Fantastic safari tour with Porcupine Expeditions
We had a very positive experience with Porcupine Expeditions. Tour organizer Anna was really friendly and helpful, she let us stay at their family hotel in Arusha and told us everything we needed to know for the tour. She immidiately made us feel like home and was like mother to us. The tour itself was amazing and we saw a lot of animals and so mabt beautiful views. Accommodation was well organized and it was easy to contact Anna if we had any problems. Most of the time we just relaxed while our guide took care of everything. Worth of money for sure.

Fantastic tour
Fantastic tour; really advised. Particularly for those seeking a one-day safari while in Zanzibar. Taxi pickup from your accommodation, same-day flight, and six hours of safari in stunning Mikumi Park are all included in the price. Tanzania's greatest price. Excellent support and attendance from the safari driver/guide.

Friendly staff and experienced guides from Easy Travel
Before we travelled we had excellent communications with Voice Gerson, the Sales Specialist in the Arusha Office. It partly was her prompt, thorough responses that persuaded us to go with Easy Travel.
Our friendly driver/guide Emillian was very knowledgeable thanks to his years of experience. Emillian tailored our daily drives to suit our requests.
The highlight of our 8 days was spending several hours quietly watching the wildebeest and zebra of the Great Migration as they trotted north, dusty lines from horizon to horizon. We will never forget it!

Caring, fast responses, and worth it !
Airport pick up by Richard and we were off as I was a solo program. In the process of booking, all my questions were answered quickly and that helped me decide on using Katsam. Main goal - Mountain gorillas - 2 treks please. The lodges were all lovely. And the fun part - as low season - I was the only person in 2 / 3. And the service in all was excellent. Richard made sure I saw and did everything possible there was to do. None of this is inexpensive to do when you are solo, but I would do it again in a second. Thx Katsam and Samuel and Richard ...

Tanzania roadside is legit awesome
My wife and I decided to do a safari in Tanzania for our honeymoon and it was INCREDIBLE. The country was extremely safe, the people were all very warm and kind, and the food was great.
More importantly than all of the basics, our guide James was a tremendous. James should have a PhD in safari. He knew every type of bird, mammal, and reptile - where they lived, if they live in packs, when they mate, roughly how old they are, it was unreal. We’d double check on google and the guy was NEVER wrong. He also always knew where to be for the best view of the animals even when packed in by other cars - time after time, we were somehow always in the right spot. Beyond his safari knowledge he was a true gentlemen - he opened doors, he was polite, he was thoughtful. Twice along the trip we ran into other safari vehicles broken down, and while others drove by, James stopped to help the other drivers get their passengers to safety. If you go to Tanzania, go with Tanzania roadside and request James.
Aside from that, the Serengeti was beautiful but in March the grass was pretty tall so we actually saw more animals in Ngorongoro and Tangerie national parks. Most the hotels were very nice, however the Meliá in the Serengeti stands out above the others as the most beautiful and worth the splurge. Lastly, if you have the budget for it I would tell you to do a private safari - you’re in the car for 6-12 hours a day on bumpy dirt roads, it’s nice to say when you’ve seen enough, and not have to worry about waking up at 6 am if you don’t want to.

The best Amboseli and view of Kilimanjaro
The best park was Amboseli. Acommodadion and food was perfect. Widelife and scenic - wonderful.
I put Lake Nakuru in second place. Beautiful area and many rhinos.
What I liked the least was Masai Mara Park. Such a famous park and so few animals. Yes, there were a lot of predators. especially lions, but there were few large herds of ungulates.
