Reliable & good value for money
5/5

I have travelled with ATI for 4 times - visiting Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia & Zimbabwe. I am a very picky and demanding customer, and every time ATI has delivered on their promises and with very competitive prices. They are truly committed to ensure their clients will have a fabulous trip which exceeds their expectations, and is tailored according to all of their wishes. The team is amazingly courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - and their focus on customer service is very evident.

ATI tailored our tour exactly to our specifications
5/5

We used ATI to arrange a safari in Namibia in May of 2013. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Recommendations, bookings, car rentals - all were excellent. Everything was exceptionally well organized. They were wonderful about accommodating our special requests and making last minute changes. In addition to the actual bookings, ATI provided us with additional emergency insurance, a cell phone with all the lodge numbers booked into it, and a cooler. We will most definitely use them again for our next trip to southern Africa.

Unique family safari in unspoiled and remote wilderness
5/5

We cannot find any other words than … truly amazing! … for the trip Amazing Tanzania organized for us and our two teenage daughters from April 26 to May 1st 2013.

Being based in Tanzania for a few years, we were very keen this time to go off the beaten tourists tracks and discover a less explored area in the Ngorongoro, the Gol Mountains region. Very few travel agencies are offering to visit this region at that time of year. Amazing Tanzania was the only one I could find still running a camp in that area at that time. It is obvious the owners know what they are talking about, they are very knowledgeable, professional, gave us good advices and were easily reachable for any questions we had. They came up with a well-organized and customized itinerary to this less traveled place, at an affordable price, including a great suggestion: a return trip through Lake Natron instead of going back on ourselves through Karatu.

Very good and enjoyable driver/guide, beautiful game drives around Ndutu lake and then an unforgettable drive through extraordinary scenery to reach Amazing Tanzania’s camp in Salei plain: we drove all day at leisure pace from Ndutu along the Serengeti/NCA border to Lemuta kopjes, where we could walk up and down the rocks, headed off-road (as there are no roads!) around Lemuta hill with magnificent views over Angata Kiti and the giant Nasera rock. We enjoyed a picnic lunch and a walk at the foot of Nasera rock and continued our drive along the Gol mountains, crossing Angata Kiti amid gazelles, zebras, giraffes, wildebeasts grazing or running through the plain close to Masai herds… and suddenly at the end of Kiti plain, on top of a hill, we discovered a 360° view over the vast Salei plain down below, with volcanoes in the background and the lush green Gol Mountains on our side… Magical! Breathtaking! And then down a winding track to Salei camp where we were warmly welcomed by the whole camp team.

In Salei, we walked in Ol Karien gorge, interacted with the local Maasai, enjoyed the camp all for ourselves and strolled leisurely around on the plain in front of the camp. We drove back to Kilimanjaro Airport via lake Natron, winding down into the Great Rift Valley, taking in many more magnificent views.

We stayed a few nights at the well-known Ndutu Lodge and then 2 nights at Salei camp run by Amazing Tanzania; a small, intimate and very cosy camp with all commodities (and without all these out-of-place luxuries), set up under acacia trees along a dry river bed, wide open grassland in front with gazelles grazing, giraffes strolling far away on the horizon with Ol Donyio Lengai volcano standing majestically in the background… Smiling & devoted staff, excellent chef and food and a very friendly Masai guide full of interesting stories.

We highly recommend Amazing Tanzania. We also recommend visiting the Gol Mountains in the rainy season if you like stunning scenery, walking in the wild as well as meeting the Maasai (in a much less touristic area) – it is not the place to go if you look for big game. In April-May, it is lush green thanks to the (rare) rains and gazelles, zebras, giraffes and wildebeasts are all around. But above all, go for the spectacular landscapes, the feeling of remoteness and wilderness, the sense of space and freedom! Thank you again Laura & Colin & your team for this unforgettable safari.

Excellent service, provided plently of options and customised my safari based on my budget
5/5

I had a few days to spare before I went on my Kilimanjaro hike so I decided to look for a short 2 day safari. Laura from Amazing Tanzania was really helpful throughout the entire process and always provided prompt responses. A few things really stood out for me. I contacted over a dozen tour operators directly to see what they can offer since most packages were 3-4 days and it didn't fit my schedule. Of all the companies I reached out to, Laura was the only person to get back to me with questions about my itinerary, budget, etc. When I did get the quote from her, it was well thought out. Not only were the options well within my budget, they also took into account my travel plans. There's also the added bonus that their quotes were cheaper than any of the other quotes I got. After I got the quote and we were discussing potential destinations, I got a recommendation to go to Tangiere instead of Lake Manyara and I asked Laura to change the schedule. She basically said that's not a great idea, but did it in such a great way, giving details and reasoning

When I did finally arrive in Tanzania everything went as well as I could hope for. Our guide Ibra was brilliant and I have a sneeky suspicion he's some kind of an animal whisperer (or he's just that lucky) as we got to see pretty much everything the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara had to offer, even saw a rhino from distance!

