Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Erik
Lake Manyara was my first safari location, and I think it was great as a "beginner's safari". The wildlife is not amazing, but it was enough to get a nice taste of the experience. The birds were pretty spectacular, and it was definitely a good experience overall, but after traveling to Nairobi Natl Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Masai Mara, the experience at Lake Manyara paled a bit in comparison.

Beautiful, Densely Packed With Diverse Wildlife (and people)
Ngorongoro Crater was absolutely beautiful. The view from the rim down into the crater was great, and the diversity and density of wildlife in the crater was stunning. Climbing down the crater wall you see out across the fields of the crater and there are herds of antelope, wildebeest, zebra and buffalo as far as the eye can see. It was incredible to see all of the animals flourishing in such close proximity to one another; at any given point when we were stopped to view some particular animal there were countless others we could see from the same location.
The only downside was that with this density comes also a density of people; there were cars simply everywhere. It did not detract from the experience overly much but it was certainly crowded.

Great Safari with Gosheni
Gosheni is a Class A company... small by their own admission but that doesn't make any difference. I reviewed, talked to, emailed, asked about many, many tour companies of all stripes and I am lucky I chose these guys/gals. Pendo handled everything in picking, scheduling my safari and was always prompt and clear in her responses (Not like several companies I talked with). It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish...the elements of the safari were just perfect for me (7 days) and I experienced, saw and did exactly what I wanted to do. I am a single male adult traveller and Pendo took great care of me and I appreciate Peter took the time after the trip to say hello. Hey, I saw, experience everything I would have hoped to see (the 5++++)...lions on attack, wilderbeast and zebra racing in migration, NG Crater....I could go on and on but why don't you sign up and experience what I did...last but not least is my guide and driver and he became a great companion was Fuhanael...experienced, knowledgeable and all around terrific guide. I asked to have a day or so of rest after the safari and they booked me into Kiligolf and a stay at Villa Luna Retreat which was terrific...so from start to finish and in between it was an unforgettable experience thanks to Gosheni Safaris. Frankly, I can't recommend them highly enough.....

A perfect trip
Simba was complete perfection from the moment I booked our vacation until the moment we departed. I knew I wanted to select Simba from the many options of tour companies because of Linda. From the moment I began communicating with her, she made me feel completely at ease. She responded to me quickly, answered all of my questions, and gave me honest advice. Everything that I asked of her she did. She stayed in constant communication with me, and her performance made me totally trust this company. She actually accompanied our driver/guide to greet us at the airport. Best of all, she greeted me with a hug, rather than a handshake as if we were old friends...and I felt like we were! She introduced us to our driver and guide whose name was Xavier. I would recommend him to anyone of any age from any country. He was amazing! He was kind, funny, knowledgeable, and he can spot an animal from a mile away...which is absolutely what you want while on safari. He wanted my husband and I to be happy at every second of our trip...and we were! What I also loved about him was his passion. He enjoyed seeing the animals and other sights as much as we did! He was right along side me taking photos of the amazing things that we encountered. I cannot say enough good things about Linda and Xavier. As for the trip itself, it was life changing! It not only met but fully exceeded our expectations. Everything went so smoothly. This is a company that you do not have to worry about. They will take care of everything for you. So book with Simba, and then sit back, relax, and look forward to an amazing experience!

Amazing Tanzania, January 2017
From our first email exchange with Ben, there was something that stood out about E-Trip Africa. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional and we felt very comfortable knowing our trip was in such great hands.
From the accommodations (all very clean and well positioned) to the food, to the game drives - everything was fantastic. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our guide, Elisha. We were amazed at how well he knew all the animals and parks we visited and how incredible he was at spotting even the most hidden animals. He was very personable and definitely was a big part in making the trip so memorable for us.
We cannot say enough great things about E-Trip Africa. We are already talking about our next trip to Africa and we will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.
Thank you Elisha, Ben and Aurélie for this trip of a lifetime!

