Perfect service from the first contact to the very end of the tour
We traveled with Anda African Adventure for one week (Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara).
Our travel started few months prior, however. I made the selection of the tour operator. The key reason for selecting the Anda was their active approach - namely perfect communication of Remsi Sungwa who timely and properly responded. His advices to our itinerary (especially which air companies we shall fly with) were always correct. After we completed the tour (incl. flight to another destination) he checked a status of that final service.
What was offered and agreed was completely delivered.
In addition our driver Peter was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive to our requirements.
I highly appreciate all the services of Anda.

great experience
experience with anda tours was excellent. We planned the trip with the help of the experience of Remsi and thanks to his advice our 8 day safari were unique , incredible , wonderful. We chose to sleep in tents to reduce costs and to enjoy the experience of close contact with nature. material provided was clean and efficient . never had cold and never had problems.
we were wrong the choice of the place of departure : Moshi . too long to get to the park and take advantage of the morning hours ....that are the best . I hope will be a useful tip for those that are thinking about what to do on safari . I would not exclude the lake Eyasi , meet the local tribes are invaluable experiences.

An amazing trip that exceeded our expectations!
We only had 1 week in Tanzania and just 2 months to plan so we wanted to make sure that we can get the most out of our time there. Remsi was an invaluable help in the planning stage, giving reliable and truthful information and offering some advice where we were a bit in doubt as to what would be best to see. The result was a well-rounded trip where we had an amazing safari, we got to trek up Kilimanjaro and we also got to spend time with real bushmen and participate in some of their activities. We even had local guides congratulating us for our choices and we need to pass half of that on to Remsi. All the people we've met from the agency were really nice and very good at their jobs. We had Peter as a guide - the man is truly something, he knows so much about the animals' behaviour so he can spot them anywhere, he also gave us a lot of information about their habits and instincts and he has such a great personality. I feel I've learned more from him in 6 days than I've learned in years about wild life. We also met Peter the chef when we went to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe - we didn't expect to actually have a cook with us while we were camping but there he was and we had a few very tasty 3 course meals. As for Kilimanjaro we had Libert, a very experienced guide who also certified for medical emergencies - he even brought mountain sticks as we didn't have any. Remsi was calling our guide everyday to make sure that everything was all right and sometimes he was even requesting to speak with us to check if we needed anything. We even met him the last day and spent some quality time over dinner and from what we could tell he makes sure he meets all the clients and gets some real feed-back ASAP. No wonder all the team was chosen impeccably and we knew what to expect every step of the way. We had other 6 days in Zanzibar just after that and we wanted to organise them ourselves but Remsi asked if he could help and he gave us much better deals on the hotels that we found via Trip Advisor. We really had the time of our lives on the trip and we are looking forward to coming back! We wish all of you to enjoy your trips at least as much as we did!

Great value for the price
Prior to booking a Safari with Anda, I took the time to read many reviews. By far the majority of the reviews were highly positive. We were not disappointed. We had a great driver/guide in a comfortable jeep. Our thanks to Remsi for making sure that our Safari went on without any problems.

Guiding us to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro
Yep, they did what the promised! Good communications right throughout. A happy team, who backed us all the way to the top. Transport was perfectly adequate in the terrain, and on time to and from the airport.
Hospitality was very good, with thanks to Saddam for being our waiter for 8 days.
The guiding was excellent thanks to Gerald and Andrew, who looked after us with a smile through even the tougher times of the trek. We were given realistic targets, and support at a level that helped all 4 of us achieve our ambition of summiting.
The food, thanks to chef Paul, was great, given the "kitchen" was a tent etc. Varied meals were welcomed, although perhaps running short of variation at the end, not quantity. We all craved a bacon sandwich for breakfast by the end! But the presentation of chocolate cake made up for that.
The whole team were magnificent, and were clearly a few notches above some of the other outfitters we came across on the mountain. The kit was absolutely fine, and the attention to detail cannot really be faulted. Thanks again guys. It'll be a long lasting happy memory!
ps And thanks to Remsi for answering all our emails efficiently before arrival.

