The Lodge at Pilanesburg, the safari, the staff were amazing. The tours, tour guide in CP as well!
5/5

Christel was amazing and the trip would not have been as wonderful as it was without her help! The itinerary she set for our group, especially since we had time constraints, was so perfect. There were so many small details that made the trip which catered to our group and it made all the difference. Not only did I have all the help and assistance inthe planning, I also appreciated her availability while in SA. I will definitely recommend Round Afric Travel again with glowing reports. Thnaks for the one in a lifetime trip!

Great family hotel
4/5

We stayed at Zabezi Sun for 3 nights in September with our 2 children (ages 8 & 10). The accommodation and food selection was great. We ha good help organising a sunset cruise and the boys loved swimming in the pool. We found it a little tiring getting through passport control to visit activities in Victoria Falls. If we came again we would make sure we only had one day in Zimbabwe not over 2 days like we did this time.

Our 4-day gorilla trekking safari.
5/5

We did a 4-day gorilla trekking safari. The safari looked so packed with lots of activities that we were keen to see that they are all fulfilled. Indeed, they were all fulfilled. This is how it went: On our first day, we went to Queen Elizabeth national park were we had a game drive and saw lots of animals like the leopards, Elephants, Lions ,and hyenas. We took a two-hour evening cruise and this was so great. It gave us nice scenery for game viewing, and bird watching. I took photos of these huge crocodiles, it was so stunning.

Day 2 was basically travelling from Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi Impenetrable forest we were going to do gorilla trekking. Along the way, we saw climbing lions and this was another plus into our journey. We arrived at a very accommodating lodge were we spent a night.

The next day which I would regard as day 3 was the indeed a great day. in the morning, we were briefed by the authorities about what and what not to do. We both hired porters because we needed their service. These guys carry your load and you just concentrate on trekking. As we started penetrating this thick shrubby forest, we were listening to birds singing their morning songs. We started moving along this steep forest. We moved for some time without seeing these gorillas. We expected that as soon as you get to the forest, we shall immediately see the gorillas but we realized that these animals have their own schedules and plans. After about one hour and twenty minutes, the guide notified us of their presence. We were so much attracted to the baby gorilla because of its playing mode. I took videos and photos of this moment. Our last day was coming back to Kampala to prepare our journey back home. We stopped at Igongo cultural Centre for lunch where we were served with amazing local dishes. There was so much to take from the trip and it was definitely worth every single penny.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Gorilla Tour Booking Safaris . The guide was so accommodating and narrative.

First-class service coupled with in-depth local knowledge - incredible experience!
5/5

Just back from the most incredible trip custom-designed by Debbie. She took our vague brief and translated it into the most unforgettable experience, with absolutely no fuss, exceptional professionalism, good humour, and a wonderful personal touch. Our party of 4 was blown away by the whole experience, and felt like royalty from the beginning. She put together the perfect tour for us, which completely surpassed our expectations on every level. Highly, HIGHLY recommend using Experience Africa - for international travellers, as well as local travellers. Best trip EVER!

Highly Recommend Wild Africa
5/5

I have recently returned from a fantastic 5 week adventure in southern Africa which was my first time on the African continent.

My trip was approximately 50% self planned/managed and 50% through Robert at Wild Africa,

All my dealings with Robert were top notch. He was highly professional, a good communicator and provided excellent documentation.

Robert recommended Motswari in the Timbavati as one of my safari stays and this was a brilliant recommendation.

I would happily use Robert again and recommend him most highly.

Amazing experience and fantastic service
5/5

Just back from a mid-range Safari and Zanzibar tour with Regional Tours which is a local company. Maturaf was really helpful and his responses were timely. The price was not over the top for the tour that we got. The accommodations and food were fantastic. Emmanuel, our guide, was fantastic. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, birds and parks. He has the best vision and pointed out things that we could until we got the binoculars out. He went out of the way to ensure that we had the best trip and also suggested changes to the itinerary to maximize our time. Thank you!! We had the best time.

Review about Tarangire National Park by sixthofdecember
Overall rating
5/5

Tarangire is excellent for elephants. Not that that comes as a surprise for anyone who's ever opened a travel / safari guide book, but I can now confirm it personally. For people who don't like elephants as much as I do, I can also say that the park landscape is gorgeous.

Review about Serengeti National Park by sixthofdecember
Overall rating
5/5

The Serengeti delivers on all its promises. The landscape is beautiful and offers animal sightings in abundance, and thanks to its size, the national park never feels crowded. Thanks hugely to our amazing guide, we saw all the big cats, both far away and very close, along with a lot of other animals, including pretty much all kinds of gazelles and antelopes.

Review about Ngorongoro Crater by sixthofdecember
Overall rating
5/5

Ngorongoro is a beautiful place to spot a variety of animals while at the same time being very busy when it comes to tourists. Since the caldera is very open and you can see from one end to the other easily, you can't avoid seeing all those safari vehicles. The wildlife makes up for that, though. On my most recent visit, we even managed to see a rhino.
