Amazing Safari in Kenya!!
5/5

This safari was a dream come true!! We saw everything. The Big 5 and more!! Our driver/guide knew how to spot all the animals and find them in difficult to see places. Chose the upgrade to resorts instead of camping - worth the money for comfort and food. Only comment is there is a lot of car time - hard for younger kids so bring books/entertainment. Thanks for a great adventure!!

Tale of 2 countries. Stick to Kenya.
3/5

Our trip was a 13 day trip split between Kenya and Tanzania.
The first half spent in Kenya was amazing. Everything we could have asked for as the guides were friendly and knowledgeable and the accommodations were pleasant. The game drives were incredible as well, especially at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro. After the first week, this trip was absolutely 5 stars.
However, the second half of the trip in Tanzania was a completely different story. The guides were unhelpful at best, there was constant mix ups, mismanagement, and miscommunications. And though they were advertised with similar descriptors, the accommodations were atrocious. Too much time was spent at the lesser parks that could have been used elsewhere.
As well, too much time was spent driving and it seems like a better planned schedule could have helped make it more enjoyable. Ngorongoro Crater is without a doubt a terrific destination, but only spending 24 hours there is not worth the rest of the week. Tanzania only gets 1 star.
The saving grace is that David and the Absolute Holiday Safaris Ltd team was willing to respond to complaints and the office in Kenya did their best to alleviate the Tanzanian mess.

Life time memorable experience
5/5

It was an excellent experience with Absolute Holiday Safari. We four friends availed the tour. Mr David eased our all difficulties. The guide is very professional and friendly. Accommodation and food were very good. Their conduct and behavior are praiseworthy. We could observe all renowned animals including big five. We also surprised to see some to see some animals which werre totally unknown to us. It was really a memorable experience and enjoyable safari tour.

6 days safari in Nakuru, Navasa, Masaai Mara, Amboseli
4/5

This company take cares of customers a lot, . I feel very warm of my contacter, David.
However, some of the accomondations they cooperate weren't good. One camp electronics had problems, we didn't have power all day and had to prepare troops by our own. One camp didn't save enough showering water. And cooks always cooked so late and sow, one night we ate dinner at 9pm, and one day, our driver told us leave at 5:45am, but cook served us breakfast after 6 am. And cook still ask us give him tips. And they didn't give us one liter water every day as what contract said, in Nassau Mara camp, when I asked water, the staff of the camp told me with bad attitude said no more water, don't ask me more water!
But the driver of the safari was experimened, he found many animals, we saw many animals in our trip.

We used to know about it from the NatGeo and Discovery. But this time I saw them with my own eyes. It was truly a wonderful experience.

Out of the world
5/5

It was the best vacation of my life. Right from landing at the airport, where we were received by David and briefed, to the journey to Lake Nokuru with our driver Zak. The beautiful safari in the park the next morning with the magnificent flamingoes. The journey to Masaimara camp was a bit tiresome but once there we were enthralled by the ambiance of the camp. We had a lot of fun the next two days and we managed to spot every member of the big five including the elusive leopard. Thanks for everything.

Good first time safari experience
3/5

We traveled to Lake Nokuru national park and the Masaimara reserve. Both the places were truly breathtaking, full of wildlife. We did have lots of fun. However, our accomodation at lake nokuru was inside the nokuru town - it would have been a much better experience had there been something close to or inside the park. The hotel facilities at nokuru were however excellent. Same cannot be however said for the Masaimara camp. The biggest downside was that power was available for only 4 hrs in the evening and there were no charging points in the tents.
