Highly recommended local tour operator
This summer we traveled through Kenya, and a few weeks before we arrived there we tried to find a company to do our safari-trip with. We wanted to visit Samburu as well as Masaai Mara, ideally in a 6 or 7 day trip. Not a lot of companies were offering that as a group tour. Because of that, and because of the good reviews, we contacted Terminal Tours. Even though it was quite short term, we mananged to plan everything such that it exactly fitted our schedule, and Terminal Tours went the extra mile to help us achieve that. Communication was fast and adequate.
The trip itself was an amazing experience. Basically we proposed ourselves to join two different groups and change halfway during our trip, because this would give us an extra day. Because of this we have met several drivers and cooks from Terminal Tours, and they are all very professional, nice guys, and fun to travel with. Because of some unexpected circumstances Terminal Tours had to send another driver for one part of the trip. In order to not let us be affected by this, this driver left Nairobi at 3AM, and in fact on that day we had a private Safari, even though we booked a group tour. This is just an example to show how important service is for Terminal Tours, and they go to great lengths to really give you the experience you pay for, and nothing less.
Already the second day we had seen the complete big five and the great migration as well. We have seen animals hunting, eating prey, and on another day we actually saw the whole process of the migration starting to happen in a spot where we were the only car. This was completely due to the skill and insight of the driver. The cooks were amazing, and the food was of high quality. In the second part of our trip to Kenya we went to the coast for some more fancy resorts, but if I had to choose between the food there, and the food during the safari trip, I would choose the latter anytime. The accomodation is of good quality as well, since we booked a budget safari we expected more of a backpacking setting, however everywhere we had good beds with mosquito nets, hot showers, etc.
Next to the safari trip itself we received great help from Terminal Tours as well, for accomodation on the night we arrived, for helping us book other activities/transport on our travel and by showing us some nice places in Kenya. So, take my word for it, Terminal Tours is highly recommended.

Memorable safari thanks to Big Time Holidays Ltd
Me and my husband booked 4-days Serengeti/Ngorongoro safari with Big Time Holidays in August 2015. Definitelly we would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for once-in a lifetime experience! Firstly I must say that Milabo Allan was extremly patient and was answering all of our questions (and, to be honest, we had lots of them!). Thanks to him we were fully informed about our safari, and in fact everything went as planned. Even though at the time of our arrival to Arusha he was busy in his office in Nairobi, he arranged everything for us so that we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Every time we wanted to ask something, he replied immediately and we were in touch all the time. Actually I'm pretty sure that he would answer his mobile even if we called him during the night:) Safari itself was perfect and surely we'll keep the memories for the rest of our lives. We even had an elephant visiting our campsite early in the morning which was pretty exciting and memorable. Another advantage of Big Time Holiday Ltd is the price - I've done an extended research in so many different companies and Big Time Holidays Ltd offered us the best agreement so that we were sure we're not being overcharged. To sum up - it was just great! Milambo is definitelly a person that you can trust and he'll do his best to make your trip an excellent experience. a good African experience
I did a tour through Uganda with Matoke. This Ugandan-Dutch organisation gave me a great experience of this wonderful nation. The places we went to were well chosen, accomodation (budget) was generally well, the driver a wonderful man, but the communication between HQ and travellers / driver were not always 100% which could always be overcome, but gave some slight disappointments. Still, Uganda is a beautiful country which has a lot to offer, so if you'd like to discover more about it, Matoke is a good organisation to get in touch with.

The best traveling experience ever !!!
My wife and I returned home yesterday from a 2 week trip to Tanzania and Rwanda. While the entire trip was outstanding, our expereince with Simba Safaris was, without question, the high point of the trip. Everyting about the service, from connections, vehicle and accomidations was excellent. However, there was one aspect of the trip that made the entire experience beyond compare....our driver and guide Ndossy. There is no questions in my mind that he truly made the experince unforgetable. We enjoyed his insight and vast knowldege on the animals and plants of Tanzania and always felt like we were being cared for by an old friend. He is certainly an excellent representative of your firm and Tanzania and will be our requested companion when we return for our next adventure.

Great experience !
We had a great time in Kenya and East Africa Shuttles make it possible. Also the communication whit Chris was very good, when we had a question when we were at home, he always answer directly. we are staying at Lenchada Tourist Camp and the people there did a great job. It was basic but very clean en the people are vey friendly.
If we come back to Kenya then we will book again by East Africa Shuttles.

It was an experience of a lifetime,a thrilling encounter with wildlife, with JUSTTRAVELS India.

We availed the best of accomodations, the most thrilling safaris - dawn to dusk -wherein we sighted the cheetah , herds of elephants and wildebeests, the giraffe and the zebras uncountable ,the mighty pride of lions with playful cubs blocking our way.Unforgettable was the exotic spread of meat of varied sorts at the Carnivore, Nairobi.Thanks to the JUSTTRAVELS tour consultant for being our constant companion throughout the trip and their exemplary warm hospitality .They kept the vehicle always at our doorstep. We just needed to step into it and there we were in the middle of the mighty Masaimara!!We had no idea that 11 nights and 12 days of stay and travelling could be so invigorating .Looking forward to just travel with you more !! Just came to know about your upcoming trips to Uganda on 16th July and to Tanzania on 22nd May 2016. Really confused which trip to take!!!!!
