Exciting!
5/5

Loved our safari in Ruaha! Our guide was Ernest, and he knew all the places to go, we spotted a leopard just minutes after entering the park! If he saw an animal he wanted us to see, we were off-roading! He was very accommodating and wanted to make sure we were happy with what we were doing. We had a great experience!

Good guide, great little park, perfect excursion
5/5

Jason (The owner of Deep Rift and our guide) was on time, knowledgeable, and kind.
Pilanesberg is a great place for a single day safari because of its diversity and beautiful settings.

I recommend both

The Adventure Of Our Lifetimes
5/5

My husband and I were just back from a lovely trip to Europe in celebration of a significant birthday and an anniversary milestone and had planned to venture to Africa in 2016. That was, however, until he happened upon African Safari Consultants LLC excellent website while browsing online and got in touch with Camille Rowe to acquire some advance information to peruse..

We have been travelling the world for more than 40 years and have never used a travel agent before so were loath to give up the reigns of control until this trip. Camille was very quick to pick up on what we were looking for and set up a sample itinerary of what might give us the maximum exposure to many different experiences on a short 3 week holiday. We were hooked immediately !! She suggested locations, was very patient with our questions, and answered our emails very promptly while adding excellent advice regarding some of the smaller points...visas etc. which were required at certain destinations.

The properties she selected for our vacation in South Africa, Zambia, and Botswana were absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations starting with One & Only in Cape Town.. It was truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and now wish that we had decided to return for a few more days at the end of our safaris before the long trek back to North America. Located at the edge of the Victoria & Alfred Wharf it was in an ideal location to walk off our travellers fatigue while enjoying a luxurious and wonderful hotel for three days.

We had the pleasure of staying at two properties run by &Beyond and again can't say enough good things about both of them !! Kirkman's Kamp Sabi Sands bordering on Kruger National Park and Xudum Okavango Delta Lodge in Botswana were entirely different from one another because of their placement and terrain but the one thing that they shared was the absolutely incredible customer service and amenities ! Their staff, trackers, rangers/guides were extremely knowledgeable and the staff were incredible hosts.

The Royal Livingstone at Victoria Falls in Zambia was a beautiful hotel and has a sunset view deck that was spectacular ! Set on the banks of the Zambezi River its location is perfect and sharing our space with giraffes, zebras, and warthogs was something we have never experienced before..

We also had the pleasure of staying at Chobe Game Lodge in Botswana and it was an incredible property as well. Luxurious and comfortable with a tremendous staff who looked after our every need and then some! The rangers at CGL are all females which we thought was a very positive employment practice ! It is also a 'green' hotel and their conservation measures are to be applauded. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating and we loved every minute of our stay and would also highly recommend it !

Our last safari was in the Okavango Delta in Botswana and again stayed at another &Beyond property ...Xudum Okavango Delta Lodge. This small property houses only 18 guests in individual lodges with viewing decks and personal plunge pools.. Luxury at its finest in the middle of the Delta ! Again the appointments were spectacular and the staff and food were 5 star !!!

We covered a lot of territory in a short period of time and everything that had Camille's fingerprint on it went off without a hitch.. We're talking not just about the accommodations but also chartered aircraft and transportation between locations... We were on planes, helicopters, automobiles, and boats... The only mode of transportation we missed out on this trip was a train...but... she did offer one....

Our most sincere appreciation goes to Camille for making this Bucket List trip the adventure of our lifetimes !

A memorable, budget/mid price private safari organised by Kikwetu with great attention to detail
5/5

I used Kenneth at Kikwetu to organise a 10 day safari in Kenya an Tanzania in August this year for my husband myself with daughter and partner. Four of us travelled together and chose our own route and itinerary with Kenneth's help. I was apprehensive about trusting arrangements to someone who did not have a representative in uk - and more so when it came to transferring 50% of cost before accommodation etc could be confirmed. The reason I chose to use Kikwetu was that Kenneth always responded quickly to emails and costs seemed reasonable.

Once we arrived in Niarobi any anxieties disappeared. Kenneth arranged transport from the airport to our pre-safari accommodation and came to meet us the following day at our convenience. All arrangements were in place with accommodation booked - some was basic, some outstanding. Kenneth provided a private cook at no additional charge when he was unsure of the quality of catering at one of the tented camps. Ask for a stay within the Serengeti park. It is well worth the small additional cost. Transport was in a good quality of vehicle - but dont be afraid to tell the drivers to slow down! Long days on unmade roads can be very uncomfortable and tiring so be advised by Kenneth on the best route.

We got the holiday that we had planned and Kenneth's suggestions were helpful, and often much better than we could have sourced ourselves. The key to the success of the holiday was the personal service provided by Kenneth and attention to detail. I would recommend this company for a reliable journey.

My third - but still not the last time!
5/5

A fantastic and reliable touristcompany!
I have now been on 3 exciting and eventful tours with some very clever guides.
I have seen and tried local things, which i dont think was possible for me to see on my own.
When i was planning my second safari tour with 2 other friends, they where very flexible and planned the tour perfectly for us. Both the economy and the experience was like we wanted.
They know the local people and the good places.

I have been for safaris, seen waterfalls, mountains, villages, schools, orphanages and much more.

Even though i have been travelling on my own, i will still prefer travelling with you guys. So i highly recommend this company if you want to be sure to get a succesful trip!

A dream come true
5/5

After four months in Kenya we had to book a safari with Lenny at Tayiay Safari. We had heard from many of our friends that he was the perfect guide for safari trips.
First we booked him for a Safari in Nairobi National Park and had our first meeting with the stunning wild nature and animal in Kenya. Tayiay Safari (Lenny) gave us so many great moments that day and he has so much knowledge about Wildlife, animals and birds. He gave us a day we will never forget. We just had to book him for our next safari in Naivasha.
Three unforgettable days in Naivasha and memories to remember for the rest of our lives. We walked in the ravines in Hells Gate National park, had a boat trip to Crescent Island where we walked among the wild animals and at last a great day at Olerai house where the Sebras, giraffs and other animals where guest in the garden just 30 cm from the sun beds. A great Masai with alot of interesting stories about his tribe and family. Amazing days that we will never forget. Will use Tayiai Safari again because Lenny has a uniqe way of giving us value for Money. He has his uniqe way of spotting the animals and his caracter and knowledement is really worth every penny.

Truly fantastic never felt better to be part of a team and never been so grateful for experts help.
5/5

Climbing Kilimanjaro for Dig Deep this year seemed a daunting task. The expertise and willingness to go the extra bit for each of our team from every single one of our guides and porters was incredible. Any slight struggle or concern we had, they were the first person to pick you up and make sure we are keeping high spirits. Aboo and the guys were fantastic and I'm forever grateful for the friends I have made in them. The song still rings around my head! Jambo!
