Frena was very responsive and replied to each of my requests immediately.
Frena Adventures provided great service. Ronald, my driver, was friendly and helpful, and a safe driver. He was very ready to talk about any subject, which is helpful for passing the time in the car.
I went to Nyungwe NP in Rwanda and had a very good trip. Frena took care of everything. I only had to pay for drinks. I saw great wildlife.

Superb! Wonderful safari experience, well organised couldn't of asked for much more.
We booked a 5 day safari with Reny Safaris visiting Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakura and the Masai Mara. Japeth was a pleasure to deal with, working with our schedule to minimise any extra hotel days. We were picked up from the airport and travelled straight to the first lodge and took an afternoon boat ride on lake Naivasha seeing loads of hippos and fish eagles. Elisha our driver was very friendly and knowledgable he was happy to leave early enough on the next day to have extra time on the afternoon game drive in Lake Nakura National Park, where we got to see Rhinos although at a bit of a distance, there was also loads of zebras, girafes, buffalo, monkeys. It was a really good afternoon drive. The next morning we then travelled to the Masai Mara, we even saw elephants on the road before we even reached the lodge. We then took another afternoon game drive. I don't this we could have asked for much more. Looking at a cheetah nearly go and run for prey and seeing a lion sleeping under a tree were a highlight for me. There was many other animal and I don't think I'll forgot the bull elephant spoilt most of my pictures as he was a bit excited and I think he was looking for a mate.
I would highly recommend Reny Safaris and I would definately use them again. Elisha was the best driver. The lodges were great, we always had water available. The organisation was spot on and the price was great value. We truely enjoyed the trip.

Fantastic - so accommodating and friendly.
We had a fantastic time during our stay with MoAfrika Tours. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The tour guides are so fun, friendly and accommodating. The chef kindly cooked gluten free meals each day especially for me, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in doing a safari in South Africa to book with MoAfrica Tours.

Very good experience
One of the reasons why we have chosen Axis Safari is that they were very understanding to the situation for Russians and allowed us to fully pay for the Safari in cash.
Second best experience of the Azis were our guides Rodgers and Kaleb. They really cared about us, helped me when I felt sick, they were very good at hunting animals and finding the animals for us. Also they were always trying to tell us some interesting facts about Kenya, wildlife, masai people. So we were definitely not bored during the whole trip.
I definitely recommend Axis team and Rodgers with Kaled as guides. The price was good, the car always clean, we had free water and charging sockets. Really worth it

Discover Africa and it's people delivered a Top Notch Experience
Starting with booking the trip, our Travel Planner, Susan Swanepoel was exceptional...we had no idea what we wanted other than going on Safari, so she made suggestions, but also listened to our questions and concerns. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and (with Susan's guidance) were able to prepare ourselves appropriately in the months leading up to the trip. And during the trip, she continued to communicate with us, making sure everything was going as we hoped.
The trip itself was a wonderful experience, not only due to the great planning, but because of our amazing guide...Frank Mndolwa was with us for nearly 10 days as a skilled driver, spotter, and educator. He was able to show ALL the hoped-for animals, as well as ones we didn't even know about! When we asked for information about birds and plants as well as the big mammals, he often had the answers, or (if not) would pull out his books and do his best to find them for us. He even helped us learn a little Swahili - we now consider him a friend and hope to see him again someday, at which time, we hope to know a little more Swahili :)
I could also go on and on about the people in the bush camps...to a one, they were friendly and helpful...we always felt like we were being well looked after. They were all so special.
We were already talking about "next time we go" on the plane home...whenever that "next time" comes up, we will definitely be turning to Discover Africa again. Thank you Susan and Frank (and everyone else) for giving us these wonderful memories!
