Decent driver and lodge, very rude boos
We picked Yebo tour to support local tourism in Masindi. It was also one of the cheapest solution we've found. We thought to go a bit rustic on accommodation and transport, but we ended up having a stupid discussion about the already agreed on price. We paid in dollars, as agreed, and they started complaining something about the different exchange rate they were given. Still not sure how that would be our problem, since we had our entire booking discussion in dollars, the boss decided to close our discussion walking out on us while we were still talking. The rudest thing I've had in 40 days in Uganda, ridiculous.
The driver was nonetheless a good driver, safe, very good at spotting animals.
The car was old, with a broken window, 2 doors that wouldn't open from the inside, hanging handles, extremely dirty back seats and back window and a couple of alive chickens traveling with us in the trunk, which was actually fairly fun!
The Yebo lodge is generally speaking decent, for the price paid, placed close by both the game drive ferry and the boat ride. In our room, the toilet was leaking water and the door couldn't close. the net was slightly too small for the bed and the sheets were placed in a heart shape, which is cute, but it also meant we had to do our own bed: in between sweet and unhandy, I wouldn't know what to choose! Food is not good, one of the worse I've had in Uganda. The staff is nice and kind.

Out of the world experience!
The planning was hassle free though over email. Right from pick-up to drop off everything was well arranged and they went the extra mile to see no discomfort is experienced.
Out driver and guide had good knowledge of the park and good sense where game was or can be spotted. He was polite and helpful.
We got to see all animals in a matter of 3 days plus it was great weather (no rains in wet season- so lucky). This kind of destination requires someone like Shemeji to make it all worth it.

Highly recommended!!
I contacted Mufasa Tours and Travels -only 2 weeks before my arrival in Kenya-requesting a customized 4 day safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru while staying in specific lodges in both destinations.
Joseph's communication was excellent all the way. He helped me create my dream holiday in this beautiful country and was quick to answer all of my questions in a professional and friendly way.
Kevin was my guide and I have to say that he is the best guide I could ever have asked for. Highly knowledgeable, kind, professional, friendly and with a clear love and respect for nature/animals and his job. He truly turned this trip into a once in a lifetime adventure.
I will definitely book with them again, the next time I will get the opportunity to visit Kenya.
Thank you for everything !

It was fantastic
Excellent communication. They gave me their telephone number for any problem. Very nice service, they picked me up at the Nairobi airport. The tent was a bungalow with nice shower. The trip into the savanna was fantastic I saw lions, buffalo s and the others animals.

Savouring the Kenyan Savannah with Kibera Holiday Safaris
I am elated with the services provided by Kibera Holiday Safaris during the 5 day tour to Nairobi, Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Highly recommend the arrangements and genuinely appreciate all the efforts to materialize this trip. Peter, thanks for all your assistance during the tour appreciate your timely correspondence and suggestions. He delivered every possible convenience right from the airport pick up on a rainy evening and ensured dinner arrangements thereafter. Many thanks for your hospitality and care.
In spite of the harrowing traffic, time keeping by the guides and chauffeurs for the transfers and daily tours were well taken care of. I’d specially extend my heartfelt gratitude to Solomon our guide during the Masai Mara Safari’s. His patience, interest and hard-work ensured wildlife sightings that I will treasure for a lifetime. Especially the Leopard quest and a theatrical Cheetah kill we were treated to as he drove us deftly. Can’t thank you enough Solomon!
The Rhino tourist camp arranged was a delightful experience with very good breakfast and dinner, great camps and well set up facilities to cater to my needs. The restaurants for lunch and picnic packets however could be better as most of the places served a similar menu through the week. The African cuisine is a delicious mixture of assorted flavours nevertheless.
Masai Mara is a lifetime experience and a must visit, our group spotted the Big 5 within a few hours of our Safari as we waited to gulp in further action in the gorgeous Savannah. The continuous rains were a pleasant surprise as well. Lake Nakuru was an attractive landscape too as we watched the Pink and white flamingos along with a variety of African birds display their beauty. Our driver Joshua was most knowledgeable as he guided us through the reserve.
On my way back Peter ensured I visit the wonderful Giraffe center, which was an adorable excursion followed by a luscious dinner at Carnivore Kenya. A Non- Vegetarians haven for sure.
To summarize, the experience was well organized with sound communication and co-ordination at all times, however the visit to the Masai village was a dampener in comparison to an otherwise brilliant voyage. Great work team - congratulations & thank you for the wonderful memories Kibera Holiday Safaris, see you again – soon!

Amazing experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide.
My family and I got in touch with Mark to plan the trip to Moremi Game Reserve in advance. Once in Maun we called him and confirmed our trip. He told us he'll come to pick us up from the hotel at 6am and there he was at 6am sharp.
It was cold in the morning sitting in the convertible land Cruiser but he provided us with blankets. I wish he provided us with dust masks. That's the only complaint because we spent in the truck 3 hours to get to Moremi and another 4+ hours driving in the reserve and it gets really dusty... So I would recommend offering the dust masks to avoid discomfort breathing.
Our Guide Titi was amazing. He offered us breakfast and lunch. He knew a lot about the wild life and had books related to all the animals and birds we saw. He was able to answer all our questions.
We highly recommend this safari company and Titi as a guide.

As I was hoping for
The safari was exactly how I wanted it to be thanks to Mohamed and my driver Lucas. Lucas understood very fast what I wanted and did everything to do so. In different to the other drivers from other companies, Lucas drove very slow so I could look at the beautiful environment and the animals. He spotted so many animals which I didn’t see if he didn’t pointed at them! Truly incredible! I don’t think that the other people saw even half of the animals that I saw, thanks to Lucas driving and sharp eyes.
The lodges were stunning, it is actually a shame to just stay there for the night.
I was traveling by myself and never felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend booking with this tour agency.

Local safari and transport
All aspects of the experience exceeded our expectations. Communication was quick and through, even providing info about other parts of our trip not booked through this company, when requested. The drivers were polite and professional. The time at the lodge was fabulous.

Amazing places
We took a 4 day/ 3 night safari to lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorogoro crater. The places are unbelievable! Our camp sites were good; very near our safari rides to Ngorogoro and Lake Manyara, and in the middle of Serengeti. The safari vehicle is comfortable and spacious. Freddy, our driver is a great one and was always aware of where to go to see the animals. Kalifah, our cook made sure we had tasty food when coming back from the safari. Our guides for Lake Manyara, Bernado and Erick, were very nice and informative; they are very knowledgeable about the surroundings.
