Marvellous introduction to Uganda
My family and I have just returned from a two week trip round southwestern Uganda (Kibale Forest, Queen Elizabeth National Park, and Lake Mburo). Matoke proved to be brilliant at organising all aspects of this and were extremely quick in responding to requests for information, as well as very helpful in suggesting alternatives to our initial plans. Our driver/guide, Abdal, was a fount of knowledge, a superb driver and a real pleasure to be with for the whole of the trip. We have come back keen to visit other parts of Uganda in the future and would definitely go to Matoke again.

The experience of a lifetime!
We had the time of our life on safari with Earthlife Expeditions! We couldn't be happier with our experience.
Accommodations, food and transportation were all great, safety was a priority and communication was always immediate and very clear. But most importantly, this company offered us many many magic moments in one of the most beautiful countries on Earth!
Deo, the owner, organised the perfect trip, listening carefully to what we were looking for and suggesting tons of amazing places to visit.
Our guide, Moison, was eagle-eyed when it came to spot animals, and could always answer in great detail to all our questions about wildlife, culture and tradition. He could even remember the name of each animal and bird in four or five different languages!
We managed to see the Big Five within our first 24h inside the Serengeti, so we spent the rest of our time looking for little "treats" like a lioness with very young cubs, or elephants bathing and scratching on their favorite tree, or rare birds.
All the game drives, experiences and walks included in our tour were amazing to say the least, and we are already planning to go back because there's too much to see in Tanzania to fit in one trip! :)

Personal, prompt service.
From the initial enquiry right through to a question during our stay, Rose was at the end of the ether replying within minutes. She listened to what we wanted and put together an appropriate itinerary, tweaking it to make sure that all camps we stayed at were going to be totally happy with an anaphylactic client... Which they were. Our dietary needs (GF and nut free) were really well catered for and my daughter, especially, felt very safe. The camps and hotels (Kigelia at Ruaha; Emerson Spice in Stone Town; Matamwe in Zanzibar; and Sand Rivers in Selous) were fantastic, exactly as they were described on paper, and all transfers worked seamlessly. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Personal day tour in Kigali
Booked a day tour with the company at short notice and didn't really have a clear idea what to visit. The owner, Reginal, was brilliant, he came up with suggestions and we quickly agreed a package of visits in his air conditioned car with collection and return to my hotel.
The day was a great success and we crammed an excellent itinerary into 6 hours including the genocide memorial site (a must do), past president's palace, wonderful huge local market packed with very friendly and welcoming store keepers, good lunch stop, best coffee shop in the city and brief visit to the natural history museum. The tour was excellent value, Reginal was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble and he made this Rwanda experience truly memorable. Well done.

Brilliant experience, lovely staff, all perfect - please book with them too!
Had a lovely driver called Dao - very kind guy, excellent driver for our safari trips! All accommodation was as expected for a budget tour; very clean, good food, friendly staff. A stay at Entisi in Lake Bunyonyi is a must!! The tour was expertly organised with one activity after another - never a dull moment! Well worth every penny as this tour company is small with a friendly approach. We were very well looked after and free for stops anytime during the long journeys - a major advantage of private travel versus pupils matatus! Please book with Gatatu Safaris, you will have an excellent trip!

Personal service with a smile!
Who would think that personal service, excellent communication, charming sense of humor would be the norm with a tour operator in Tanzania! Our first experience on an African Safari and we found a winner! Communication skills that surpass many companies in the US! Send an email and get an instant response, no worries about whether it was received! Anyone can find animals to see, however not everyone will drive the car around to get the perfect view for your camera! "Oh my, did you miss catching that lilac-breasted Roller in flight? No problem, we'll just come around and try it again!" Definitely a trip of a lifetime with a talented tour company! Time to go again!

I went by myself and the other group members and guides were very welcoming. Fredy is passionate and always giving his best for his clients. I appreciated all the help he gave me and I have no doubt Lobo Safaris will provide a quality service to future clients.

Masai mara in a day
We had a nice tour, and on our way to Masai mara our guide stoped several places so we could look at souvenirs, that was really nice.
On our day in Masai mara, we saw a lot of animals and we felt really lucky. But we were a bit Disapointet about our guide, because we had to ask him to stop several places to take pictures, because he did not stop by himself, and we had expected to be told a lot more about Masai mara and the animales, but our guide did not tell us much without us asking him.
But nice camp and nice people
