nice
My Kenya safari was an incredible journey, greatly enhanced by our guide Martin and manager Muli. Martin’s expertise led us to the heart of the wild, where we witnessed the stunning Great Migration and the majestic Big Five. Muli’s attention to detail ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. For an unforgettable safari with top-notch guidance, I highly recommend our team in the Kenya.

Excellent 7 day safari + beach experience
Thank you to Muli and team for organizing an amazing safari trip for me and my family of 6. The planning process was fairly seamless and once we arrived in Nairobi all the internal travels were very well executed. We had several pickups and drops and everything happened efficiently. The accommodations booked at each reserve were excellent as well.
Ol Tukai in Amboseli was beautifully located where we had views of Kilimanjaro and the wildlife from our front yard. Sarova Mara in Masai Mara was a forest within a jungle, and the staff there was wonderful as well. Muli even arranged for a birthday celebration for one member in our group which was very sweet.
Special shoutouts to our safari guides. Andrew in Amboseli was very nice and he flew the jeep to locations to help us spot various animals.
Patrick in Masai Mara is a wildlife whisperer. He knew exactly where to go, what to do, and thanks to him we had very close encounters with lions, cheetahs, leopards and several other animals. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and our entire group enjoyed the safaris.
We ended our trip with a day in Diani Beach in Mombasa. The Chale Island resort is out of the world, so beautiful, and we wish we could spend more days there.
Thank you again for the experience of a lifetime.

Professional tour operator, perfect holiday
Africa Celebrity is a very professional tour operator with strong room control capabilities. They can get rooms that others can't, and all have been successfully checked in. The price is the cheapest I compared among more than ten companies. The itinerary is also very reasonable. After the reservation, due to personal reasons, I needed to change the time and hotel, and the tour operator (Muli) helped tirelessly.
The driver Hiram is very professional, with fourteen years of work experience, showing us everything we wanted to see. On the first day in Masai Mara, we saw the Big Five, and the next day we saw the river crossing.

An unforgettable experience, I'm already looking forward to my next trip to Kenya!
I am extremely satisfied with this trip! Although I don't usually leave reviews, I made an exception this time.
First and foremost, we were incredibly pleased with our driver. Our entire group was satisfied with him. He always quietly accompanied us without interrupting, but when we had questions, he answered them very thoroughly! He also educated us on the habits of various animals and could say many animal names in Chinese, which was very smooth and impressive, haha. He seemed very reliable. Compared to others, we saw almost all the animals and scenes we hoped to see. My friend left her phone in the car three times, and he always brought it back to us. He was very courteous throughout the trip. On the last day, when we were heading back to Nairobi and were in a bit of a rush, he constantly found ways to keep us moving so we could buy some gifts. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable experience! If we have another trip to Kenya, I hope he will be our driver again.
Secondly, the hotels were excellent. The locations of our hotel rooms were especially well arranged. Initially, I was worried after reading online that some people had their hotels changed upon arrival. However, two of the hotels upgraded our rooms, which was a delightful surprise! The room upgrades were worth about an extra $100 each. Many thanks to Africa Celebrity and the hotel staff.

