Me and my girlfriend who's from Kenya did the big 5 safari.
It was really good, the tour guide was the best and tracked hyenas for me.
I've been to Tanzania before in the nature reserve, saw everything but hyenas there.
So I was really happy with our guide.
The food was good, but the same food every day which was a shame. But the chef was super friendly and funny.
The whole experience was fantastic except for the fact that the masai's called my girlfriend whore in Swahili, just cause she was with me, a white guy. It's truly hurtful that people haven't gotten further that we can see beyond skin color, ethnicity or things we can't control over. I didn't choose to be white, she didn't chose to be brown, but here we are in love trying to have a good time. She definitely didn't deserve that from Francis and he shouldn't be the one showing people around with that behavior and it's also weird that nobody said anything.
I hope this problem has been taken care of and that no one else has to experience the same thing.

The main attractions were - Bwindi, National Parks - Queen Elizabeth, Lake Mburo, Murchision and Kibale Forest. Apart from the exotic nature, it was an extraordinary experience to visit the local village and several places "off the beaten track". Due to covid, the plan had to be changed during the stay in Uganda (some attractions were closed by the Ugandan government). However, this did not significantly affect the attractiveness of the trip, because the organization was at the highest level and the organizer quickly rebuilt the places and replaced the previously planned attractions with others. Thus, we did not feel any covid inconveniences. The organizer even planned a coronavirus test for us, which is required by the airlines. She made an appointment with the whole group in advance so as not to waste our time. Extra service - I recommend it!

I booked an extremely last minute one day mokoro trip in Maun. I was worried the reservation didn't go through but Chris contacted me to confirm my reservation within 10 minutes and kept me updated on the details of my outing leading up to the next morning. He arrived to pick me up from my hotel 15 minutes early and arranged his best tour guide to accompany me. It was a lovely day and the tour guide made sure to keep me entertained with botany facts and trinkets such as a necklace and hat that he wove out of lilies he plucked out of the water. The drivers were also committed to make my trip memorable and took a detour on the way back so I could visit a nice riverside bar. I would give this company 10/10 for customer service and professionalism.

Incredible tours of Uganda
We spent 5 days with Dauda to visit the gorillas and chimpanzees, and greatly enjoyed Dauda's humor, hospitality, insider knowledge, and incredible driving. Dauda was commmitted to making sure that we had the best experience possible, and was always providing great advice and coordination. Thanks to Dauda we made life-long memories and got to see a new part of the world in a way that we hadn't been able to before. We greatly enjoyed the tour with him, and would highly recommend others to book with him as well.

They Took Care of Everything!
Kwezi Outdoors has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our trip to Jinja was merely and idea we brought to them and they helped flesh it out well within our budget and provided us with amazing suggestions on the kinds of activities we might enjoy. Communication with them was done with so much ease and information was made available when we needed it.
We had our travel itinerary beautifully done, the staff taking care of us were friendly and informative. From the moment we handed our travel plans over to KO, they took over everything and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience and not worry about any of the logistics. They ran the show and they ran it beautifully and seamlessly.
Their suggestions fit our personalities beautifully and we were able to have more fun than we anticipated. The accommodation and meals were wonderful as well.

Wonderful, unforgettable trip with a very well trained guide
Absolutely worth the money. Would do it again any time if Im back in Arusha.
I am very satisfied with the safari and can highly recommend Shengena Travel& Tours.
The tour was well organized and planned, the pickup in the morning at the hotel went without problems. Also the drive to the national parks and from there back to Arusha were pleasant and went exactly as agreed.
The price was absolutely reasonable for the effort and duration in my opinion and after two days in the Serengeti and one day in the Ngorongoro Crater I can say to have experienced much more animals and unforgettable moments than I had expected.
The nights in the tent are an unforgettable experience and even if there should be animals around the tent, the rangers made me feel safe at all times.
The guide explained a lot about the animals and knew answers to our questions. He had a safe driving style and showed us many animals.
Dvd is an excellent chef and provides every fellow traveler of the tour (with us 5 people) with delicious food, even vegetarian is no problem for him and he conjures up very tasty and varied dishes.
I can recommend the tour at any time and am very grateful to have had this experience.

Proactive top-notch team, beyond expectations
After digging up the internet, we came across to Bisons Safaris and Maggie and her team. She was available and responsive from day one, throughout all the steps from getting a visa to Covid test and regulations in Kenya, to the last day of our journey. Even after our farewell to the group, she stood by me and made sure everything went well.
Our tour guide, Joshua, was an impressive soul, knowledgeable and passionate about every detail of the country, national parks and animals. He was caring, helping and positive about everything.
We had a blast with this team, and we make sure everyone around us planning to go to Kenya, makes a great fortune outta their money and time by joining this professional team.

I did the 4 days camping safari shared tour. I am a solo traveller and was very lucky to meet such a funny group. We all were about the same age and spend an amazing time together.
Everything went smooth and exactly as agreed.
All the staff were very nice and helpfull. The coordinator Hillary always replied fast, then came to the hotel the first day to meet me and ensure that everything was allright.
Our guide Rocky was great! We had a lot of fun with him. The chef Chazz served delicious food 3 times per day. Madrass in the tent was comfy and sleeping bag warm.
And the parks themselves were stunning. We saw so many animals and so much interesting places!
