We did a tour to Tanzania through Mara Serena. The driver, Mr. Mwangi did dexterous driving through muddy terrains from Mara to the border of Tanzania. Due to the heavy rains the shortest route to the border was obstructed by floods. The alternative route was too long and tiring. After consulting with his colleague, Mr. Mwangi embarked on a treacherous, winded and muddy road to bypass the flooded road. He managed to get us through the mud and to the border on time;saving precious time since my wife was pregnant. We were fortunate to experience elephants wanting to charge at us while at close proximity. Mr Mwangi's adventurous driving skills gave us riveting pictures, videos and the much needed adrenaline fixes.
Tanzania is where we spent most of the holiday with Elisha who was quite excellent. We learnt a lot about the country and the parks especially the TseTse flies that cause sleeping sickness. The flies had quite a liking to Elisha for some reason....just kidding. The Serena hotels in the Serengeti was somewhat disappointing from the service point of view. However at NgoroNgoro the Serena there was at per with the Kenyan excellent service we have been accustomed to.

A great safari!
The safari was excellent. Our guide was very nice and had knowledge about his work. We saw many animals; zebra, giraff, buffalo, elephant and lion ++. Overall very satisfyed with our trip.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Engaging - Onesmus Mutunga
We had an amazing experience with GoFan Safaris, and in particular, with Onesmus Mutunga. Ours was not a 1-2 day experience as we spent nearly two weeks with Onesmus as the driver for our team’s work with the Maasai in the communities surrounding the Maasai Mara. You really get to know someone camping in the bush together and he is one of the most engaging, professional and reliable guides I have had anywhere. Following that time, he guided us on game drives in the Mara. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and has a great connection with the other guides - enabling him use his network to find game and get us there quickly. He is very dedicated to his client’s experience - he was always ready go longer than we were to ensure we had the best experience. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We, a young couple in their 30s from Germany, just came back from an unforgettable holiday adventure in Uganda with memories, which last for a lifetime. It has been an 'once in a lifetime' experience to view some of the rare mountain gorillas and humans' closest living relatives, the chimpanzees, in their natural habitat and looking them into their eyes. You will never forget this moment, for sure! Many thanks to The Adventure Committee (TAC), which made this such a wonderful trip. It couldn’t had been better. From planning to conducting, all was excellent. I highly recommend this tour provider. The contact with Steve, manager of TAC, in advance via email was perfect. He always replied prompt to all our questions and realized all our suggestions. TAC is reliable and has a good price-performance ratio. All choosen restaurants, we stopped at while driving, and all accommodations were good.
Last but not least I want to say thank you to our guide and driver Tom. While travelling through beautiful Uganda Tom drove us safe through the green countryside despite of the sometimes hard road conditions. Tom is a friendly and obliging young guy, who loves his job, Stoney and ginger biscuits. We had a great time with him while he showed us his home county. We were sad, that we had to leave. If we come back to Uganda sometime, we would choose TAC again, for sure! So if you are still not sure whether to visit Uganda, just go, you won't regret it, and TAC is a good companion.

Wonderful experience with Zohar!
We enjoyed everything about our experience with Zohar. Lillian was a pleasure to deal with - very positive and engaged, and she went beyond expectations, responding to all of my questions, even unrelated to the safari, and giving us options to best suit us. Our driver, David, was a great person to spend 4 days with. He is an experienced and skillful driver, as well as very knowledgeable and informative about the safari and Tanzania in general. He was excellent at finding animals - not just the big, popular ones, but also pointing out birds and smaller creatures. He also told us interesting facts about the country and the places that we passed through. The accommodations were very different each night, but all were great experiences. The food was very good - especially the hot lunches prepared by Zohar! I strongly recommend this tour guide and would love to do another trip with them!

Breath taking, informative an experience of a life time!
Good communication, quick to answer and eager to deliver even more than we wanted. Excellent service and knowledgeable guide with a good sense of humor. I will use them again if I return to Tanzania and I highly recommend them.

Awesome safari together with our driver Kennedy
The communication with John was very good. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. At first we were slightly hesitant to do a down payment but this is just how safari operators work and in the end was nothing to worry about, it all went fine.
The safari was great! The 4x4 van was very comfortable and steady and brought us to the most remote places of the parks. Kennedy, our driver, was awesome and has a lot of knowledge on the animals, the country and is an amazingly skilled driver. He made our safari just as we wanted it and was as thrilled to see animals as we were. We saw all of the Big Five and managed to get very close to them.
