once in a lifetime experience
5/5

you might think Northern adventures safari is a safari company as many others, but they made me feel not like their customer but a guest or friend. From the beginning of our email/whatsapp communication,Michael was always very helpful and went an extra mile for us.He even booked the bus for us from Nairobi to Arusha which we really appreciated.Everything was well organised.Even though in Nairobi airport was no sign of bus or the name of bus company withim 5min I found some man who knew about us and was waiting for us.Then,in Arusha, another person was waiting for us and took us to the hotel. We started safari the next morning.First day,I couldn't understand that we are not in a big zoo but this is the animal's natural environment.I also liked that in 5days we have senn different landscape each day...the whole experience was just wonderful, amazing, unbelievable.

Use Damma Tours but not the freelance seller at Southern Palms Beach Resort Hamisi Ali Mwadarashi
4/5

We have been out to Kenya my husband and I 39 times and have done 45 safaris although not a lot with Damma Tours. I have been asked or threatened by Damma Tours to take off my review. I cannot do this. We have no problem with Damma Tours but with a freelance beach boy Hamisi Ali Mwadarashi whom I hope Damma do not take buisness from now.

He conned us out of 4000khs which is not a lot but the principle. Also we have helped this guy from 1995 to 2014 giving a lot of money for food rent medical expenses etc. My husband and I have cut off all ties from him and will never speak again.

In 2014 we were going to South Africa to Tuningi Lodge Madikwe before going to the Diani coast.

The evening before we received a call from the tour operator informing us the trip was cancelled to Kenya. We had no time to look for flights back.

Luckily being to the same resort in Diani Southern Palms Beach Resort 39 times and whom they call us part of the family there we paid the hotel direct but this is where David Director of Damma stepped in and managed to achieve flights back to Scotland for us from mba Nairobi and Air France to Edinburgh which was done efficiently.

I hope this review now satisfies David of Damma Tours and Safaris.

I reccomend East africa shuttles as they are real professionals and everything was great, the hotels, the driver had a good knowledge of game drives, Mr. George. The manager Mr. Chris gives a personal touch to his clients and was very friendly and professional. A great company and me and my wife will never forget this Kenyann safari with East africa shuttles

one-day to Mikumi excellent
5/5

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with driver Godlisen -- he is an excellent host and skilled driver. We felt well-taken care of at all times on a one-day drive from Dar to Mikumi National Park. We only had time for a one-day trip and definitely wish we could have done a longer safari with him. We got caught in Dar's famous traffic on the way back, and Godlisen's good humor and charm allowed us to feel comfortable during the long day. He was willing to answer our endless questions and to anticipate many of them. Godlisen is a godsend!

The owner Bi Mwajabu is a great person to work with as well - always positive and always communicating - which is exactly what one hopes for in life and in safari. We had the added pleasure of being accompanied by her son on our trip.

Highly recommended.

Experience of a lifetime
5/5

I cannot put into words that fully describe the unbelievably amazing experience I had in Botswana with Naga Safaris. Every single aspect of it was wonderful, from the very experienced and knowledgeable guide, to the kind and attentive camp assistants and the very talented cook. I would 100% recommend and also repeat the truly remarkable experience I had with Naga Safaris.

Experienced Operator
5/5

On June 2016 I returned to Botswana for my second Safari in Botswana, and once again I booked my trip with Naga Safaris. My first trip to Botswana was in 2012 also with Naga Safaris and was so happy and satisfied with their expertise and knowledge that I decided to use them once again.
Their staff is very experienced, from guide to camp assistant to cook. It makes it a remarkable experience and have good knowledge of best sites for camping and finding game.

My dream trip come true thanks to Tanzania Choice!
5/5

I had been planning my dream trip to Tanzania since 2009 in my head. After being recommended by a friend to use TCS as my tour company, Brenda and I talked via Skype various times so that she knew exactly the type of traveler I was and the things I wanted in my trip. I knew from the very first phone call in October that I was working with a spectacular company. Her questions, attention to detail, and suggestions proved that she would design a trip that she 100% believed would be perfect for me. And boy, did she deliver!!!

From the minute we arrived, my group and I were treated with unbelievable hospitality. Brenda and Kakasii went above and beyond to show us rural life in Tanzania in their home, which included a traditional barbeque, walks in the community and campfires with family members. In addition, they coordinated our mountain guide come and check our gear! The meeting was invaluable! Being able to show Festo our supplies and have him walk through each day was us, put our nerves to rest. The following day, Brenda, Kakasii and their twins, traveled 3 hours (and 3 hours back!) with us just to set us off on our trek. Their diligence to making sure we were taken care of proved to us again that they valued their clients immensely!

After our successful climb, they waited for us with open arms to celebrate our accomplishment! The following day, we continued on to our safari! Kakasii was more than just a safari guide, he quickly became our friend as he enthusiastically showed us all the incredible animals and birds that the parks offered. Every day on the safari his passion exuded and made every day a unique and amazing experience.

Between the Safari and Zanzibar, Brenda and I designed a day in the school they support. Brenda and I worked together to construct something that would be special for both the school and for our group. It turned out to be an unforgettable experience for both parties! We finger painted, read books, sang and danced with students and teachers. The day allowed us to learn more not only about the places of Tanzania, but the people too!

Lastly, we traveled to Zanzibar. Brenda and family traveled with us to the airport as we departed. It was hard to say goodbye as this tour company had turned into friends! What started as a dream vacation turned into so much more! I was leaving Tanzania with more than the accomplishment of making it to the top to Kilimanjaro- I was leaving with new friends with unique lasting memories! For Brenda and Kakasii, it’s more than just putting some hotels together and showing you some animals; Brenda and Kakasii attend to their clients with personal attention, hospitality and warmth!

Memorable Safari
5/5

We had a wonderful 14 day safari including 4 days in Zanzibar. It turned out to be just the 2 of us with our own driver in an excellent 4 x 4, the accomodation was superb, all private ensuite. The Wildlands Safari Camp in Serengeti was just like luxury camping in the wild with wildlife right outside, not to be missed. Must mention a special thank you to Abraham our driver who worked hard to make sure we had a good time.