Poor Safari experience
First, regarding the full-day safari, The contract mentioned a full-day Safari, but what Patrick provided was not a full day. Patrick took us out daily from 8 AM to 4 PM, or from 8 AM to 12 PM and then from 4 PM to 6 PM. He said this was the park's requirement. However, as far as I know, other drivers booked through your company were out from 8 AM to 6 PM, or from 7 AM to 12 PM with lunch in the park and then from 4 PM to 7 PM. This does not align with your promise of a full-day Safari. Patrick’s actions were a significant breach of our agreement. He misrepresented the concept of a full-day safari, depriving us of valuable morning and evening game drive opportunities.
Except for Amboseli, where we stayed 2 km from the park, we were lodged inside the parks at Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Ol Pejeta. Therefore, we had ample time for full-day safaris, with no valid reason to return to the lodge early. Yet, Patrick insisted on bringing us back by 4 PM, citing non-existent park regulations. In contrast, other guides from your company provided a genuine full-day safari experience to their clients.
Second, while safaris are inherently unpredictable, this does not excuse a lack of skill in animal spotting. Our reduced game viewing time, confined mostly to the less active midday hours, undoubtedly decreased our chances of seeing animals. Given your extensive experience, you surely understand this impact better than I do.
Third, on the last day, Patrick refused our request to visit the Maasai market, citing safety concerns, theft, and distance, although our map indicated it was less than 30 minutes away and we had sufficient time.
Moreover, we learned that Patrick’s previous Chinese clients faced similar issues, such as being short-changed on safari duration, poor animal spotting, and being taken to overpriced souvenir shops.
We initially chose Africa Celebrity based on your reputed excellence. However, we are deeply disappointed by not only Patrick’s actions but also your company's failure to take responsibility and address these issues effectively.
Trust and respect are reciprocal, and regrettably, we did not feel either.
I hope no one else has to endure the dissatisfaction we faced due to a poor choice of safari provider.

Disappointing Safari Experience: A Detailed Feedback
I'm glad our Safari trip has concluded, but there are a few points I want to give feedback on.
1. The contract mentioned a full-day Safari, but what Patrick provided was not a full day.
2. Patrick drove steadily and had a good attitude, but he wasn't good at spotting animals. He always waited for others to find the animals first, and then he would follow. We didn't get to see the leopard we wanted to see.
3. On the last day, we returned to Nairobi with a flight at 6 PM. We arrived in Nairobi around noon and wanted to go to the Maasai market to buy some things. There was enough time, but he insisted on taking us to another shop we didn't want to go to. He was unhappy when we insisted on the Maasai market, saying it was unsafe and that maps were useless. In the end, we went to the market he suggested and bought some overpriced souvenirs. I don't know if there was any commission involved, but it left a very bad impression on us.
We chose your company based on your reputation in China, but I didn't expect such an experience. I wanted to give honest feedback and decide whether to caution other Chinese friends about choosing your services.

Very accommodating and thoughtful in planning for the best client experience
Muli was referred to us by a family friend who previously booked their Africa trip through him. Muli helped coordinate our honeymoon that was split between hiking Kilimanjaro and visiting the Serengeti and Masai Mara. Although Muli was not with us on the trip itself, he made sure we were in the best hands during the whole trip.
What made the experience with Muli so memorable was that not only was he extremely communicative and willing to answer any question in a timely manner, but he was also extremely accommodating and solution oriented as he worked with us on multiple occasions to ensure the best possible experience. Depending on your needs or level of luxury, Muli will propose a range of options and work on accommodating for your travel needs.
Prior to our arrival, Muli outlined our itinerary in great detail that we reviewed and adjusted on several occasions. Upon our arrival, the entire process was extremely smooth as we were picked up at the airport, taken to our hotel, transferred to our team that would help us (successfully) summit Kilimanjaro and back - helping us gather last minute hiking needs - then transfer us to the team that would accommodate us on Tanzania portion of the safari and then later help us cross into Kenya.
All in all, our experience with Muli was phenomenal and would recommend him to anyone looking to plan a visit.

4 Days Safari Tour with Joseph
My bf and I went a 4 days safari tour with Joseph, highly recommend it! Joseph is very patient and kind and professional, he did best to find animals for us in Masai Mara, and told us full knowledge about animals. We spent 2 nights in Jambo Mara Lodge and 1 night in Fish Eagle Inn. Jambo Mara is beautiful, food is good and room is perfect. Recommend it! Fish Eagle Inn is ok, food is very good and environment is beautiful but it's strange that there were only me and my bf as guests in the whole hotel, if you dont mind this you can enjoy peaceful time there. Besides this everything is perfect, we had a very memorial time in Kenya!