Trip of a Lifetime!!
My son and I went on a 5 day safari with ANDA and had an incredible time. After researching safari companies, I found a huge range in prices. ANDA was one of the most reasonable. Some companies were charging over $1000 per person/day. That seemed crazy so when I found ANDA I was thrilled. On the first day, we were picked up at the hotel in Arusha by our guide who greeted us with friendliness and enthusiasm. Over the 5 days, we visited spectacular sites and saw even more animals than we had hoped for. Our guide, Omary, was incredible. He knew so much about the land, the animals and the Maasai people. He was always happy to share his knowledge with us and it was clear that he is passionate about what he does. He encouraged us to ask questions and was always attentive to our needs. One of the most impressive aspects about our guide was that he just seemed to "know" where to take us to find large groups of animals. It made the safari so interesting. Definitely bring binoculars (although ANDA provided one in the jeep) and a great camera with a telephoto lens. The tented cabins we stayed in were all comfortable and had electricity (certain hours) hot water available. However, there are major differences in the accommodations. There is choice in where you stay so I recommend asking questions and communicating your needs/desires if you are picky in any way. You can go low budget, high budget or in between. The manager, Remsi was very helpful. I would recommend researching "fair" tips for your guide and the lodge staff and tipping within those guidelines. All in all we had the trip of a lifetime!!
Amazing travel with ANDA in Tanzania
I surely recommended to everyone ANDA AFRICAN ADVENTURE for a trip in Tanzania.
From the first e-mail Remsi from ANDA has been very kind and very professional; he always answered to all my questiones and he organized a perfect tailor made travel for us.
Pita, our tour guide and driver, was as well very professional and competent and we enjoyed every day of our tour!
Great safari with Anda
I had a very positive experience with Anda from the first direct contact to the whole trip. All staff all people were very kind and fully available for many questions since the beginning. The safari was very well organized according to our wishes and I and my family did non have any problem at all. Kindness, experience, suggestions, planning, accomodation and food was ok. Also some little changes during our safari were followed. Our guide Omary was great: full knowledge of the territory, animals, people, habits, always present and in time, very polite and open, a real support, an excellent driver. Thank you all, see next time! Jambo

Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro in 4 days!
ANDA's communication was very good from the start, they provided the most detailed itinerary and offered the cheapest quote out of all the operators that we enquired with (we asked the 7 operators - all had 5 stars on TripAdvisor). Remsi and our driver/guide Omary were waiting at the airport upon our arrival, something we were thankful for as it's nice to meet the person you have been conversing with (Remsi). The Safari was incredible - we gave Omary the nickname of eagle-eyes as he spotted so many seemingly obscure and camouflaged animals! The food was good on all but one day - however this was no fault of Omary's or ANDA's. ANDA's excellent communication continued as Remsi dealt with a minor issue on the first night very swiftly to ensure our safari went smoothly and was enjoyable. There were long waits at National Park boundaries and a time limit on permits - something that is unavoidable - however I believe these details should be included on an itinerary as at the Serengeti/Ngorongoro gate boundary we were nearly two hours waiting, something we weren't previously made aware of. Nevertheless, the safari was incredible, it definitely exceeded our expectations - many thanks ANDA!
Kilimanjaro in 7 days with our ANDA dreamteam!
We went with a group of three girls for an incredible 7 days Kilimanjaro climb via Machame route. Overall the organization and communication with ANDA worked very well. The day before we started our trip, we met our guide and we got well instructed about what to expect during our trip and what we would need. Together with him we rented all the equipment we would need, and our guide made sure that we also got the best quality of equipment. During the climb the whole ANDA team looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everytime we arrived at our camp side, the tents were already set up, and we were welcomed enthusiastically with some hot tea. Even though we did not have a shower for seven days, we always got hot water in the morning and evening to wash ourselves. The food our chef served was excellent and we were impressed everyday how he created theses menus in a tent on one gas stove. Furthermore we had a great interaction with everyone of the team and we enjoyed singing, dancing and cooking on the mountain. During summit night everyone of us was struggling a bit and we had some problems with the altitude. But our guides encouraged us to go further and made sure that we all made it to the top in the end!
Climbing Kilimanjaro has been experience of a lifetime for me, but I would have never done it without the help of the ANDA Dreamteam!