Extra-ordinary experience with Yala Safaris Uganda
I went home for a short holiday for Christmas and this time I aimed at being a tourist. Therefore I had red the services of Yala Safaris Uganda together with 3 of my friends.
We were picked up and taken to a mid-range hotel. We stayed there for the night and next day we relaxed and spent sometime with our families privately. On the 3rd day early in the morning we were picked up from the hotel and driven to Masindi where we were to do our Safari. They provided us with water, fruits and a stop mid way to buy some street food which is a boom. The Safari was well organized and we enjoyed activities such as fame drive, boat cruise and Chimp tracking.
I must recommend the services of Yala Safaris Uganda as their driver was alway very nice to us often asking if we were feeling well and whether everything was fine or even for our ideas to make the trip better.
I surely recommend Yala Safaris Uganda to anyone out there. Can't wait for my next trip in a couple of months.

Impeccably organised trip!
Clyde and the Tailormade Africa team really did a great job for us! Before our departure where we were given beautiful personalised dashboards of the trip to come. The flight to the Masai Mara was convenient and quick and our fantastic guide (and now friend) was waiting for us as soon as we got out of the plane.
The accommodation was beautiful and just the kind of thing we wanted to experience The staff at the camps went out of their way to make us feel at home and served us beautiful meals, drinks and desserts everyday.
Thats before we even got on the safari drives! Which were a riveting experiences everyday, further enriched by how knowledgable the guides were and how generous they were with their knowledge. We even did a walking safari which was one of the coolest experiences of my life!
Thanks Clyde & Team Tailormade Africa! You'll be hearing from us again soon!

Great experience with a fantastic guide
Matt was a fantastic guide who really cares about his travellers. He picked us up from Joburg and drove the 5 hours to Kruger. He made sure we saw all of the animals and kept us well fed and watered over the weekend we were with him. He goes the extra mile and I would definitely recommend him as yes you can do this trip on your own but if you dont know what you are looking for then you are wasting your money as you will be very lucky to see the animals that we did. Only an experienced guide will get this for you so be warned.

Magical Trip with an Outstanding Company
This was truly the trip of a lifetime for me. Nicholas worked with me to produce a packed but feasible itinerary which was perfect for my 13-day tour of Uganda. He answered all of my many questions in detail and extremely promptly - I don't think he ever takes a day off! His quote was extremely competitive and the trip was worth every penny.
My guide in Uganda was Barnabas and I can't praise him highly enough. He was extremely knowledgeable and I learned a great deal about the country and its wildlife from him. He is clearly very passionate about conservation and he put in a great deal of effort to ensure that my trip was a complete success. He is a very open, friendly and entertaining guide and his professionalism is exceptional. It was an absolute pleasure to be in his company. He's also a skilled driver which meant that I always felt completely safe despite some of the roads and weather that we encountered.
The accommodation that Nicholas organised for me was fantastic; stunning views, comfortable rooms, great food and consistently excellent service with a smile.
It's difficult to choose highlights from the trip - everything was wonderful. My game drives in Murchison Falls and Queen Elizabeth were fantastic. Our vehicle was great for game viewing and finally getting to see a leopard was breathtaking! Barnabas' keen eye and good relationships with other guides and staff at the parks meant that I saw a whole host of animal and bird life. The boat cruises in these parks were also terrific, particularly for hippos and birds.
The chimpanzee and gorilla tracking in Kibale and Bwindi were truly unforgettable experiences and I loved tracking golden monkeys in Mgahinga. I'd definitely recommend hiring a porter for these treks. You don't necessarily need someone to carry your bag if you're fit and the hike isn't too long, but you'll provide someone with a day's work for only $15/20 and they can give you a helpful push or pull on the steeper bits, especially if it's been raining.
All in all, Nicholas and Barnabas planned and delivered an amazing trip. It was a complete success and I thoroughly recommend using Africa Tours Adventure. Huge thanks to them!!
