On the trail of Professor Grzimek
My wife and I went on a 5 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Np in October 2023. From the first contact with Mosses Loiruck, who gave us good advice, to the warm farewell in Arusha, it was a perfect experience. The Jeep was in very good condition, which is important as we spent a lot of time in it visiting all the fascinating places. Christopher, our driver, who, in addition to having perfect control of the vehicle on these adventurous roads, is also a real hunter, gave us insights into the animal world where others just rushed past us. The accommodations offered every luxury imaginable, and we liked the Kati-Kati tended camp the best. It will not be the last time we will use African Heart Expedition services.

Highly recommend
I have used this service many times over the past year that we have lived in Kenya. We have gone on 4+ safaris and several pick ups/drop offs at the airport. The drivers are efficient & personable.

Perfect! Couldn’t recommend enough!
What a great experience! Normally I don't write a review quickly but I can't recommend Surricqtq enough.
We (couple, 27 years old) did the 4 days/3 nights camping tour to Tarengire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro national park. Our guide Mandela was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he could to make our trip as memorable as possible. A delicious breakfast, cooked lunch and dinner were prepared daily by our chef Tito. I am normally not an easy eater, but I have had a very tasty meal every time. Where other tours received a box with a sandwich, we had a freshly cooked lunch every day with several (4-5) dishes to choose from.
Camping is quite an experience in itself! Waking up with a view over the Serengeti at sunrise is something you will never forget. The tents were already set up each time, ready with a mat + pillow + sleeping bag. There were also plenty of stops along the way for toilets which were all fine. Take tissues/toilet paper with you as it was not available everywhere. There was a socket at every location in the car where you could charge.
We saw a lot of beautiful things! Including the big 5, giraffes, many monkeys and all kinds of other animals. I can't recommend this trip enough, it was absolutely fantastic!

A once in a lifetime experience with Telly Safari
Our family's safari adventure in Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater with Telly Safari was a journey we will treasure forever. From witnessing all the majestic animals, including the Big 5, in their natural habitat to experiencing the raw beauty of the vast herds of wildebeest traversing the landscape, every moment was a testament to the wild heart of Serengeti. The emotional intensity of watching lions hunt and killing a Zebra, the dramatic attempt of a cheetah trying to capture a young gnu, and dining just meters away from resting lions were experiences that brought the circle of life up close and personal.
Our guide, Assad, transformed our safari into an educational journey brimming with excitement and wonder. His deep knowledge of wildlife and skilled tracking abilities ensured we didn't miss out on any wish-list sightings. Watching baboons saunter by our tent at sunset and feeling the vibrant energy of the Ngorongoro Crater, feeling as "the lost world," were highlights that illustrated the serene yet wild essence of Africa.
Assad's insights into animal behaviors enriched our understanding and connection to the natural world, turning each encounter into a vivid story. His dedication to making our adventure memorable and comfortable made him feel more like a family member than a guide. Our daughter fondly recalls her "close friend," and we share that sentiment deeply.
Special thanks also go to Mohamed, who was instrumental in tailoring our trip. His patience and detailed responses to our numerous inquiries ensured our journey was perfectly aligned with our expectations.
I can't recommend Telly Safari enough for families looking for a safari experience that combines adventure, education, and personal touches that go beyond the ordinary. This trip wasn’t just a holiday; it was a profound journey into the heart of nature, facilitated by a team who truly cares about delivering a unique and unforgettable experience.

A flexible operator, willing to deliver and adjust to our desires
Elida was recommended by our colleagues, and having to arrange details of the tour from abroad was no problem (with WhatsApp). They were willing to adjust to our specific demands, and we ended with a very enjoyable tour, mixing van, walking and riding safaris. Cost was as high as expected, with as few as possible extra to pay. While elephant and rhino were elusive, we had the opportunity to watch four lionesses hunting (but failing). Walking among zebras, gnous and velvet monkeys was a great experience, too!
