We had a very good experience with our guide Benjamin at Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safari. We booked a 3 day trip going to Tangerie, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. With lovely food and positive energy surrounded by wild animals and beautiful nature - we had the best time. Everything was seamless: pickup, dinner, hotel, driving. We will recommend booking a trip with Wakanda and thank them for a perfect trip!

Above and beyond expectations
I am a solo female traveler and this was my very first trip to Africa. From the very beginning Armaye was so helpful, flexible and responsive. Once I arrived, Armaye was there to greet me and bring me back to the hotel before a week of hiking in the Simien mountains and then the Bale mountains. I never once felt unsafe and his team was beyond caring and attentive in both the North and the South. Armaye and his team made this trip so memorable and I have so much respect for the people of Ethiopia and my time spent in such a beautiful place. It’s important to me that I used a local company as well, not only do they know the land better then anyone, but all the proceeds go directly to the people that need it most. I highly recommend Armaye Tours, and if I visit Ethiopia again in the future it will absolutely be through his company.

Great guides with a lot of experience,Georges and Walter especially and good food!
The tour operator was very flexible, 8 of the 12 members didn’t have their luggage due to missed connection with flights. We started walking and after 2 days a part of the sherpas caught up with the luggage. Great food,with warm lunch and dinner,soup,snacks,etc… no one was sick and all 12 of us made it to the top! great guides, Georges and Walter! 9 of themjoined us to the top! After 3 days there was no coffee anymore,that’s maybe the only thing ;-)

Private guided Tour to Shoebill in its natural habitat
We booked a fully guided tour including pick-up and drop-off at our guesthouse in Entebbe. The boat trip to the swamp was adventurous and exciting. After transferring to a smaller and more agile boat, we started our search for the Shoebill. We were the first who arrived at the location and had the best look at the Shoebill. Time after time more boats arrived.
We got enough time to observe the Shoebill, to take pictures or to ask questions. The experienced guides could answer all of our questions. On our way back we enjoyed seeing more bird species and we got surprised with a Rolex-Breakfast. Amazing and delicious!
This trip is definetly to recommend if you are interested in seeing a wildlife Shoebill in its natural habitat.

Everything was very well organized, we would highly recommend!
We enjoyed the trip with Avocet so much. We went during March (low season) but it’s the time for the animals for having the babies and also there were not so many people, was the best decision for us to go this time.
We payed about $800 pp tips included for a camping Safari and it was really worth the price (I actually think it‘s one of the cheapest but it was so great!).
We had a friendly guide who was well informed about the parks and areas we visited and also about every animal we saw. He could answer almost every question and was fun and professional too. Also sitting in the car felt very safe during driving bumpy roads.
Our cook was also a blessing for us. We always had warm and fresh food and enjoyed the breaks as we enjoyed the time in the park!
Also they always asked us when we want to go and were reliable all the time.
On one day it rained and they organized a lodge instead of a tent for us which was also quite surprising but really kind.
So all in all we had a wonderful experience in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater and really would recommend the company as we had no problems during the safari.
Just be informed that the car will shared with some people as well. But for us it was really nice to get to know new people even if you always need to decide as a group.
