Amazing Experience with Ameera Africa Safari Tour
If you are thinking to visit Uganda, do not miss the chance to organize your trip with the support of Ameera Africa Safari. Shiella and all the staff were very responsive, we had a very smooth communication flow since the very beginning; the trip was perfectly planned according to my travel schedule and interests; always keen to satisfy my requests; excellent accommodations. I travelled solo, and the guide (Mr. Kassim Kamya)I was never tired to answer my never ending questions. I'm sure one day I will visit Uganda again, and it will be thanks to Ameera services.

Great organized safari from beginning to end
Tour organized from Zanzibar. We were picked up from our house and brought to the airport in the morning. After the short flight we spent the day in Tarangire National Park, following days in Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. The Heart & Soul Lodge Manyara was the perfect place to relax after long and exciting days. We saw a lot of animals, loads of elephants and lions. All, children adults and grandparents were happy going back to Zanzibar after an experience of a lifetime

Unforgettable Wasini Adventure!
We had a wonderful day. With the help of our tour guide, Isaac, we traveled from Mombasa to Wasini. He was exceptionally kind and eager to go way beyond for us. He gave us water and fresh fruits, but much more, he had a wealth of knowledge about Kenya, its history, and religion. He also taught us a great deal about Kenyans and their highly-valued way of life. When we first got there, we went for snorkeling and saw a lot of dolphins playing. My traveling companion isn't an excellent swimmer, but Isaac helped her feel at ease so she could enjoy the coral reef to the fullest.
After eating lunch, we took a tour of the wasini island village to learn more about their fascinating histories and see where the residents live. I'm very grateful for the adventure with Delfin Tours, it will be imprinted permanently in my memory.

5 Stars all around
We were 2 female travelers in Kenya (and Africa!) for the very first time!
We had the most incredible time!
From planning with Joseph in the Sunworld office to making changes with Alice during his absence, we felt very well advised and take care of.
Our tour guide Mwashi was the best part about our whole visit! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals, their behavior, the landscape, culture and history of the country!
He made us feel safe at all times, is very professional, caring and a pleasure to be around! He did all the thinking and planning for us, we just needed to enjoy the beauty of the country! We will definitely be back to spend more time with him!
The vehicle was in great shape and we navigated even through some challenging terrains due to recent rains.
One Tipp: Take advantage that Sunworld can pre-book and pay the park entry fees as part of the booking in advance so that there is no hassle at the entrance gates where online payment can be a challenge.
Really a big compliment to the management of this company, all the reviews about the staff here is excellent! We experienced only excellence too, so keep up what you are doing, it is working :-)
Than you so much!

I experienced a professional and outstanding service that was flexible and catered for my requiremen
I found this a great personal and value for money experience that was unforgettable. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard as a guide, he was considerate, knowledgeable and had everything covered from the moment I arrived. He organized all my trips and accommodation without me having to worry about anything. I felt safe throughout and I was able to get the best out of all the experiences without having to worry about minor details. I had amazing primate experiences but even enjoyed other additional community experiences that I didn’t expect to. All my accommodations were wonderful and each had a different style but all were good. The food ranged from good to excellent and catered well for my special vegetarian diet. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour company and hope to book them again to explore some more of Uganda at a later date. 😃

Well organised and mostly professional
Communications were good - kept in the loop all the time. Service was smooth and friendly. Good value for money. On time all the time. I wanted to see a leopard which I did. The full day in KNP was worthwhile - saw a lot. Would recommend for first time safari goers.

Efficient
TC Joshua (Leisuretips Tours)well organized my Safari took all the necessary arrangements required, timely airport to hotel transfers to the coast, watamu .
The company did not deliver the 5-day trip as agreed upon, and until now is unable to refund us.
We booked a 5-day Meru-Samburu tour with the Malindi-based Afrikan Buffalo Wildlife Safaris Ltd. on 09-13 March 2024. We chose it because it is one of the few companies we found that offer such package, and we saw good reviews online.
We have already paid the full amount for the tour at least a month before the scheduled trip. The trip commenced on 09 March, in Meru National Park, but it got cut short on 11 March. As we were trying to check out from the camp in Meru in the morning, we were informed by the camp management that the tour company had not yet settled our bill. The camp did not allow us to leave the premises until the company is able to pay the balance.
The company's representative told us that he was still on his way to the bank, and later on, said they were scammed by another tourist so they are at a police station in Malindi, and many other excuses. It took the company seven (7) hours to send the payment to the hotel (not even full payment, and we even had to cover some remaining amount). This meant we were stuck in the hotel parking lot for seven hours, much to our embarrassment in front of other hotel guests and staff. It also meant that the next leg of the trip, going to Samburu, was no longer feasible, so we headed back to Nairobi in the afternoon of 11 March.
We even had to pay for the gas money for our trip back to Nairobi as we found out that the company had not given the driver enough money for fuel for the whole duration of the 5-day trip.
The company expressed its apologies and promised to provide a refund within 10 days, but until today (almost a month) has not made any.
The company also insists on providing only partial refund, but according to its very own Contract and Booking and Cancellation Policy, we are entitled not only to full refund, but also to compensation, as the cancellation of the rest of the trip was the company's fault.
We had a horrible experience with Afrikan Buffalo Wildlife Safaris Ltd. They made the decision to send us to Meru, fully knowing that they have not paid the hotel yet, and they concealed this information to us, the clients. The company has also been unresponsive and non-committal about its timeline for refunding us. We sought the intervention of the TRA, but despite this, the company remains unable to give us our refund, in accordance with the terms of the company's contract/booking and cancellation policy.
