Most affordable agency (by far)
Cate was a good agent for us. We had a limited budget and she was able to organize a 9 day Safari for us. We would recommend her and our drivers Rufus and Francis.
Positive things:
- excellent prices
- reliable drivers
- she gaves us a private tour even that we only paid for shared safaris
- she also included an extra day in Nairobi for free where a driver took us to the Giraffe Center
Negative things:
- lack of clarity on which hotels we would be staying, mainly because some of them closed down.
- Samburu camp was really bad (Hamashi Best Camping was the name)

A wonderful journey with great experiences
Andre has arragend the journey perfectly to our requirements and expectations. After our arrival at the windhoek airport we were brought with the rented cars straight to the hotel. At the hotel we talked through the tour plans again in detail with Andre. It already became apparent there that there will be changes at the overnight stays. But at the end we realised that these changes suited quite well into our tour plans. The facilities of our lodges were a very good mix of different style´s. Every accomodation had it´s own charm. Andre was always available when needed and further questions were answered immediatly. All in all it was a very great holiday for us and we will definitely recommend Impala Tours.

We had the ultimate experience thanks to the Brilliant Driver Daniel. He was very knowledgable .
We didn't really know what to expect, but we were really happy with the accommodation, never stayed on tented Safaris before but they were fantastic. Saw sights we had not experienced before, being a Cheetah stalk and kill, which was down to the guides knowledge and instinct regarding the animals. Lots of leopards and Daniel could pick out lions we had no idea were lay in the grass. Could not recommend Daniel highly enough, he was always on time and most professional.

We came up from Kapstadt along the coast to Svakopmund, through the Namib desert, from there north, Capri I Strip, Okavambo delta, into Botswana, further East to Victoria Lake, great National parks, wonderful plentiful encounters with wild animals and great nature. Visit to Masai Mara and Navasa was a very good experience. A meticulously planned tour in 4x4 land cruiser ex Nairobi. A life time experience of nature. A refreshing boat ride at Navasa. Steve's as a driver an guide was outstanding especially in spotting and guiding animals, very soft spoken. An asset to your company. Long live Mr Alex, Dennis and your team.

It was absolutely fabulous, everything I imagined and more
Our guide was terrific in locating all the wildlife, which was easy to see from the vehicle. The scenery was very beautiful. The weather was warm and sunny with blue skies and cool nights. Our accommodations were first-rate, clean, neat and ready when we got there. Our guide Chris was fantastic and it was unbelievable how he knew where to look in the bush for different animals and his knowledge was extensive on the animals and their habits and history. Thale was awesome with getting our booking done and answered all my questions I had about traveling to Africa. I highly recommend Wild Planet Safari for a tour of Kruger Park. Our hotel accommodations were also very nice, clean all staff was friendly. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this a 10. I highly recommend anybody thinking of going to Africa should do so.

Amazing experience
From the moment Tabo picked us up from our hotel in Johannesburg and drove us out here to when we witnessed all Big 5 animals from Kruger park with our guide Lucky this experience and resort is one not to miss. Staff here are super friendly and always smiling. Food selection is great, the cleanliness of the rooms is 5 star quality. Not one single insect or mosquito in our room despite being in the location it is during our 2 night stay was extremely impressive. The hotel cat is super cute and loves a cheeky treat from your dinner or breakfast plate. One of us is gluten intolerant and the staff were excellent in accommodating for this, the selection is limited however it was great they understood.
Our driver Lucky was what made the drive very informative and fun. We witnessed all Big 5 animals across both the sunset drive and the full day safari and he certainly knew his stuff & where to find them. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and condition of the hotel here. They even decorated our bed with ‘’Happy Anniversary’’ for when we arrived! A++++++++

During our family trip, the first days of October we contacted Daniel a day before arriving in Tanzania to do the Safari. From that moment he treated us with excellence. Perfect Honeymoon
We booked a safari with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions for our honeymoon and it was amazing. After splashing out on the wedding, price was a factor for us and booking through Paul was a significantly better price than going through British tour operators! Paul (the owner) was incredibly responsive to our questions and booked us into the most stunning luxury lodges. Our driver Eddie was also amazing - he was so knowledgable about all the parks and animals and was incredibly patient in stopping or moving so we could get good pictures. We saw all of the big 5 (even the rhino!) all food and water was included every day and was all really tasty. The Tanzanian people were so welcoming. I can’t wait to go back one day and we would definitely be booking with Tanzania Roadside again.
