They where very good at understanding and fullfilling our wishes.
Back in October 2024 me and my sister visited Tanzania 20 years after leaving the beautiful country where we were raised. My sister and I have always dreamed of climbing the Kilimanjaro. Therefore, we reached out to JM Tours and Evans Adventures Safari to arrange our Kilimanjaro trip and afterwards safari and Zanzibar trip with the rest of our family.
They arranged everything perfectly. Our Kilimanjaro guide, Eric, had gathered a dream team with Hassan and Benedict as second and third guide. Although we (my sister, her boyfriend, my girlfriend and I) only had 5 days to climb the Kilimanjaro they made sure that all four of us reached Uhuru Peak together. Furthermore, they were extremely competent, and we felt very safe. The rest of the team of porters and cook were also highly skilled and at every meal we were convinced that our food was the best and most delicious on the mountain. Furthermore, Evans made sure that we had appropriate luggage and sleeping bags.
We were 4 days on safari in the Ngorongoro crater and the Serengeti. JM Tours had arranged two of their very experienced guides for us, Efraim and Karim. They were excellent at fulfilling our wishes for the safari and understanding the needs of my niece who was 1.5 years old.
Furthermore, JM tours were very helpful with drivers and suggestions for activities in Arusha and on Zanzibar.
If you want to hike the Kilimanjaro we can highly recommend JM Tours and Evans Adventures Safari especially with Eric’s team of guides, cook and porters! Furthermore JM Tours are very competent in arranging safaris with a very knowledgeable and highly experienced staff group.

The tour operator was amazing!
We went on a tour around joburg, it’s a shame I don’t remember our tour guide’s name, it had an ethnic tinge to it. He was excellent, he made the entire trip very friendly and comfortable

Excellent guide!
We loved the whole trip, seeing plenty of animals, including the big five. Having the best guide we could have wished for. Elbariki was truly amazing, not only spotting animals others missed, but also great with the kids! They loved him, sitting in front of the car with him reading animal books. Truly recommend JM Tours and especially Elbariki!

Simply the best!
We had a great stay in Arusha and a fantastic safari-tour thanks to JM Tours and their excellent guide Eddie! Eddie is very kind, helpful and knows so much about wildlife in Tanzania. It was a pleasure for all of us having him as our guide. We highly recommend JM Tours if you consider going to Arusha. They are profesional and helpful in every way. Thank you for everything! Fantastic safari experience!
We had a really fantastic five day safari with J.M. Tours. Our guide Karim was brilliant; really kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us all feel safe whether we were sitting with six lions by the side of the vehicle or driving up the steep and narrow road up form the Ngorongoro crater.
Everything was organised beforehand by Siima who is really friendly and helpful as well! Overall we had a perfect safari and it's all thanks to these guys! Could not recommend them more!
