awesome, enriching experience
5/5

The full experience was great and went above our expectations. Romeo (the manager) was very helpful when organizing everything and responded all our e-mails in a timely manner.
We had Amos as our guide and he was extremely professional. We even saw a caracal (it is a very hard to spot wild cat, so rare that another group was next to us but their guide didn't even know the animal and they just moved on not being to interested). I would totally recommend visiting the bushmen and the blacksmith tribes. Both experiences were really culturally enriching, especially with the blacksmith tribe.

We have seen all the animals we were hoping to see when we left home with only one exception, the rhino, despite all the efforts the guide has made in order to make it possible. Another thing that we appreciated was how he was able to read animal's behavior: several times it happened to have other safari cars around us and if they were already there by the time we arrived in that spot that means they had a better viewpoint. That changed fast because our guide was clever enough to anticipate what the lion/leopard will do in order to be ahead of them and enjoy watching them in their natural habitat.
In the end of the trip, we had one night at lake Natron which I can't say was a must do. As an advice for other tourists I would suggest to spend more time in Serengeti and skip Lake Natron (especially if you get to see Lake Easy before, both are very similar and people at lake Natron were only trying to get more money out of your pockets), even if this means spending more hours on the road for the returning to Arusha.
Also, not to forget mentioning the food which was tasty and according to our preferences.

I would recommend this trip to anyone who is a nature/animal lover and wants some cultural experience as well.

Thank you,
Ionut Cirlan

Excellent service, flexible, and honestly priced
5/5

Safari was tailored to our needs, with help from Romeo right from the start. He and his team were very quick and consisely informative with all communications. Ask and you'll receive.
The pricing was honest and fair, amazing given it's so often hard to come by in Tanzania.
Amos was a brilliant guide, he accomadated all our needs.
Ok our truck looked a bit tattier, but honestly they're all the same really, everybody does the same stuff. Unless you think it's worth paying $5000 extra simply for a leather lined seat. They've all got the same: power outlets, seat layout, and fridge in the back - don't be fooled that these are luxuries with those pricey companies.
Look no further this company was great.

Fantastic Initiation into the wild world of Tanzania
5/5

This was our first African safari and Edward made sure that it was hell of an experience. We went through a lot of safari companies and zeroed down on safari multiways primarily because it was very easy to communicate our needs and get an immediate response from them and also the assurance of so many good reviews.
Me and my wife opted for the private safari (Arusha -> Tarangire -> Manyara -> serengeti -> Ngorongoro -> Arusha) and hoped to catch the big 5, and boy did we have a feast.
our guide Amos was adept at spotting animals which others missed and always got us the best viewing position ahead of everybody. very knowledgeable guy when it came to explaining the animal behaviour. we were lucky to have him as our guide.
we opted for the midrange accomodation and all of them were perfect for a couple. our favorite was the serengeti heritage tented camp, we were literally blown away with the perfection they achieved at such a remote location. The staff were always glad to help and had a very happy demeanor.
The 4x4 jeep provided to us had charging points to help us revive the drained out batteries and a stock of refrigerated water bottles at our disposal.
The payment options are quite flexible. you can pay online using credit cards (additional 5% fee) or you can pay by cash once you reach their office. Having a wad of USD really helps. Its accepted all over and makes it easy to get things done.
We were given a complimentary pickup and drop facility which was really helpful since we had a lot of time to kill on the last day and our driver took us around the town of arusha before dropping us at the airport
overall an exceptional trip arranged by Romeo/Edward/Amos/pius, special mention for amos for not only showing us the big 5 but also for making it a fun trip. We would definitely come back and explore more of tanzania with safari multiways,
keep it up guys!! cheers

Great service, many animals, 8 day safari - highly recommended!
5/5

In the beginning of August, me and my girlfriend went on 7N and 8D Camp-Safari. The owner Romeo was a major help planning the whole trip prior departure. We e-mailed hem the parks that we wanted to see, he made us a proposal of the safari schedule and after the agreement we made the online pre-payment. As well in Arusha he and his staff were very helpful and kind.
Omari is a great guide and Mozes made us delicious food, good portions also. Omari was very dedicated in spotting animals and we were lucky to see so many wildlife. They hosted us every day with a smile and had good conversations and a laugh as well.
Very good price and very good service, I can only highly recommend Safari Multiways!

