Starvel safaris is the best for an awesome experience
I can highly recommend Starvel safaris as a safari operator. We travelled to Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and the Mara over 9 days, and had an an amazing experience.
Esther was incredibly helpful in putting together a suitable itinerary, answered all emails promptly and allowed full flexibility with regard to itinerary and accommodation choices. She kept us informed about bookings, sending confirmation vouchers and updates. She also met us at the airport on arrival, along with our guide , to double check we were happy with everything. The Starvel safaris office were constantly in contact with our guide throughout the trip to ensure everything was going to plan.
All the accommodation choices as recommended by Esther were excellent, very comfortable with good food and exemplary service.
Our guide was without doubt the star of the show. Throughout the trip he was friendly, enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable and clearly keen for us to see as much as possible. This was exemplified by taking a couple of detours on entering the Mara late in the afternoon to see a leopard and a pair of cheetahs, even though we had been on the road for many hours and the easy thing would have been to head straight to the camp for the evening. Despite him feeling a bit under the weather for the last couple of days, his mood never dropped.
On returning to Nairobi we were once again met by Esther to see how we’d enjoyed the trip, and gather any feedback we had on possible ways to improve their service. Judging by the number of different companies’ safari vehicles we saw on the road, this is clearly an incredibly crowded marketplace and we felt that Starvel safaris focus on customer service helps set them apart from their rivals. We would have no hesitation in using their services again.

Fantastic Personal and Friendly Service With A Vast Knowledge Of The Visited Places.
It's by far a worth experience I have had in my life. Coming close with the wild animals guided by competent staff with good communication and inter-personal skills made the safari something something I look forward to doing it again with my friends come Christmas holidays. I highly recommend these guys of Nab Hermu Tours and Travels for making the safari and holiday in general a memorable one. Your staff are a big asset to your company.

Our tour guide Ben of twist African safaris was informative,professional and excellent in all respects.
He kept us safe at all time. We toured much of western Uganda including Murchison falls national park, Queen Elizabeth and kazinga channel,and gorillas Uganda wildlife is exciting i plan to visit more the beautiful country Uganda

Very professional approach for a lifetime experience
We did an 8 day safari with Bluerange Connect Limited. We visited Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru- Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National Park. Visiting all these magnificent places in Kenya means apart from a lifetime experience also a lot of kilometers in Kenyan roads. Distances are long but drivers do their best to be on schedule. They drive, they give all the information about the animals you see, they are responsible for your protection. Despite the fact that most of the time we were surrounded by wild animals we never felt that we were in danger. Also, most of our drivers gave their best in order see most of the animals. Accomodation and food were fair enough for a budget safari. Last but not least, the response to our emails was instant. They even applied to our emails on Sunday! We definitely recommend Bluerange Connect Limited because met all our expectations!

A wounderful 3 days trip.
I and my husband Josh did 3-day Safari with Lelaa Tours and really had a great experience. My safari coordinator, guide, Camp staff - all were professional, courteous and helpful. My safari guide Elemesi was very knowledgeable and kept us informed about local customs, traditions, wildlife, habitat and animal behavior. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend Lelaa tours for Safari excursions, our safari guide Elemesi always replied to our many questions we had during the trip, he is friendly and helpful and did his best for us to enjoy our trip.
Ngorongoro crater it was a place where I had only dreamed about, but exceeded all expectations.

Best week of my life!!!
Mama Savana is amazing company and I could highly recommend them!!! Starting from the beginning- there were only 20 days left till our journey to Tanzania (due to my business trips I was very busy whole the time) and Mama Savana provided us an offer during some hours after my first request. Alex was very responsive, provided me all the information in WhatsApp and via mails, he answered all my smart and not so smart questions and Mama Savana did all the best to make our week unforgettable.
When we arrived, I was little bit worried- how it will be to spend the whole week together with the guide, which is total stranger for me- but after some days Joseph (our guide) was not like our guide any more but he was more like our Tanzanian family member! So- special thanks to Joseph one more time!!!! Also, January is not a high-season but during our week Joseph shows us and we saw Big Five and other fantastic animals and their life happenings.
In general- I could highly recommend Mama Savana- it is really professional and great company and we definetly will be back next year.
