Good organisation of the whole trip, quick problem solving, great value for money, always reachable
We found the whole trip good organized. One small problem that occured was solved immediately. The lodges were great (clean, with amazing view, tasty food and very friendly staff). Especially perfect was our safari guide Fadhil David. I was amazed by how great he was at spotting animals hiding, that we would never have noticed alone. He gave us many informations during the safari about the different animals that we met. He was funny, concerned, he gave us the time we needed to take our photos and did not rush us at all, his driving was careful and in total he made our safari an amazing experience!! Many thanks!! Serengeti-smile and Fadhil will definitely be my choice for my next safari!!!

Our safari in Tanzania was an amazing dream come true experience and it was mainly because of our guide Godfrey. He drove us to find so many Wonderful animals. He was very professional and friendly and quick to answer questions and give relative information.

The organizational work is done well
We paid for a 5-day safari, but others in the minibus paid for 7 days. The first 4 days were together and we said that we would not go further to Amboseli National Park. After a frightened look, the driver called and found out that my family was being taken by another car.
We received special help in buying train tickets and getting to the train station.
I hope to see you again!
The national parks are wonderful, they exceeded all my expectations. Fantastic adventure, and we got an extra experience for free: Getting stuck in the mud with a minibus.

Not customer-oriented, only interested in own profits
Starting with the positives:
* Our driver exhibited exceptional friendliness and punctuality throughout the journey.
* We were consistently provided with excellent vantage points for capturing wildlife photographs.
* Despite encountering dangerous traffic conditions, our driver drove safely, though it's worth noting the necessity for functional safety belts within the vehicle.
However, handling of unforeseen circumstances by Meektrails Safari, particularly regarding our delayed arrival:
On the downside:
* Meektrails initially suggested omitting a day from our Masai Mara itinerary, a significant disappointment given its prominence in our plans and its associated cost, with no reimbursement offered.
* Contrary to their stated cancellation policy guaranteeing full refunds in such situations, we were informed that refunds were not feasible due to upfront payments for accommodations and entrance fees.
* During the safari we saw that these fees were typically paid upon arrival, contradicting Meektrails' explanation.
* Following considerable negotiation, Meektrails agreed to adjust our itinerary to two full days in Masai Mara, yet failed to compensate for the activities and accommodations we skipped.
* Additionally, the promised sightseeing activity in Nairobi on our final day was abruptly canceled without prior notice, leaving us feeling fooled
In conclusion, we recommend you to recognize the potential for abrupt changes in plans during such excursions. However, Meektrails' failure to stick to their refund policy and their apparent attempts to prioritize their interests leave a negative impression. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this agency.

Very capable of designing an incredible safari package
Everything ran smoothly and was really well organised. Unfortunately our designated hotel had a lightning strike cause a fire resulting in it closing for the period we were there. But the tour operator went above and beyond to provide us with an equal/ better experience. Upgrading us to an incredible hotel. All the safaris and tours we bought as part of the package were really well organised and we had an incredible first safari experience. Really recommend using them for your booking. The booking team were also very communicative and helpful which made everything super easy.

The trip was professionally organized.
Very interesting program, helpful staff, great food. The time spent with the chimps and gorillas in their natural environment was a wonderful experience.

Super service, life time experinece!
My wife had an accident directly after arriving in Zanzibar; the management of Paradise & Wilderness volentarily came to the hospital at midnight to help us out: SUPER service! In the days thereafter they were very helpful in delaying the safari. Once the safari started, the organization was flawless: super reliable, good organized, well-informed driver who drove carefully, good explanations of what was to be seen on our way, beautiful tented-lodges with again excellent service and good food! It's really a life time experience that I can recommend to everybody.

They go the extra mile for a wonderful experience
I easily booked a 11 day tent safari in Kenia and Tanzania via Whatsapp. Clear, friendly and fast communication convinced me to book with Beast Spoor Safaris. Throughout the trip they serviced me amazingly everytime I had a question or problem. The safari was a great experience, especially sleeping in tents inside the national parks was awesome. We spotted so much wildlife and the guide also went the extra mile for great sights. Accomodations are comfortable hotels and tent-lodges combined with very basic tent safari in Tanzania National Parks. Food differs from okay to great, for transport I'd recommend getting a safari truck which is much more comfortable than a safari van. Ratings out of 10:
Accomodations and food: 8 (for a budget safari)
Wildlife experience: 9
Communication and service: 10
Value for money: 9
