Wonderful tour in Tanzania
Se hâd organised a tour FOR 4 people and had an absolutely amazing time. Our guide, Karuto, was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, and he ensured that we were comfortable and missed nothing. He had an uncanny ability to manoeuvre the vehicle close to the optimum photo opportunity.
The accommodation was of a high standard, as were the meals. We were truly impressed.

Greatest vacation ever!
Greatest trip of all time. Exceeded or expectations! We’ve been to South Pacific, Europe, Alaska and throughout the US and this trip is now number 1! There was 7 of us including an 8 year old and a 82 year old and every one of us had a fabulous time. Our guide Daniel was amazing, he’s extremely knowledgeable, caring, warm and friendly! He’s an outstanding guide and a wonderful person. We hope to come back and definitely want him as our guide.

Best trip ever!!
I highly recommend Leopard Tours. They partner with Lion World Travel (the company I booked my safari with) and they exceeded my expectations. We had a small group (only 3 singles on my safari) with one older gentleman that should have had a traveling companion with him, due to his age. He was constantly forgetting things, and telling (yelling) at our guide, telling him where to stop for pictures, etc. Our guide Emanuel was patient and professional with him the whole trip.
Emanuel was the best guide ever! Funny, informative, and just 'cool', I had a great time with him.
When my trip was over, I booked a few days on Pemba Island, finishing my safari time with Leopard Tours, or so I thought! When I landed in Dar es Salaam, I was (surprisingly) met by Leopard Tours at the airport, so I could stay in their lounge, and in air conditioning. This level of customer service is beyond the best! One negative comment: Please get a better couch in the office at Dar es Salaam! I had a 6 hour layover, and it would have been great to lay down in my air conditioned lounge!
Thanks to Jane at the Dar es Salaam office for taking such good care of me!

Great Guides....Great Experience
My family along with our friends (10 people total) went on a 7 day safari in Tanzania where we explored 4 national parks (Tarangire, Serengeti, Lake Eyasi, Ngorongoro) and visited with 4 different tribes. Our guides George and Good Luck (yes, that's his name) were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to do whatever it took to make sure we had a great time. If you want to feel safe with a reliable company and a great itinerary, I highly recommend Leopard Tours.

More than satisfied
Very pleased that our local travel agent booked with Leopard Tours.
Everything was perfect. Superb guide/driver (Leonle). Good spotter, very knowledgeable. Drove carefully. Outmost respect for animals and other vehicles. Clean car everyday. Always on time. Would not hessitate in booking with LT next time. Very pleased.
Hassan Hussein Hassan only wants money
Hassan Hussein Hassan is a good guide: BUT after holidays he'll ask you for your phone number. Ok, we are stupid, we gave it to him. Then his family is in trouble (mom falls down and have to go to hospital, children must go to school, need money for water or electric, etc.) We were very stupid... But even when I told him to fuck off, de didn't stop, so told him that I'll call Leopard Tours. No way. Last time he called me in Spring this year. Now he's on the black list. "Nice"memories of Tanzania...
Reply from Leopard Tours
Posted on Oct 17, 2019Dear Iris,
Greetings from Tanzania.
We very much regret your experience with driver-guide Hassan Hussein. It is our wish this was communicated by email to Leopard Tours because, that way, we could have sorted the matter with Hassan without having Leopard Tours dragged into the public platform.
We understand you knew Hassan long before he joined Leopard Tours. Hassan claims you were family friends for quite a while and you had shared contacts before he joined Leopard Tours. As it stands now, the review is inadvertently targeting Leopard Tours as an employer of Hassan. For anyone reading the review, the picture is that our driver-guides are not professional, and it is not possible to appreciate from the review that Hassan obtained your contacts while he was working with other companies.
We, at Leopard Tours, are very much disturbed by Hassan's conduct and his case is with the Human Resources office for disciplinary action.
Our humble request to you is to remove the review from safaribookings.com and other review platforms as Leopard Tours interests are at stake for a matter which is supposed to be private between you and Hassan. This is more so as your contacts with Hassan started well before he joined Leopard Tours but this is not clarified in your review.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused you.
Thanking you in advance for your cooperation,
Quality Control

Leopard Tours are the Best
7 days & six nights of fantastic Safari with Leopard tours. Lake Manyara, The Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Tarangire were all fantastic .
Our Driver Guide, Julius , who is an experienced guide & ex park ranger, knew all the places to go, and how to find the animals. We saw so much more than I think we would have without him. Thanks you Julius. Always on time, always with a clean vehicle. Very helpful with lots of information.
My wife was feeling ill at Ngorongoro and decided to stay at the lodge when we went to the crater. He spoke with the Hotel and made sure a local doctor came to see her.
Thank you Leopard tours, for everything from having your staff at the airport to help us through the immigration process, taking us to & from our acccomodation in Arusha and providing us with Julius for the week and the best Safari experience anyone could hope for. The Ballon flight was also absolutely Awesome and worth every dollar.

From start to finish excellent service
Leopard Tours took care of us from the moment we stepped off the plane in Kilimanjaro. After a long day of travelling having someone greet you and assist in getting you through immigrations was priceless. Every step of our trip that we needed assistance Leopard Tours had thought it out and had someone there to help. You need a touring company to help navigate Tanzania and Leopard Tours went above our expectations. In particular Joseph was our guide at the Ngorongoro crater and was a pleasure to work with, made sure we got to see what we wanted for as long as we wanted and answered all our questions about animals, the Tanzania culture and where to get some great local souvenirs.

We can fully recommend Leopard Tours.
We were wonderfully accompanied from the arrival to the departure by the staff. The reception at the airport, the transfer to the Hotel Arumeru Lodge, the first day safari in the Arusha National Park by Barack: all perfect.
Then we spent eight exciting, fun and interesting days with our German speaking guide Michael on safari: Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorogoro Crater and Lake Manyara NP.
Michael accompanied us profoundly with his extensive knowledge of land, people and animals through this entertaining holiday. It was a caring and informal atmosphere but always with the necessary distance.
A warm "thank you" Michael.

Absolutely amazing!!
the safari was the most fantastic week ever! we have booked online through SafariHub. In Tanzania we were taken care of by our colsultant and he told us that Leopard Tours is a subsidiary of SafariHub, so we ended up in a jeep of Leopard tours.
during the safari we had our guide Peter. he was definitely the best guide you could wish for !! with his 8 years of experience he managed to find the big 5 flawlessly. Peter told us a lot about the parks, life in Tanzania and nature. He took the time so that we could take the perfect photos and made us feel at home. PETER YOU ARE THE BEST, THANK YOU SO MUCHHHHH!!!
