Our expectations were consistently exceeded every step of the way, culminating in a truly spectacular safari experience that I would recommend to anyone.
Bartho is a cool guy and his team are all fantastic. Our guide, Simba, really worked hard to make sure we had a great experience, several times flooring it to see something that cars behind missed. He gave us background on what we were seeing, including some of the conservation efforts and work that goes on to keep the parks alive. The chef (cook is not the appropriate word), went far beyond our expectations. While sitting in the campsites, other groups could be observed eating sliced bread and simple stews. We were feasting on freshly baked breads and pastries, elaborate soups, perfectly roasted chicken, etc.
There seem to be a lot of operators at this price range, but I cant imagine any are as good as these guys.

I have consulted several travel agencies, personally in Italy and on the web sites, and for the offer of itineraries and stays Lady Guide Safaris is really a good agency. From the first page the website looks nice and easy to consult. The site offers proposals with intelligent and practical indications, obviously the price, but then place and time of departure and return, what the offer includes and what is not included, the description of each day of the holiday. But what leads me to praise Lady Guide Safaris is the excellent idea of offering female tour operators particularly important for women who travel. The environmental and cultural characteristics of Uganda and Rwanda are such that for a traveling woman, be it an African woman, but also an oriental woman, but also a European or American woman, it is very important to be able to count on sensitivity, intuition, trust, on the attention that female guides can offer in addition, and not only for women who travel, but also for men who want a more sensitive and kind welcome. Reliable, well organised and thoroughly enjoyable adventure.
Communications prior to our arrival were good, with clear instructions.Our driver was punctual, spoke good English and really looked after our needs for our 5 days around Lake Manyaro, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. He did his absolute best to make sure we saw as many of the animals and the big 5 as possible. We only missed out on the rhino, which is pretty rare, but lots of people fail to see that one. The other animals we saw were up close and plentiful, it was unbelievable. The hotels were all good and the camp on the Serengeti is something we will never forget, for all the right reasons. The jeep was a little old and had seen better days, but it was unstoppable and reliable and it's age kind of added to the adventure. I would confidently recommend Kiliholidays as well organised and very good value for money.

We had an excellent experience with our safari at Amboseli, staying at the Serena lodge. Communication was smooth and punctual and our safari corresponded to what was detailed on the original offer.
Joseph, our guide and driver, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He advised us on the best times to spot the animals but let us decide how we wanted to schedule the drives during the day. He strived to show us all the main animals present in Amboseli and carefully planned our days to make sure that we could make the most of our time.
Serena Lodge is located in a prime spot within the park and offers excellent facilities. The room was spacious and clean and the personnel extremely helpful.

Unbelievable Experience!
I took a ten-person team on a three day safari in the Masai Mara. It was an unbelievable experience! The lodging was first rate, the guides were well-informed and the food and drink were excellent. I could not believe the wide variety of wildlife we were exposed to and how close we were able to approach them. And the view at the sundowner took your breath away. It was both personally enriching and an incredible team-building opportunity. I can't recommend Bud and Mattaw Safaris Ltd enough!

Lifetime experience
We booked 5 day safari with Suricata and it could not be better! It was one of the best experience we have ever had. Hilary and his team are doing a great job!
Night before and night after safari they booked us a lovely hotel with the most friendly staff.
From the first day we felt really comfortable and safe. Our guide Lewis and cook Hilda - they were amazing and we had so much fun. Lewis has a great knowledge and he answered every question. You can see that he loves his job. We were lucky and saw the big five, camped in the most beautiful places and ate delicious food cooked by Hilda. Everything was absolutely amazing.
After safari Hilary came to our hotel to make sure everything was fine and he organized a taxi drive for us for the next day to the airport.

Amazing trip to Tsavo East
We were a big family of 9 people. ( 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 younger kids). The trip to Tsavo East with Wildlife Sun Safaris we organised before our holidays. I’ve contacted Mr. James from this company and he gave us very good price. Conversation with him passed very well. Everything was organised perfectly. The driver, who took us to Safari was very kindly and helpful. Both days in safari was amazing, we saw so many animals. Everybody from the youngest to the oldest our family member were excited.
