My Sana adventure and safari coordinator was exceptional. From the start, they took my brief and put together a 5 days schedule for me that didn't need any change. The agent who was helping me, answered all my questions and send me all necessary information not only for me to prepare properly but also to alight any concerns i may have had.The execution was seamless. I stayed at 2 different camps & hotels, took also 1 flight between camps,transfers, activities and game drives. All executed to perfection by this company and their Partners, everyone involved was very professional and generous. Great smiles!!

Doing a safari with a friendly and knowledgeable driver/guide makes all the difference!
The communications with Wildebeest Safaris LTD was mostly by email, which I appreciated. We were picked up from our hotel on time and delivered to the tour bus (both the hotel and tour pickup location were in Nairobi) that would take us to Maasai Mara about a 5 hour drive away. There were 2 people in our party and a total of 7 people on our 9 passenger bus. We were fortunate to have a friendly, chatty group of people on our bus. It's a loooong drive. The people we drove to Maasai Mara with were the same people we would end up spending the next 3 days with.
Our specific tour was for 12 year old guests and older. We were grateful to not have very young passengers on our bus for 3 days.
While on safari, our driver, Raheem, communicated by radio with the other drivers to be sure we saw the Big Five. If one tour group found a specific animal on the savanna, he would radio the other drivers so they could head right to that spot. We lucked out and saw the Big Five as well as so many other animals.
Raheem was attentive to our group and helpful in every way possible. I was not feeling well on our last day and he was concerned and sensitive to my issue. Fortunately, I was able to make it back to Nairobi without incident.
We were fortunate to have a group of people on our bus that all spoke English and were friendly. There were other tour groups that just didn't seem to be having as much fun as we were. I feel like I've made friends for a lifetime.

From the first email contact to the final goodbye at the airport, Alliance Destinations succeeded in making our adventure a fantastic one. Well looked after and very knowledgeable guides.
We used Encounter Africa while filming around Cities and villages near Jinja and Mbale. Mark our fixer was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and was pretty much part of the filming crew by the time we left. I'd thoroughly recommend Encounter Africa.

Mikumi National Park Trip
I had a very short time to organise my trip. I contacted Hello Tanzania before my departure and Mwajabu was in nonstop contact with me. I travelled by myself from Dar Es Sallam to Mikumi National Park and stayed over night in Camp Bastian in Mikumi. Loved my driver, he was very attentive and funny! We were joined by a park guide that made sure that I got to see all animals. My accommodation was very cute. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. Mwajabu is very customer orientated. I also have to point out that after careful research of other competitors in the area, Hello Tanzania's services were the cheapest! I had an amazing time and would love to see Mwajabu again!

The Total Package - Make a Difference
The best planned trip we have experienced and we did not have to plan anything - just show up.
Alliance Destinations took our mission trip and made it a total mission, success.
James, Daniel, Evans and Jenga were amazing guides and they assisted with our every request. We had a fantastic time with the children and our hands on experiences were rejuvenating (Make a Difference). There was nothing lacking in the tour - only two regrets 1) we could not make a bigger difference and 2) the flamingos have moved to a different lake - that being said we missed absolutely nothing else.
Accommodations were unbelievable, day journeys (when we were not on assigned tasks) were beyond any possible expectations. Thanks for making a life mission, one that was spectacular in every way. Thanks for helping us, Make a Difference. We will be recommending Alliance Destinations for many years to come.
