Superlative.
I was working in Tanzania and found myself suddenly with four free days. I contacted African Paradise with 2 days' notice and little idea of what I wanted. They accomplished the near-impossible, putting together an itinerary, gathering permits, and tweaking the details to my liking up the last minute, including late-night discussions via WhatsApp. I was able to cover Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Ngorongoro wit a superb, knowledgeable and experienced guide. I can't believe how well they took my vague blueprint and created a world-class experience for me.

3 day tour with Elize and Johan to Dinokeng, Lion Park, Monkey/Elephant Sanctuaries
The tour was so much more than expected! Elize and Johan were gracious, knowledgeable and fun loving guides to the Gauteng area. We learned so much and enjoyed it thoroughly. The only thing I would have liked was more time to explore South Africa, but that's a good excuse to visit again in the future! Best part of the trip was spending time with our hosts - I hope to see them again in the future.

Excellent Safari
We chose a 10 day safari which went to Kenya and Tanzania. The whole safari went smoothly apart from a delay at the Tanzanian Border as the Tanzanian Driver had a problem with his vehicle. This meant we were very late getting to the Serengeti, but other than that it all went according to plan. We saw lots of animals. Email communication was good from Noah, and the service of the guides. All in all this met our expectation, and I would recommend this company.

Grassrootz is a good operator with good local knowledge to explore beautiful Uganda
We really enjoy our tour through Uganda. Our driver David was a good guide and he was able to show us a lot and give good explanations. David was also a good wildlife spotter which was very helpful during the gamedrives.
Most of the times we stayed in good accommodations. Of course it is Uganda so you won't have the luxury like in Western Europe. The only stay which we really didn't enjoy was at Noah's Ark in Kapchorwa (near Sipi falls).
During the tour we made some adjustments to our planned trip. We discussed with David and he took care of the arrangements. This was very pleasant because sometimes you just want to stay a bit longer at a certain point or just want to move on.
We think Uganda is a beautiful country which is very much worth a visit. We enjoyed traveling with Grassrootz because of the fact that we could just go with the two of us and our driver. So no big groups, no adapting to the group. The price/quality ratio was good and we recommend Grassrootz if you plan on visiting Uganda.

Our Companion / Guide - Moosa alias Mr Livingstone Msagha was Excellent.
Imp advise - No point visiting Lake Nakura if you have visited Masai Mara, Nakuru is an fenced park and has nothing much to see as such.
Magical retreats were great and would recommend everyone visiting Kenya. ( Have started endorsing them to all my friends)

We recently got back from a 3 weeks East African Safari adventure with the unrivaled African Specialist (Wild Race Africa Safaris company) and the experience was just but awesome with a touch of excellence.
We did get in touch with the Simon Milambo through a referral from my good friend who had traveled with Simon’s company and kudos to Simon, very flexible, extremely friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and highly experienced. We visited Kenya Uganda and Tanzania and no enough words can describe the feeling… The whole trip was combined to an excellent standard with everything considered and professionally executed. The choice of safari lodges was excellent; very clean, good fresh delicious food, comfortable African style beddings at some point we felt the lodge were absolute luxurious with the best service from a team of great people. Simon and Wild race Africa did a great job incorporating everything we wanted, and everything went off without a hitch. Our guide Phanuel was the best of all the guides have ever used before in Africa, very knowledgeable and flexible, entertaining and fun to be with. Our safari was absolutely amazing, I would like to thank Ben and his staff for a life time memory.
I ended up booking my safari with Ben and E-trip Africa for various reasons. First of all Ben helped me plan my itinerary, which was really helpful, as I did reach out to other safari companies, response times were a bit slow and my questions not all thoroughly answered, especially about travel to the northern region. I found a few of the tour operators didn't take the time out to help me understand that the trip I had originally wanted was really not feasible in the time frame I had for the safari, I felt they wanted to sell me what ever I wanted and truthfully it would of been miserable and we would of spend alot of time driving instead of enjoying the animals. However,Ben responded in a timely manner and was open to all my questions and help me understand the travel within the serengenti, as I had no idea what to expect, and was able to offer me feasible alternatives to exactly what I wanted to do and see. It didn't matter how many questions, he was very knowledgable and when I told him exactly what I wanted for accomodations he knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to give us options and helped us pick exactly what we wanted that allowed us to get the best value for our dollar. We were not disappointment in any of our accomodations and thoroughly enjoyed each one of them. We stayed in tented camps and each one gave us excellent service, and were unique within themselves. The safari tour was beyond our expectations, and the wildlife was plentiful. Our driver/guide was knowlegable and took care of my sister and I as if we were family. We could of not asked for a better person to show us around this beautiful landscape. The people of tanzania are kind and welcoming. I didn't want the safari to ever end. Thank You, Ben, I would recommend E trip Africa to anybody and when I decide to return this is exactly the company I would use again.
