Excellent African Tour With Gecko Safaris Africa
We chose to visit Rwanda,DRC,Uganda and Masai Mara as an African safari was at the top of our travel list and a longtime trusted friend (Roger) who works and currently lives in Goma (DRC) invited us. He recommended us to Gecko Safaris Africa and we are very thankful we took his advise as our trip for 7 exceeded our expectations . Our tour started when our excellent guide/driver Muhindo picked us up in a New Toyota Land Cruiser safari vehicle at Kigali international airport. Muhindo is focused and knowledgeable guide who pays attention to all details in order to provide a memorable and safe experience. He is an intense, aware driver who is able to navigate the roads. In Congo roads are not that good with a lot pot-halls but with his skills we managed to visit all the attractions without problems, He proved many times that he is "The Best Tour Guide in Africa." For example, he spotted a leopard in a tree just before sunset from quite a distance and provided us with the thrill of fabulous close up photos/video. We visited,Kigali,Volcano national park,Virunga national park, nyiragongo, tchegera islands,lake mutanda,Bwindi national park,Queen Elizabeth national park ,Kibale national, Murchison falls national park, Lake Mburo National Park, Masai Mara National Park, Kidepo Valley National Park. We paid a total of about $26750 per person for this trip as We wanted upmarket accommodations and it was well worth it for 24 nights in Africa, I highly recommend Gecko Safaris Africa!

Fantastic service and attention to detail!
Excellent from start to finish. Kathi gave us the best advice and service both before after and during our trip . Nothing was too much trouble and after us having a problem with the flights we booked from the UK Kathi was immediately on the case to help out from her end . When away we had some queries regarding board set up in the hotel and she was able to answer them immediately. All reminders regarding flights check in and documents required were given well in advance. Quality of accommodation was second to none . Can’t speak highly enough of Kathi and all advice we received. Will definitely be in touch again for our next trip .

Great 3 days in Mikumi National Park
I have asked for a quote and the company was very quick with replying to me.
After the first contact we manage to get everything sorted via WhatsApp, even I had finally confirmed the booking only 3 days before, everything went perfect.
My guide, Lenard made the Safari magic, his driving on the African roads made me feel safe and comfortable. You can feel his passion for wildlife and for making guests happy, I couldn't have a better guide. The Lodge ( Camp Bastian ) as well all Meals where included in the package and they Managed to supply food I could have, even of my gluten intolerance was taken care and I could fully enjoy the time. When in the Park Lenard had a great network where we can find exiting moments or where the Lions are hiding. All together I can well regiment Going Green Safaris, fast and easy communication, experienced Guides with great Co. Partners as for Lodges and other. I’ll be back …..

Great safari
We had a fantastic time during our 9-day safari. From the moment of the first contact until after our tour the communication was always easy and fast. Evelyn was very helpful and answered all our questions very fast. All of our requirements and expectations were met. Our guide Eric was fantastic. His knowledge on the nature, the animals etc is impressive and he took good care of us during the tour. I definitely recommend The Best of Africa Safari Company for safaris in Kenya.

Magic and exciting!
The whole experience was beyond any expectations, a dream come true!!! Our guide, Frank made the Safari magic, he is such an inspiring person! You can feel his passion for wildlife and for making guests happy, we couldn't had a best guide!!! I am very grateful for having him telling us all little details that nature had to offer us, his sensitivity and knowledge is great, I really can't believe how beautiful this experience was!
John on the other hand was always making our days tasty and smiley, I learned a lot from South African cuisine, he inspired me aswell to dare to try it more and even cook it!! His knowledge and passion were enriching to me!
As Frank said to us the very first day, I left a big piece of my hearth there!! I will come back (I didn't want to leave on first place ;))!!!!

One-day Safari to Ngorongoro
I did a one-day day safari trip to Ngorongoro in May 2017 with this company. The safari was organized by Osman and it was a great experience! Although I booked the tour kind at the last minute, they still did everything they could so I can find a group. They pick me up and drop me off from/at the hotel and things went very smoothly. The jeep driver, Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, was very kind and reliable. I definitely recommend them!

The overall day was AMAZING.
The tour guide had all (en when I say all it is really all) the info about the animals in the Nairobi National Park, he even interact with me, and challenged me with some questions. Great learning curve.
Those explanations I’ll never forget.
The baby elegants where nice to see, perfect place for them.
Funniest was feeding the giraffes, not a lot to do, but a must to have it done once in your life time!
Bomas of Kenya was inspirational, wooden structure where in the middle old tribes dansen where preformed.
