amazing company
this is really to review the whole experience that I had with Home To Africa. Given some of the earlier reviews, I just went with the hunch that they would be good. I did not expect outstanding which is what I got. From their response times (24/7) to all my questions and the detail of their responses to the entire 8 days that I was there, there is nothing more than I could have wanted. Hedmond in the office and Karim as my guide - what a combination of excellent service.

Fantastic Safari in Northern Tanzania
This has been a fabulous experience in the safari that took us to Tanzania with Regional Tours. We selected to go with this company because of their great reviews on Tripadvisor. We contacted Maturaf who answered all our questions about the various safari options, the booking process was very smooth. The payment process was also straight forward where we paid by paypal.
Our guide Stanley was very good, he took us to Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Serengeti Parks. He knew where to find the animals and birds. He gave us a nice tour of these parks. We were allocated a good 4x4 vehicle which did not have any trouble cruising in the parks despite the rains.
We had a wnderful experience and I recommend Regional Tours to those thinking of going on a Tanzania safari.

Exceptional service from start to end,
From the moment we enquired online, we had exceptional service. Esther was very prompt in communicating, keeping in contact throughout the whole lead up to our trip and offering her number for 24hour contact if needed. We had Michael and James as our transfer drivers from the airport and they made sure we were checked into our hotel and all set before leaving. The following morning we were met by Dickson (affectionately known as Dikdik) and embarked on a 5 day Safari through Tsarvo East, Tsarvo West and Amboseli. It was an incredible experience and for that we have Dikdik to thank. Not only was he an exceptional driver, both on main roads and in the parks, but he has a deep love for what he does and is very passionate about sharing it with everyone. He had a superb knowledge of both flora and fauna, analysing animal tracks and scat to help locate animals. On top of this, he was very good at reading the body language of animals - this helped in locating a lion pride. Once back in Nairobi, we did the full day Nairobi tour, again with Michael as our driver. He was very flexible with us and on conclusion of our scheduled activities, made suggestions of other things that we could do seen as we still had time remaining. All in all, our trip went smoothly thanks the the staff at Natural World. We would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to explore this great country, whether for a day or an extended safari.

We were shown the best of the masai reserve and were well treated in 3 days safari. I recomend it!
We got in contact with this agency through the internet. The comunication was excellent and we received a detailed program. We arrived and met with our guide and the rest of the group and enjoyed a great safari through the Masai Mara reserve and one Masai village. We got satisfied with acomodation and meals. The whole tour went as described in the program sent to us on the internet. I highly recomend it!

Our 15-day holiday covered 2 parks in the Sabi Sabi Sands area in Kruger, Cape Town and surrounds, and the Central Drakensberg area.
The 2 parks in Kruger were outstanding but in our opinion Rattrays at Mala Mala was clearly better- the property is much older but has a lot of charm but much more importantly the game was much more plentiful than at Earth Lodge. The gaming experience was not only "Out of Africa" but out of this world! Simply amazing!
Cape Town was great! We enjoyed the two day trips – perhaps samplers for spending more time in the area on our next visit (maybe)! Our hotel, Cape Grace, was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the seafood restaurants and the shopping in the Waterfront area.
Drakensberg unfortunately was a complete washout. The property, Cleopatra's was nice in a campy sort of way and the scenery was spectacular but it rained continuously for 3 days and we barely had an opportunity to step out of Cleopatra's and the wi-fi at the property was down all the time we were there. Bummer…!
Kathi Simon's help was outstanding throughout. She was very helpful and responsive and patient- notwithstanding the many many changes in the itinerary as we were planning the vacation. African Welcome Safaris were also price competitive! I think it is fair to say that we would not have enjoyed our vacation half as much without their planning and flawless execution. Thank you very much!

Life time experience
We searched a lot of different companies to do our safari.. and very glad with did it with Africa Adventure Vacations... all was well planned.. our Guide Musa was at the end a new brother for us ! Safaris are just the company and guides you have.. there are lots and lots of companies.. we hate group travels! So this was just US two and our guide.. with flexibility to stop, take our photos and very personal touch! We shall recommend your exceptional services to our friends

Beyond Exceptional
Bateleur went above and beyond my expectations. From booking all the way to the end of safari.
They keep in touch with you and give you all information about the trip in advance. The itinerary is detailed and lives up to it.
The tour guide driver (Lawrence) is well informed and has a great knowledge of the animals and the park itself and he easily spots the animals from a great distance.
I'd highly recommend this tour operator as the prices are worth it.

Spot the big five with the friendly small five!!!
James and his team has be Super helpful, and patient to answer our questions! We started planning three months before, and James had been clearing our concerns until the day we met in airport!
Tanzania is a beautiful place, and even more hakuna matata with the small five (james’ team), specially thanks to my guide Gilbert, a young energetic and helpful guy.
It was an amazing tour for a company trip - 24 of us. Everyone was well taken care!