Prompt friendly knowledgeable advice
5/5

Our interest in holidaying in southern Africa was to experience the luxurious classic Rovos Train and of course to view the wildlife. Another desire was a very short lead time. Although we consider ourselves very experienced world travelers our lack of knowledge of the area proved very frustrating in trying to combine standard website packages. Then we stumbled across www.thesafaripartners.com. What a real pleasure. After several phone discussions with Chris, they put together a completely customized tour within a couple days that matched our interests exactly. Their knowledge and extensive on the ground experience was invaluable. Having just returned, the trip exceeded our expectations in every respect. Thank you “The Safari Partners”. You turned what might have been a mediocre holiday into a spectacular one.

A Wonderful Safari Experience
5/5

First of all, we took the Safari trip after we had climbed the Kilimanjaro.
We were with the four of us and regarded the Safari as the icing on the cake.
And indeed it was; no disappointments whatsoever. Our main guide and Four wheel driver 'Philemon' (don't know if i wrote his name correct) was outstanding. He could spot Wildlife where we had no idea there was any. The man must have had eagle eyes ha ha. He was always willing to drive a little further or back just for that beautiful photo shot, and on the go told you all about the animals and landscape. The accomodation was various, meaning, one day we would sleep in tents in the middle of Serengeti, another day in a sort of 'holiday' resort. But wherever we went there was always good food to fuel yourself after another day of photoshooting and last but not least execellent sleeping accomodation. Even in the middle of Serengeti, surrounded by wildlife, I felt safe, in the knowledge that an excellent staff was safeguarding us. All in all I would do it straight again if my employer would give me more holidays :-) . The people of Tanzania Serengeti Adventure Ltd., where we booked this Safari, were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Amazing South African experience
5/5

Christine Boecker arranged a trip to South Africa for part of my family, including two 10 year old grandchildren.
The experience was "over the top" for all 6 of us! There were so many highlights that it would be difficult to list them in a short review. It was a lifetime experience that we all thoroughly enjoyed and will fondly remember.
The flights on the airlines, both getting there and back as well as in S.A., were terrific and the accommodations perfect when we were there.
The hotel in Cape Town was the best ever and the private game reserve offered facilities, Safari experiences and staff that one could normally only hope for. To observe all the wildlife, including the "Big 5", was unforgettable and, to have a Rhino seriously consider charging us, an unexpected adrenalin rush. I look forward to going back!

Safari was incredible!
5/5

Hi Paula,
I was meaning to write to you a while ago but things get so busy after holiday....

Safari was incredible!! Jimmy, our guide was absolutely amazing! He really tried hard to make this experience very special for us, always taking into account that we have a young child. He was very helpful and accommodating and has a great knowledge of resorts and animal species so we managed to see so much! the accommodation was also perfect - both lodges are very beautiful and in tune with the nature. We had great time and warmly recommend you and your agency to all our friends.

Many thanks once again for all your help and for making this trip such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Kind regards.

Wild wise
5/5

The Safari in Serengeti NP was exciting, not only by the wild encounters, but also by the guidance of Ute of Roho Ya Chui.
Utes mission, vision, operational abilities, transportation, lodges, were excellent, and her attention for details in service, philosophic attitude and wisdom were an extra gift. She is a photo-genius. She knows how to touch and snap the essence. Ute is a ‘’Wildwhisperer’’, empathetic in locating, meeting, and ‘’culture’’ of animals, including birds. She can make animals at ease and curious. Up to: ‘’listen what they tell you’’. I give her 5 stars!

Trip of a lifetime
5/5

We just got back from a 21 day safari with Jenman Safaris. We started at Victoria Falls, traveled through Botswana, Namibia and ended in Cape Town, South Africa. We did a 1/2 camping, 1/2 lodging trip and the entire trip was beyond our wildest dreams. We had an incredible tour guide (thank you Jorge), the accommodations ranged from modest to what we would consider 5 star, the food was always good. The trip was well organized and took us to a variety of places including small villages, national parks and cities. I still can't believe the number of animals that we saw or the different landscapes. I would recommend this trip and Jenman Safaris for anyone that wants to have a great African experience.
