Everyday a Surprise!!
Overall, exceeded my expectations!
Both Elize & Johan are excellence, we have great time together for 10 days, we cook, stories sharing, dine & wine. Our foods, accommodations are well taken care thoughtfully, most importantly, we learn great knowledge along the road trip.

Amazing Operators!
After talking with some other operators I decided to go with "In Started in Africa" and I didn't regret it for a second.
The company quickly responds to emails and almost all day long, tries to suit the best trip for your needs while gives you a lot of flexibility to change whatever you want.
All the crew in the trip, especially the guides (of course) know english very well and are really kind and supportive.

Well organized
The service was great, everything was clear during the agreement the food was great in all the spots. We had a 5 day 4 nights safari. The owner Ali was very helpful he was very caring overall the trip was a new experience and it turned out great.
Excellent Experience Overall, but improvements could be made
The experience of being close to chimpanzees in their natural environment will always overshadow anything else. It was absolutely amazing! By far, one of the coolest experiences I have ever had. Worth it, completely!
As for the safari company, they were fair to good. I could only find 2 companies online and I chose Gombe Track. When you are paying a lot of money for a safari you expect to not have to handle little details, like where you will be sleeping (there was a big miscommunication between the national park and the company and there were no beds for us). As well, when we paid the other half of the bill in cash, it was just out in the open (seemed dangerous and not professional) and the person I gave the money to did not seem to understand that I am handing over hundreds of dollars and it would be nice to have an envelope or some recognition that he is the right person because the main guy could not meet up with us initially ... It was strange. Some suggestions for improvement would be to have the owner of the company to personally meet with the tourists and explain the itinerary and what is going on and give him the money directly! When some random person picks you up from the airport and doesn't explain where you are going or what his role is, it is just a little frustrating and does not start the trip off well. As well, it is not explained well that the guide you have is hired by the park and you only meet him/her at the park. It would also be nice to explain the flexibility of the schedule and possibly have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel in Kigoma, if you want. Overall, still an amazing experience but the tour company has some kinks to work out!

my best trip
I wish all of my recent trip to Kenya. It was held with offices African Mosaic Tours. Was great. Everything happened at the highest level. Service on the spot + guide. He was great. All interested parties recommend, as Kenya is the only African Mosaic Tours and their guide Max. I'm gonna return there for sure. And just to them.

The Vacation of life time for us Indians!
We undertook a safari tour of 8 days with our two children 10 and 5 years old in the second week of July 16. I had been recommended Easy Travel and Tours Ltd by two of my friends and they had lived up to all the expectations from the start , planning the tour and the execution of it. All our queries were patiently answered and all our doubts cleared promptly by email .
I was a bit apprehensive about carrying my 5 year old for a tour of 8 days that involves long hours of driving through the national parks but our Coolest guide made it so comfortable and entertaining for him. My 5 year old now misses his Tanzanian friend!. My 10 year old also had the experience that he will never forget!
We undertook a tour of Tarangire, Manyara NP and Serengeti (all the way North Upto Mara river) , Ngorongoro Crater and each day was an experience that we cannot forget in our lifetime. We saw all the big five thanks to our smart guide Dotto!.
Dotto showed us how Teamwork , experience, compassion and planning is the key to successfully executing any work and making it appear very Easy. Dotto , a previous Kilimanjaro mountain climber , who knows English and French very well, showed us the side of Africa that we have only seen on TV. He showed us some amazing birds and animals at their best. He is a very experienced guide and loved the way his explanations were so lucid and interesting. He had bytes of information that catered to all the ages from children to us!
Easy travels also arranged our comfort package accommodations in a variety of lodges, Tented accommodations and made every stay a memorable experience. We were enjoying the family time "in the middle of now where in Serengeti " with meticulously planned tented accommodations that were our favorites.
We also got to stay in comfortable lodges in the urban areas, and had no problem with food (considering the finicky boys and husband).
We were constantly in touch with the Easy guys as they ensured we were on our planned schedule with no troubles. We got to meet the friendly office staff too!
Overall a mesmerizing experience and a vacation of a lifetime for us.
I recommend Easy Travels and Tours Ltd if you want a safari trip of your lifetime !
An awesome experience - and don't let a disability put you off going on safari with Wild Planet!
Out of all the companies offering guided safaris in South Africa I'm so glad we chose Wild Planet Safari.
From the minute Ryan picked us up from Jo'burg airport to when we were dropped off everything was taken care of and we were very well looked after - that made the trip for me as I am disabled with limited mobility and did need extra help, which was offered with no fuss and before I even asked for it. Somehow Ryan and Lungisani knew what I required. Being a private tour I didn't feel I was holding anyone up - apart from my travelling buddy! - and there was plenty of space in the van for my mobility scooter and wheelchair.
Every drive - and we did many on our 6 day tour - was full of fantastic wildlife. We saw the Big 5 and so much more. Ryan's passion for what he does so well is infectious, and his knowledge of the wildlife, and Africa, is incredible; couple that with his and Lungisani's spotting skills and it makes for an amazing experience.
Our bungalow accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious, and every meal they prepared was fresh, healthy and delicious. We didn't have to lift a finger.
I can't fault anything about our trip - including our communication with Thale which was efficient and prompt - and don't let a disability put you off going on safari - just make sure you book direct with Wild Planet Safari.

Awesome adventure
We had an awesome time in South Africa thanks to Moriti Safaris. It was that special, that we even decided to do a video instead of just taking pictures, see for yourself:
