being slightly pricey was worth every penny. The Camps/Lodges recommended for stay by Right Choice were very luxurious and well equipped to handle any request. From a food perspective there were multiple vegetarian options to choose from so Vegan/Vegetarian travellers need not worry at all. Overall a very satisfying vacation trip.

Wonderful Kenya/Tanzania Safari
We were very happy with our safari experience with Right Choice Tours & Safaris. When making arrangements, George provided detailed responses to my questions and tailored our arrangements to what we wanted. Ken, our safari guide/driver in Kenya, did a great job in getting us close to the wildlife which facilitated us getting wonderful photos. Right Choice used Raven Safaris in Tanzania and Rajabu, our Tanzanian guide/driver was excellent; not only was he a very competent driver, he was extremely knowledgeable and readily shared his vast knowledge which enhanced our wildlife viewing experience. Rajabu even made sure we each had a new water bottle each morning. The safari jeeps had pop-up roofs and my husband and I had a private tour which allowed us to see the wildlife well. In addition to the game drives, we visited a Masai village in Kenya, did a cultural tour in Tanzania and ended our holiday in Zanzibar where we did a tour of Stone Town, a spice farm tour and went to a beach resort. Right Choice helped to make our Kenya/Tanzanian holiday a fabulous experience.

Great safari trip
My brother and I had a great safari trip. Right Choice were very communicative and helpful from the start. Although we did have a small issue with the hotel check in in Nairobi, this was the hotel's fault and was quickly resolved. During the safari itself, I got food poisoning at one of the lodge's and Right Choice were kind enough to move the itinerary around and let us stay a further night at a different lodge and didn't charge anything more for this. Much appreciated! Our guide Smart was super good at finding all of the animals we wanted and drove around like a champion.. seeing a leopard was the highlight and absolutely incredible! My only wish was that we could communicate a little better in English.

An amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Fantastic experience! My wife and I reviewed many available options and ultimately decided on the "12 Day Incredible Kenya & Tanzania combined wildlife safari."
We took it as a private tour (just the two of us and our guide), and it was a home run.
Throughout the trip, we visited Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire, and Amboseli parks and saw Rhinos, Giraffes, Zebras, Pumbas, Hippos, Gazelles, Lions, Cheetahs, Ostriches, Buffaloes, Leopards, Baboons, Elands, Elephants, Hyenas, Vervet Monkeys, and even a Monitor Lizard. We literally saw everything we had hoped to see and many things numerous times.
While we were in Kenya, Jacob was our guide, and he was awesome. He met us at the airport, took us to our nearby hotel for a day of rest (much needed after the long flights), and was with us throughout our time, providing insight, background, and information about the parks and animals. When we did not understand something, he clarified it in terms that we understood. Additionally, he is highly skilled at driving through the rough terrain of the parks (lots of soft, deep mud), so we never lost time due to being stuck in the mud, like many others did.
When we got to the Tanzania border, we met up with George, who took care of us during our times in the parks there. Like Jacob, he was a skilled driver and had a knack for finding the elusive animals (including the Leopard).
Both George and Jacob spoke English well, and they were there with us at each border crossing (from Kenya to Tanzania, then back to Kenya) to make sure things went smoothly. (Note: make sure you have your yellow International Vaccine Card that shows you've been vaccinated for Yellow Fever.)
For accommodations, we stayed in luxury tents (except the first hotel and the Rhino Lodge atop the rim of Ngorongoro Crater), and the tents were all comfortable with contained bathrooms that had hot/cold water. The tents ARE in the parks, so wildlife is all around, in a few, travel to/from your tents is only authorized with a Maasai warrior as your escort (they're awesome).
As a general comment, I'll say you should be prepared to be tired at the end of each day. This was a surprise to me, but something about the bouncing around in the safari vehicle all day is just tiring. Sounds ridiculous, but it's true.
Overall, the safari was pretty close to perfect. I cannot think of anything I'd change, and I hope to do it again in the future!

Amazing
We had a wonderful experience with Right Choice. Opine, our tour guide was an amazing person, who knows his way around the reserve and strived to show us the big 7. The enterim camp was also a truly out of the world experience. We really enjoyed the trip and would definitely recommend Right Choice to our friends n family.
