A magnificent trip
I made a safari with my family and we all had a wonderful time. The tour was very well organised, the services were very good and Rodger is a great guide, very friendly, professionnal and the best to spot the animals ! also he always made sure the trip was very safe wich is very important, especially when travelling with children.

More than a five star experience
In july 2017 we went on a six day safari with Easy Travel. We visited the Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara National Park and Tarangire National Park. We had the best driverguide; Thomas. He is enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable, very attentive to our needs and wishes, and he's very respectful of the nature and the animals we encountered. He's one of the main reasons our safari was such a big success and he made our safari experience perfect! Besides that he has a great sense of humor and we enjoyed his company.
Easy Travel (Norah) made sure it was a very smooth planning process and good communication before, during and after the safari including pre- and post briefings at the office. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted - in fact we got much more than that.

Very organized, no problems at all!
The communication through WhatsApp was very useful. They picked us up in Dar Es Salaam and drove us to the airport and picked us up at the airport after the safari and drove us to our residence, which made life very easy. The safari was incredible - cannot say enough positive feedback. Definitely the highlight of the trip.

Unforgettable honeymoon experience
First of all, we would like to thank the whole team for making our honeymoon such a wonderful experience. We arrived rather late at night at Entebbe and was greeted by a warm, German speaking staff of yours. We reached the first hotel -even though it was not what we expected from the itinerary-we had a nice view of the lake victoria. The next day, we were greeted by our super talented guide, Brian. We were so touched to receive the handmade booklets, uganda coffee beans and some maps and brochure for our trip. We really appreciate the gesture from the team. Once we were seated, Brian drove us to Kabale, where we were to stay a night before our epic encounter with the mountain gorillas in the bwindi forest (the gorilla experience was really amazingly organised) Brian was a very knowledgable guide and we learned a great deal from talking with him -We learned about different animals, birds and plants that we encountered, and most of all, we learned to deeply appreciate Uganda - its people, culture and nature. At the end of our stay, the company even gave us a small parting gift for our honeymoon! It's really sweet and generous of them!!! I couldn't recommend this team enough for making our trip so unforgettable!! Thank you!

Every detail perfect - our guide felt like family by the end.
Our experience with eTrip Africa was exceptional. Ben and Aurelie in the office were always available to answer my many questions and give advice while we were making our plans. Our guide, Alladin, was very knowledgeable and easy going. He handled our family (including teenagers) with good humor. Everything went as planned with our arrangements. There were no disappointments. I've already been working on my brother to arrange a safari with them!

Eyes on Africa made tailor made safari for us (Serengeti & Ngorongoro) plus organize our Zanzibar vacation. Communication was very easy and quick - the trip was completely as we imagine it. Our safari guide was excellent and Zanzibar hotel choice was perfect.

Safari Tour was organized by Elize and Johan, we had 5 perfect safari days with both of them.
We learned so many new things from them, they have a vast experience and knowledge.

They made my dream vacation come true
It has taken me longer than anticipated to write this review because I have been so busy going through tons of pictures and videos from this wonderful vacation. This trip wouldn't have been made possible if it weren't for the amazing Golden Rwanda tours staff. More specifically I would like to thank Frank who over the course of a year and a half assisted me in planning this dream vacation and promptly responded to all of the emails I sent him. Frank was always prompt in alerting me if arrangements were made and gave helpful advice regarding activities to do to maximize our trip. Due to unfortunate circumstances Frank was unable to accompany me and my wife on our trip that we had planned together for the past year and half. Frank graciously took me and my wife out to dinner upon our arrival to Rwanda, explained what was happening, noted nothing would change regarding our itinerary, and reported that 'Michael' would be with us for the entire trip. I was appreciative that Michael would be with us, but slightly nervous as I had planned this entire trip and had all my communications with Frank. My worries were quickly put at ease and I can say that Michael became like family with my wife and I. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, a great driver, and just ultimately a great tour guide. He accompanied us for a week in Rwanda and a week in Kenya, making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I would most certainly go through Golden Rwanda again and would recommend this company to anyone. Two short stories before I end this review: on our first gorilla trek my pants were falling down (you think I would be more prepared) and Michael gave me his belt for the trek to make sure I wasn't having to hold them up the entire time. On our second gorilla trek it became incredibly cold outside (you think I would have learned my lesson from the first day) so again Michael gave me his sweatshirt to wear on our hike up the hill. So I can say not only is Golden Rwanda the real deal, they will literally give you the shirt off their back. I can't recommend them enough and could go on and on with good things to say about them. If you are thinking about going through Golden Rwanda, do it! It is the best decision you could make.
