Exceeded My Expectations
The best thing that has happened to me in the last month has been my trip to Tanzania.
The Tour in Tanzania organized with the company Materuni turned out to be spectacular. Every detail of this week-long adventure was considered by the tour company and I am very glad we took their advice. I was so pleased with my experience, that I am planning a future trip to bring the entire family in 2017.
The choice of accommodation in each of the parks cannot be beat. Expectations were significantly exceeded by this adventure and special considerations of our guides complemented everything else.

Kilele savane organized a fabulous round trip with Safari, Kilimanjaro and Zanzibar steps
Frank, working as the responsible, is really organized and precise. He organized and gave us a lot of detailed of our successful trip. He provided us good communications and works with beautiful employees (like cooker, driver and guide). Frank is really experienced!He also speaks French and English, that it was perfect for us. We felt safe and we enjoyed each minutes of a fantastic discovering trip.

A wild safari
This was the second time I was on a safari with Wild Planet Safari and its guide Ryan but the first for my wife. We were on a 6 nights/7 days tour in Kruger Like last time we had a really adventurous time, we saw all the big 5 and a lot of other cool animals such as cheetah, wild dogs, large spotted genet, hyena and honey badger!
Ryan knows his way around Kruger and where to find all the animals you want to see!
All the meals we were served during our tour was excellent, he is a real braai-master!
Thanks to Ryan and Thale for this experience, it was awesome! We will be back, that's for sure!!!

A reasonable, caring and customer oriented operator
Before commenting on the services of Ancient Wild Safaris, I would like to appreciate this beautifully designed aggregating web portal Safaribookings.com making possible finalising a suitable operator for every need.
Now about Ancient Wild Safaris, this a small operator which is a advantage to client as their customer orientation very high. The owner of the company Mr. Michael personally involves himself in understanding specific needs and taste of the client, gives is inputs for choosing right options and tries his best to ensure all arrangement to meet customers' requirements.
He was very helpful in finalising our itinerary and other facilities in Kenya. Barring a few places he was able to make adequate arrangement for specific need of Indian vegetarian traveler. Price Wise he was quite competitive and camps/hotels provided at jungle were memorable however those in towns were below expectation.
I would also like to appreciate for extending his out of way support at Nairobi hotel, which was out of his scope of service.
Finally, the vehicle and driver-cum-guide. The vehicle was a quite old collapsible roof Nissan van which calls for attention. But the driver cum guide Mr. Joseph is a very accommodating, punctual, knowledgeable and pleasant person. He was keen to make our safari most fruitful, comfortable and enjoyable and took every step to ensure, we could see maximum in the jungle. He guided in recognising animals and birds and also carried photobooks of local flora and fauna. He also offered his mobile data to be used by us through mobile hotspot as a goodwill gesture.
Overall, I was spectible in dealing with a stranger in a faraway country but finally to my pleasure, I was not wrong and I got value for my money.

The greatest holiday in our live!
We made a 7-days-Safari to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara and Lake Easy and after that we flied to Stonetown. We had there a very interesting city guide. On the next day we made a spicestour and drove to your hotel at Pongwe Beach.
Our trip was really very great. The staff from It Started in Africa is very helpful all time long and very fast in reacting to your mails. the staff went above and beyond. They arranged all greatful. We would book again at any time your Safari with It Started in Africa. Our guide Philip knew very well about animals and trees and always drove us to where what was going on. The tip for the hotel on Zanzibar was 100 % right for us.

Tailored Kenya & Tanzania safari on a budget
We had a great 10 day private safari in Kenya and Tanzania with Kikwetu - Kenneth designed a trip that met our requirements, and we had lots of personal interaction when we set off and quick communication throughout the trip when we needed anything resolving. Recommend for great service on a budget.

Kenya Migration Safari
I had been in Kenya through Justtravelsindia from 6th to 12 th of August. Had an wonderful experience in all the places like Amboseli, Mara (Masai Mara) & Naivasa courtesy warm, courteous help & hospitality of both the tour manager & guide. Fraud!
Please do not book any thing with this company, I am a tourist who was stolen by the guy who run this company named Ernest Magesa, he said he will give us a Safari and when we transferred the money to his bank he disappeared and he did not give us anything, I call him to give the money back 2400 $ and he never did since last July, we informed the Tanzanian Police and Tourism Authorities and they promised they will take action, DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE STOLEN ! Safari Bookings already put a warning about it

Outstanding service from start to finish!
Dealing with Mike at Sureway was a great pleasure, from the first inquiry by email till we said goodbye at the end of the holiday. Communication was clear and prompt during the booking stage, and everything worked out exactly as expected (well there was one hiccup but this was dealt with quickly and professionally). The 7 day safari was magical and the guides very knowledgable which increased our enjoyment no end, and there was enough flexibility that we never felt rushed which is a a holiday should be. Accommodation was generally very good, especially in Amboseli, and many of the service staff were incredibly warm and caring. Our second week was in Malindi and this was also fantastic, although the tourist industry has clearly been suffering there.
Overall, the service from Sureway was excellent and everything was prepared before we arrived (even airport pickups and drop offs) which allowed us to completely relax, and they will arrange the tour as you would like it, not from a selection of pre-packaged itineraries. Highly recommended!
