The communication is excellent. They keep track of every movement with their client. Service very excellent ,Hotel and tour Vans people travelled in will not be forgotten in the near future. Participants of the safari expected mless but were given more than their expectations. The safari was done in Tanzania, Arusha where we visited Ngorongoro crater and parts of Mt Kilimanjaro. all in for days. The Serene sceneries were eye openers. Part of the people involved in that safari had not travelled for expendition before. They were excited to the full. Others who had done safaris before found this one excellent.

The perfect safari experience; it just cant be better
From the first contact via email until leaving Kenya, the quality of everything provided by Aardwolf Africa was just perfect. Efficient, professional and extremely friendly. But most of all, all the details on the trip were perfect. The selection of the hotels/lodges, the rangers, the transportation, ... It was all executed in perfect detail.
I have heard so many stories about safari's, I can only say that if you put your trip in the hands of this company, you will experience the most amazing safari that you can imagine. It has been the best trip of my life.

Great experience
Our first safari trip and we were glad we chose Aardwolf Africa. Esther was friendly and helpful. Our driver/guide/friend Paul, experienced, helpful and of course friendly, made us feel very welcomed and made the effort to show us as many of the wonderful creatures and sights as we "demanded" ; ) Even entertained us with a few Kenyan songs. Nice, clean and problem free land cruiser.

Africa's best safaris
Aardwolf Africa has organized a 12-day safari tour and 1 week in the hotel on the coast for us.
We compared their offer to other 4 local agencies and were the most competitive.
At the end of this Safari we can say that we are very happy with the services received.
The drivers / guides were timely and the agency did in all the hotels all the reports we had requested.
We particularly appreciated:
- ease of contact with the agency, in particular with Verah who has proven to be extremely helpful. It responds to you quickly as well as via email via WhatsApp even through voice or video calling.
- the schedule and budget submission system that is sent to the customer.
Tips for the agency:
- open an account in a European or American bank (like Barclays) or Pay Pal to facilitate the deposit.
- Add more details and prices to each program for each extra activity park. For example: walking safari, night safari, village tours etc.
- Advice on the standard of tips to give to staff, especially to drivers / drivers.

Aardwolf Africa came to our rescue and we had a wonderful 9 day trip with them
I had booked a trip for me and my 14 year old son but was betrayed by that company only four days before our safari was supposed to start, a safari that was the beginning of a larger trip so their was not an option for us to back out. I sent an e-mail to few companies to ask for there help and Aardwoolf Africa came to our rescue and Ester (there employee) rescued our trip in this short time witch was not an easy job because it was high season and a very short time to work with. We had a trip of a live time. Everything was like it was supposed to be. There work was very professional but at the same time very personal. Our driver David did everything in his power to make our trip as good as possible and even when our car broke down on the terrible roads of Kenya he found us a place with another safari company so we didn't miss out on our game drive. We owe them great thanks and are not afraid to recommend them to everyone. They are a solid company and members of Kato and they deliver on their promises witch is not the fact with all companies in Kenya as we experienced.

Safari in Maasai Mara
After a last minute change in the work schedule in Kenya, the possibility of a few days on vacation
appeared.
I contacted the company and in a few hours I had a very detailed quote with photo very illustrative and with a good price. After 2 days I was already on the trip.
Very good service, wonderful trip.
I will return now with the family, and I already have the company to organize my holidays in Kenya.

Best African Safaris & Tour
This was a fabulous 4 days of fun. The team we had was fantastic and made the trip. From A to Z..Nature, wild animals, camp and entertainment was excellent, great value for money. Seeing giraffes first thing in the morning and meeting sunset in a jeep next to a couple of lions ...memories that will last a lifetime.
We were picked up from in Nairobi outside our accommodation (and dropped there after trip), the vehicles were clean and comfortable, and headed to Masai Mara which is approx. 3 hours. The camp was clean and well maintain including the tents which were incredible for the budget price. The w.c. had warm water 24hrs a day and electricity was available from 6pm - 10pm. The food was buffet style and a pleasant variety to choose from. Each day there is a trip into the safari where you can expect to see all animals featuring on a David Attenborough BBC documentary! You also have the chance to meet a local tribe to experience the traditional way of life for the people in the Masai Mara.
Aardwolf Africa's Staff are we’ll trained, helpful and super friendly. We felt very secure and surrounded of care and we would highly recommend this team to organise your wild safari trip. 10/10!!!

Aardwolf Africa arranged a very successful safari for a group of 17 people who were basically friends from the same Church(ACK St Peters Kahawa Sukari-Kenya). This was Easter Holiday 2018.
Trip was for three nights and four days. This is the second safari after another one with them in 2014 at Arusha, Tanzania which was also very exiciting.
This time the Choice of Namirembe Guest House in Kampala could not have been better, group was very excited with the services offered by the guest house.
When at Kampala we visited Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, Uganda National Park (in Entebbe), Colonnel Gadaffi Mosque( largest in Africa) with a high tower to watch the whole of Kampala, the Source of River Nile and several Churches. The driver and tour guide were excellent and the group was very happy with their services.