Having a great safari depends on patience, time and... a great guide like Amos!
5/5

What can I say? I just can't wait to figure out when I'll be back again...
Our highlights would be:
* Safari Multiways - the friendliness and willingness to help of Romeo ("the big boss") and its workers, the passion of our guide Amos while working, the super tasty food of Dogo...
* 6 day camping safari (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara) - the luck of watching how a family of lions hunted, watching the sunrise and the sunset in the Serengeti, seeing a leopard having its breakfast on top of a tree, the zebras chewing right next to our tent in the night, the hyena's howl, the stunningly beautiful sights everywhere and the huge difference between each and every park, being incredibly close to wild animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, cheetahs, baboons, gazelles, antelopes, etc.
The affordability of their tour was a big plus (because at the end, most of the companies offer almost the same but, in my case I rather raising up my costs by giving it in tips generously to the ones that will take care of me those days), but I would also like to mention that you may feel the lower cost compared to others in things like having a tent in worse condition than others around you or the quality and size of the chairs and table we use for eating... But the minuses weren't many neither too important.
We wanted to make an special mention to Amos, the greatest guide ever, never lazy, always adventurous and professional who really wanted to make our experience a unique one! Unfortunately, we got a guide change for the last day and we really felt the difference, no one like Amos! Make sure you read some reviews about the guides and try to find out yours before you come! It truly matters to have someone competent just like Amos was everyday during the whole trip.
I would definitely repeat the experience with Safari Multiways and recommend them to anyone around the world!

8 day Safari (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Lake Natron)
5/5

My partner and I (age 30 and 33) went on a 8 day camping safari with Safari Multiways and had such a memorable time! Our guide Omari was very knowledgeable and fulfilled every wish we had, especially concerning the wildlife. We love birds so he did a lot of birdwatching with us. Our cook made delicious local and international food and we spent some very fun evenings together. The camping sites were good for the most part, especially the private ones even had warm water (depending on the hour of the day). The public campsites in Serengeti are a more basic but camping in nature was a very idyllic experience.
The jeep was spacious and comfortable too, with an open roof to spot the wildlife.
Romeo Rwezaura, the owning manager was a major help to us, prior to arrival as well as after our safari. He booked a flight for us, helped us get escorted to the airport and around Arusha. We were really taken care of and the service exceeded all our expectations! Would highly recommend to anybody interested in a budget or lodge safari.

Original and quality experience of Safari
5/5

We are a couple, age 30 years old coming from Europe. Our budget for Safari was 1000 euros. We found online a great review for Mr Romeo's company, we trusted it and we were 100% satisfied by the choice. First of all, we did not share the Jeep with any other group and secondly we had our personal guide. The Jeep was very safe and comfortable to take pictures and watch by binoculars. Our guide was serious and well educated (speaking English very well). Our guide had knowledge of the animal life and the nature not only acquired by books but also by experience. He did not overload us with info. He knew the landscapes very well, which is important to see animals under extinction. He was in contact with the other guides in the parks so that we do not miss any rare animal. He was coming himself from Masai race and he could tell us about people mentality as well. He was on time on schedule. The meal provided during safari was decent. He also suggested some shopping places for souvenirs. The company also helped us with accommondation, although we were free to make our own choices as well. Overall, it is a professional small company run by great staff and we highly recommended to everyone!

8 day camping safari with Omari and Dogo
5/5

In june this year we did a 8-days camping safari with Safari Multiways to Arusha NP, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti and Lake Natron and it was an amazing experience. Our guide Omari and our cook Dogo made it unforgetable - always took care of our needs, we got fed delicious food and Omari managed to spot so many animals for us - more than we ever imagined. The days went by much to quick. Everything was very well organized, from the conversation via mail for booking, pick-up and drop-off at the airport and the tour itself. We had the best time in Tanzania - and highly recommend the company to everyone. Thanks guys for the great fun!
